Director Sonnenfeld additionally reveals that Justin Bieber and Tim Burton could also make cameos in the third 'MIB' film.

AceShowbiz - Will Smith once hinted that Lady GaGa could make a cameo in "Men in Black 3". Now, director Barry Sonnenfeld revealed what part the Mother Monster would tackle in the upcoming action comedy movie, suggesting that the eccentric singer could make an appearance as an alien, along with other famous cameos including pop sensation Justin Bieber.

Talking about nabbing famous names for the cameo part in the "Men in Black" franchise, Sonnenfeld told Collider, "So, the challenge is getting celebrities that are famous, will give you permission and won't be like 'Who's that guy?' in ten years. So that's one thing, the alien surveillance board that we've had in all three movies."

"The first movie I know we had [Steven] Spielberg, Danny DeVito, George Lucas, [Sylvester] Stallone, Isaac Mizrahi, my baby daughter. I can't remember who we had in the second one, but in this one there are a few people that you'll see up on the surveillance board including Lady GaGa, Tim Burton, who probably knows more about aliens then I do, and let's see who else... Justin Bieber... oh, I think in the second one we had Martha Stewart and Michael Jackson."

Asked if he used Smith as the magnet to convince famous stars to make cameo in "Men in Black" films, the director responded, "You know we don't like to use that weapon [Smith] too often." He added, "The hard part is really figuring out the combination of who won't be 'who's that person' in 10 years."

"So far we've been pretty luck and people have been kind and interested. I am surprised that Lady GaGa said yes," Sonnenfeld continued. Asked whether the "Born This Way" hitmaker would tackle a comic role, the filmmaker answered, "Yes, and by the way, probably could be an alien."

Based on the Malibu Comic by Lowell Cunningham, "Men in Black 3", which will focus on time travel involving Smith's Agent J, is scheduled to open in the U.S. on May 25. Aside from Smith, the sci-fi movie will bring back Tommy Lee Jones as Agent K. Also rounding up the cast ensemble are Josh Brolin, Jemaine Clement, Emma Thompson, Nicole Scherzinger, Alice Eve and Bill Hader.
