Willow Smith, the 9-year-old singer who is about to take the Hip-Hop realm with her debut single "Whip My Hair", has released a teaser for the single's music video. Pictures from the video shoot which was held in Los Angeles are given in flashes while the upbeat song is played in full.
Willow is the daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith and sister to Jaden Smith. She is signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation. The label's boss said in an interview about his new protege, "She's a child, she has child's innocence but she has a clear vision of what she wants and who she wants to be. I can only imagine that's how Mike [Michael Jackson] was as a young kid; he knew exactly what he wanted."
Willow herself has always wanted to become a recording artist. "I would go with my mom on her tour and I would look at her and I would just love what she did, so I was, like, 'maybe I should do that!' So I did!" she said.
