It seems that Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner will spend the rest of 2009 as singles. After playing coy about their romance which was allegedly first ignited when they filmed upcoming comedy-romance "Valentine's Day", the couple has reportedly called it quits.
"There was no chemistry," a source close to Swift spoke to Us Magazine about the young stars' relationship. "It wasn't really developing into anything, and wasn't going to, so they decided they were better as friends."
Moreover, the source claimed Lautner "liked her more than she liked him." Providing an argument for the statement, the source additionally told Us Magazine, "He went everywhere he could to see her, but she didn't travel much to see him."
However, representatives for both Lautner and Swift have yet to release any comment about the split news.
