Friends and family members apparently cannot contact Lamar for 72 hours, but a representative for Lamar assures that the NBA player is 'fine.'
Lamar Odom reportedly has gone missing after his wife Khloe Kardashian allegedly threw him out of the house on Wednesday, August 21. According to a TMZ report, friends and family cannot contact Lamar for 72 hours and they are worried that the NBA player is abusing drugs somewhere.
A representative for the athlete has responded to an inquiry about Lamar, saying that Lamar is "fine." However, the representative refuses to reveal Lamar's whereabouts.
Lamar and Khloe are said having difficulties in their marriage. The couple previously was hit with rumor saying that Lamar was unfaithful. Recent report, however, suggested that Lamar was also abusing drugs.
The NBA player reportedly started using drugs two years ago. He went to a rehab facility in San Diego last year after being pressured by Khloe, but he left the facility three weeks later. Lamar stayed clean during NBA season, but when the tournament was finished he was back using drug.
The 29-year-old TV personality, who reportedly knew of Lamar's alleged infidelity, is committed to help him with his drug battle. "Khloe is more concerned about saving Lamar than ending her marriage," a source said, adding that the couple had not contacted divorce lawyers. A few days ago, the family allegedly coaxed Lamar to go back to rehab, but he refused. Khloe reportedly kicked him out of the house following the unsuccessful intervention.
Khloe took to Twitter on Sunday, August 25, to vent her frustration following constant reports about her marriage. "Really hard to sit here and listen to people talk sh*t about my family! F*ck you and shame on you! I'm too protective for this sh*t!" the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wrote.
