Michael Vick Quits Reality Show

The football star would not continue 'The Michael Vick Project', claiming it's not the kind of life he wants.

Michael Vick finds reality TV too much for his life. The NFL player has decided to cancel the second season of his BET show "The Michael Vick Project" although the network is reportedly more than pleased to continue.

"I put a stop to that," he said as quoted by CSN Philly. "They asked me to do it. I don't have that lifestyle." The sportsman would like to concentrate on his game instead of being followed by camera most of the time.

Vick agreed to expose his life on camera following the incarceration for dog-fighting case. The series mainly focuses on him searching for personal and professional redemption while exploring his past. Ten episodes were aired starting January this year.

Vick is not the only NFL player portrayed on reality series. Fellow Eagles, Hank Baskett, takes part in his wife Kendra Wilkinson's E! series "Kendra". The Bengals stars T.O. and Chad Ochocinco meanwhile have "The T.O. Show" and "Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch" respectively.
