Chloe Moretz Talks About Dating: 'That's Not My Style'

Chloe Moretz talks about dating and fashion in an interview with FLARE magazine for its latest issue. The "Kick-Ass" actress prefers her mother and brothers as dates rather than friends or boys.

She tells the magazine, "It's a tough age to fall in love: people change so quickly. I don't want to have to feel like I have to watch my step, 'cause I'm 17 and I shouldn't have to." She often moans at her friends who get stuck in relationships. She recalls, "I'm like, 'Dude, you're wasting away your entire high-school years, and now you're going to waste away your college years. You're going to spend your entire life in a relationship and then you're going to get married... and then you're dead! So you lived your life in a relationship!' That's not my style."

The mother of one wrote in another post, "#LetItGoooooLetItGoooooo (FROZEN VOICE)." She added later, "So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down #FamilyForever," showing her support for Rob.

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem Write Open Letter Condemning Israel's Actions as 'Genocide'

Some celebrities have voiced their opinion over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Penelope Cruz, her husband, Javier Bardem, and Spanish movie director Pedro Almodovar were among some Spanish stars who described Israel's actions against Palestinians in Gaza as "genocide."

Penelope, Javier, Pedro and other Spanish actors, directors and writers wrote an open letter to Spanish-language news wire Europa Press, "Gaza is living through horror these days, besieged and attacked by land, sea and air. Palestinians' homes are being destroyed, they are being denied water, electricity (and) free movement to their hospitals, schools and fields while the international community does nothing."

Lucy Hale has dropped the official music video for her latest single, "Lie a Little Better". Arriving on Tuesday, July 29 via CMT, the visuals was shot in the legendary Opry House after the "Pretty Little Liars" actress made her Grand Ole Opry debut earlier this year.

The clip is just fun. The footage of her performing with her band on the stage intersperses with scenes showing her goofing around with some friends. "We wanted it to be purely focused on me and the band," Hale explained the concept of her new video.

'Guardians of the Galaxy' Writer Teases Marvel's First Female Superhero Film

Marvel is listening to the hot demand for a solo movie that focuses on female superhero. In a TIME interview with "Guardians of the Galaxy" female scribe Nicole Perlman, it's revealed that the studio is trying to take a crack at their first female-centric film.

"I can't tell you what the other titles were that they were offering up on the table, but I can tell you that one of them was a little bit more appropriate for me, just based on gender," she recalled the time when she was approached by Marvel. "I think they were a little taken aback when I chose 'Guardians', because there were ones that would make a lot more sense if you were a romantic-comedy writer or something like that."

"It Was Always You" is an up-tempo pop/rock track that features Levine talking about turning friendship into love relationship. "My whole life we never crossed the line, only friends in my mind," he sings over the electronic beat. "But now I realize, it was always you."

"Straight Outta Compton" is completing its casting. Aldis Hodge ("Leverage) is tapped to play N.W.A's member MC Ren and Neil Brown Jr. ("The Walking Dead) is confirmed to portray another member DJ Yella in the upcoming biopic.

O'Shea Jackson Jr., Corey Hawkins, and Jason Mitchell are set to play the group's members Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and the late Eazy-E respectively. Arabian Prince was also among the founding members, but he left shortly after MC Ren joined the gang.

The attorney withdrawal comes after it was revealed that Egan had agreed to settle the case with Singer. He was reportedly offered $100,000 to drop the case, while he could get millions if he had a valid sexual molestation case.

SEC Probes Into DreamWorks' 'Turbo' Write-Down

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" landed in hot water over its poster that has an imagery eerily resembling the 9/11 tragedy. The one-sheet which sees the four Turtles jumping off an exploding skyscraper was tweeted by Paramount Pictures Australia ahead of its September 11 release in the country.

"Check out the official poster for #TMNT in cinemas September 11," Paramount Australia wrote. Soon after being flooded with backlash for being insensitive, the studio issued an apology, yanked off the controversial poster, and promised not to use it again in any of the movie's marketing.
