Toni Braxton has been hospitalized for a health issue related to Lupus, a potentially life threatening autoimmune disease. It was the singer herself who revealed the hospitalization on her Twitter, and it was confirmed by her representative.

"Hey guys, I'm in the hospital for health issues related to Lupus & Blood clots," the "Un-Break My Heart" hitmaker tweeted on Friday, December 7. She assured her fans that she's getting better, "I will be home soon...Thanks for all the love&support! Xoxo."

It's official, Lady Antebellum's female member Hillary Scott is having a bun in the oven. She's expecting her first child with her drummer husband Chris Tyrrell. The couple got married in upstate New York last January after a year of engagement.

"Chris & I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year!" she excitedly shared the happy news to her Twitter followers. We are having a BABY! We feel so blessed!!!" Upon her arrival in Las Vegas, she added, "So overwhelmed by the outpouring of love about our news! Now some shut eye...this growing a baby thing makes ya sleepy!"

Cheryl Cole is demanding her paycheck although "The X Factor (US)" had fired her even before the show aired. According to the lawsuit filed on Friday, December 7, Blue Orbit Productions which produces the reality series owes her $2 million in salary.

In the suit, the British singer claims she's promised such amount of money for the show's second season. Under a "pay or play" clause in her contract, she's entitled to the salary even though she never appeared in the second installment of the series.

Shenae Grimes is going to get hitched. The "Scream 4" star has accepted British model Josh Beech's marriage proposal. On her official site, the "90210" actress shared a picture of her kissing Josh, who sticks out his tongue and makes a victory symbol with his fingers. She wrote in a caption of the picture, "I'm Engaged!"

The brunette beauty then expressed her gratitude to her fans, who congratulated her. She wrote, "Thanks for all the congratulations everyone, I'm a very happy lady indeed and all the warm wishes are well appreciated!"

It's just three months ago when Kim Kardashian got a collective "awww" when she took home a cute snow-white kitten Mercy, but now the adorable cat has just died. "It is with deep sadness that I have to tell you all that my kitten, Mercy, has passed away. My heart is completely broken," she announced the sad news on her new blog post.

Kim found out she's allergic to cat after she got Mercy. "I had never lived with a cat before and so I had no idea that I was allergic. I thought that it might pass, but after a few weeks I decided to go visit two separate allergists, one of whom said my allergies wouldn't get any better unless I started taking injections," she explained.

Just a few weeks ago it was reported that Christoph Waltz was joining Walt Disney Pictures' "The Muppets" sequel, but it is now said that the actor has bailed out of the project. As a replacement, the studio has now tapped Ty Burrell to fill the part that Waltz has left.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Waltz walked out of the project due to his busy schedule that prevented the studio from making a deal. He was originally set to tackle the part of an Interpol inspector.

Katt Williams is a wanted person. According to the Sacramento District Attorney, an arrest warrant has been issued for the comedian for felony evading police and driving in a reckless manner. It stemmed from a November 25 incident, during which the comic was involved in a bizarre pursuit with police in Sacramento.

According to The California Highway Patrol, that day, the "Friday After Next" actor was chased by police while riding his Can Am, a three-wheeled motorcycle. The police took such action since the star of "The Perfect Holiday" threatened public's safety. He also nearly hit five people during the incident.

"Buckwild" executive producer John Stevens has spoken up in defense of the show after it was criticized by West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin III. To Entertainment Weekly, he claims that the program depicts the youths in West Virginia in a very positive way and that viewers will "watch the show and wish they could be them."

"It's not like looking at a train wreck," Stevens insists. "That's not what it is. That's the part I'm really excited about. There is a certain coolness to it. It's different than a lot of the stuff that has been produced. I think it's going to get people talking and it might change people's perspectives. These kids are totally wild and carefree. It will be very refreshing to the MTV audience."

The trailer also gives a clear look at how the events in "The Avengers" play important role in Stark's life in the third "Iron Man" film. After being away from each other to fulfill some work commitments, Taylor Swift and her beau Harry Styles reunited in New York City. The new couple took the stage at Madison Square Garden in separate sets for Z100's annual Jingle Ball on Friday night, December 7.

Taylor hit the red carpet in a little black dress by David Koma and matched it with Jimmy Choo shoes and House of Lavande jewels. The 22-year-old country/pop singer then traded her LBD with a see-through silver glittery top and a pair of red shorts for live performances later that night.

