A representative for the 'Californication' actress spills that Sony Pictures Entertainment executive/7th Day Adventist preacher DeVon Franklin popped the question in Los Angeles in March.

AceShowbiz - Meagan Good is one step closer to walking down the aisle. The Hollywood beauty, who plays Kali on Showtime's "Californication", has just gotten engaged to her 7th Day Adventist preacher boyfriend, DeVon Franklin. Her representative confirmed the happy news via TMZ on Monday, April 2.
Accordingly, Franklin, who also works as a Sony Pictures Entertainment executive, asked for Good's hand in marriage sometime in March in Los Angeles. The couple have known each other for years before embarking on a romantic relationship after production wrapped on their 2011 comedy film, "Jumping the Broom".
Since news of her engagement broke out, Good has been busy thanking her Twitter followers for their congratulatory messages. The "Saw V" actress later tweeted, "God is real, thank you for all the love!" Along with it, she posted a collage of blurry pictures that capture some sweet moments she shared with her now-fiance.
Good has previously got candid about what will make her settle down with a man. In the May 2011 issue of Complex magazine, she admitted, "It would take someone who is spiritual and loves God. Someone who respects my mind and what I have to offer besides my physical appearance. Someone who actually loves other people and is connected to my destiny."
