In a cryptic message that she re-tweets, the 'What the Hell' singer claims 'as an artist the evolution of transformation is evident' so it's not right to 'hold the artist back or judge.'
Avril Lavigne posted a cryptic message about "the evolution of transformation," one day after debuting her shaved head which might be shocking to some. It was a note written by Gabriel Panduro and re-tweeted by the girlfriend of Brody Jenner.
"As an artist the evolution of transformation is evident!" the message read. "It's not our place to hold the artist back or judge......" She seemed to respond to any criticism that might arise regarding her new hairdo, although she didn't mention anything about it.
Avril, who's well known for her long lusty blonde hair, shaved half of her head and debuted her new look during a night out in Paris. Back then, she rocked a black leather biker jacket, black-and-white striped T-shirt and a pair of matching denims.
Other stars who shaved half of their heads included Rihanna, Skrillex, Cassie, Willow Smith and Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon.
