Madonna Reveals 'Miles Away' Music Video

Madonna Reveals 'Miles Away' Music Video
Madonna gets her live appearance in 'Sticky and Sweet' tour taped for the 'Miles Away' music video.

Madonna has just uncovered a music video in support of her single "Miles Away". She is captured performing the song during a live gig in her "Sticky & Sweet" tour. She is seen wearing a top hat and strumming her guitar during the set while concertgoers are holding and sometimes clapping their hands in the air to follow the beat.

The video was supposed to be debuted on the day the single arrived in U.S. stores on October 17, 2008. But, the idea was scrapped because her label reportedly thought that a live video would not boost the song's sales.

"Miles Away" comes from Madonna's 2008 eleventh studio album "Hard Candy". The track peaked at number one on Billboard Hot Dance Airplays chart.

As of her next project, Madonna is currently working on a third hits compilation which is yet to be titled. She plans to record a few new songs for this effort and eyes to drop it sometime in September. "Revolver", a duet song between her and rapper Lil Wayne, is rumored to be the lead single from the album.
