A video footage from the shooting location of The-Dream and Mariah Carey's music video for their duet single "My Love" has arrived. It has Mariah's husband Nick Cannon, who previously helped her filming "I Stay in Love", directing the video.
"My Love" is confirmed to be appearing in The-Dream's forthcoming second studio album "Love vs. Money". Produced by Carlos "LOS Da Maestro" McKinney, the track has got its U.S. radio airplay since January 27.
The-Dream has signed Kanye West and Lil Jon as his collaborators in "Love vs. Money" in addition to Mariah. He will be joining forces with Kanye in single "Walking on the Moon", and collaborating with Lil Jon in track "Let Me See the Booty". He will release the effort sometime this year.
Beside recording songs for his own album, The-Dream will also helm Mariah Carey's next studio effort. Speaking to DJ Skee during an interview on Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM, he said, "I've been working on this Mariah Carey thing for the last four days. Her working title for this next album, which is what I call it, is 'MC3'."
