Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Esposito agree to divorce terms.
The former couple has signed dissolution of marriage papers Friday August 24th with their divorce going to be finalized November 10th later this year.
Details of the divorce terms were being kept under wrap except that they are determined by a prenuptial agreement both Cooper and Esposito had signed.
Esposito and Cooper married in a small ceremony on December 30, 2006. She then filed for divorce on May 1st in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking financial support from Cooper. However, under the terms of their prenuptial agreement, there will be no spousal support since "each party forever waives any right to receive spousal support from the other party."
