ET Previews for 'The Last Airbender' and 'Beastly'

Entertainment Tonight shares a sneak peek at the upcoming teaser trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's 'The Last Airbender' as well as a set visit footage for Vanessa Hudgens-starring 'Beastly'.

AceShowbiz - Entertainment Tonight has once again given a sneak preview to upcoming movies and this time, it teases "The Last Airbender" and "Beastly". In a thirty-second video, first glimpses at these two films are shared, exposing a peek at the teaser trailer for "Airbender" and a promo for its "Beastly" set visit.

The video opens with fast-paced capture of Vanessa Hudgens and Noah Ringer, before moving on to feature footage from the set of "Beastly". The on-set preview displays Hudgens, Alex Pettyfer and Mary-Kate Olsen filming their parts, before teasing an interview clip with Hudgens. Then, a brief snippet from "Airbender" takes over.

Both the "Airbender" teaser and "Beastly" set visit will be debuted by the entertainment network on Monday, June 22. Words are, the trailer for "Airbender" itself will arrive in theaters attached to Michael Bay's "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" which is due to open in the U.S. on June 24.

"The Last Airbender" is a live-action film version of Nickelodeon's animated series of the same name. To be differentiated from James Cameron's "Avatar", it has dropped "Avatar" from its title. Starring Noah Ringer and Dev Patel, this action adventure movie is scheduled to be released in theaters across the U.S. on July 2, 2010.

"Beastly", on the other hand, is a modern-take on "Beauty and the Beast" based on Alex Flinn's young-adult novel. Set in Manhattan, it tells the story of a handsome rich kid with a mean streak. But after ditching a date, he is cursed and turned into everything he hates and is given the seemingly impossible task of finding true love in order to break off from the spell. July 30, 2010 will be the date it hits U.S. theaters.