Apparently Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are not the only "The Amazing Spider-Man" stars who will return to the sequel. It is reported that Martin Sheen is also set to reprise his role as uncle Ben in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2".

In an interview on RTE Television's "The Late Late Show", Sheen confirmed that he would come back to the second Spidey film despite the fact that his character met his demise in the first movie. "They've called me back, I don't know what the part is gonna be, but I'm going to be 'Uncle Ben' once again in Spider-Man next year," he said. "We shoot in February."

Showtime has dropped the first sneak peek for its two upcoming shows, "Masters of Sex" and "Ray Donovan". Scheduled to premiere in 2013, both dramas are likely to tickle people's curiousity with their intriguing storylines.

In "Masters of Sex", Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan portray Dr. William Masters and Virginia Johnson, the real-life pioneers of the science of human sexuality. The series will chronicle "their unusual lives, romance and pop culture trajectory, which saw them go from a Midwestern teaching hospital to the cover of Time magazine and Johnny Carson's couch."

Megan Fox is back on the red carpet after a few months of absence from such event following her first pregnancy. The new mom showed up at the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies luncheon on Friday, December 7 with her actor husband, Brian Austin Green.

Scoring massive success with Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland" in 2010, Walt Disney Pictures can't wait to develop its sequel. According to Variety, the Mouse House has already hired Linda Woolverton to pen the follow-up movie project.

Details of the plot are still kept secret. While the first film was based on Lewis Carroll's classic tale "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", the sequel reportedly will be inspired by "Through the Looking-Glass" which sees Alice escaping from the real world pressure by returning to Wonderland.

LiLo joined the band on their tour bus to Boston as Max's guest after their Philly gig on December 5. According to Us Weekly, they checked into the Liberty Hotel together on the next day. Another music legend is added to the line-up of 12-12-12 Sandy benefit concert. The Rolling Stones announce on their Twitter page that they will perform at the December 12 gig which will take place at Madison Square Garden.

The British rock band join other renowned musicians who sign up for the gig aiming at helping the victims of Hurricane Sandy in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Just a day after the first image of "The Hobbit: There and Back Again" was released, a first look at Bilbo Baggins in "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" is made available for viewing pleasure. Uncovered via Entertainment Weekly, the photo sees the uncle of Frodo lying on a massive pile of treasure in what appears to the titular dragon's lair.

The scene in the still may be the climatic scene where the reluctant hobbit finally reclaims Erebor from the fire-breathing dragon (played by Benedict Cumberbatch). That raises questions among rabid "Hobbit" fans about what's going to happen in "There and Back Again" if Bilbo's battle against Smaug is finished in the second film.

Brooke Mueller was not overdosed as some reports suggested. Her representative, Steve Honig, has confirmed that the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen was hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration. He slammed the rumor that she was rushed to hospital after she took an overdose.

Steve explained to TMZ, "An assistant thought Brooke was non-responsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance." Clarifying the overdose report, he added, "As a precaution, Brooke was brought into a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That's it."

Jacintha Saldanha, a nurse working at the King Edward VII hospital where Kate Middleton was treated for acute morning sickness, was found dead on Friday, December 7. She was the nurse who transferred the hoax call made by two Australian 2Day FM presenters, Mel Greig and Michael Christian, to the Duchess' ward.

Korean dance sensation PSY landed in hot water after his anti-American past was revealed on the media earlier on Thursday, December 7. As the news became a major headline, the 34-year-old rapper quickly issued an apology to those who were offended, insisting that he "will forever be sorry" for rapping the provocative anti-American lyrics at his concert eight years ago.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the mysterious contestant is someone whom fans will recognize. "She was a contestant from a prior season that met Sean and was desperate to pursue a relationship with him," host Chris Harrison teases.

Jennifer Nettles is a new mom. One half of country duo Sugarland has given birth to her and husband Justin Miller's first child, a son named Magnus Hamilton Miller on Thursday, December 6. "We are so thankful for all the prayers and support and are excited to take some time together as a new family," the couple said in a statement.

Nettles married Miller on November 26, 2011 in an intimate sunset ceremony in Tennessee. They announced the pregnancy in June this year but she continued to tour with Sugarland and even performed at Country Christmas Concert back on November 3 when she was already well in her third trimester.

More than 15 years after his death, Notorious B.I.G. still garnered curiosity and interest. A never-before-seen autopsy report of the rapper who was gunned down in Los Angeles back in 1997 has just emerged to reveal gory details of how the bullets entered his body.

The report that was acquired by TMZ showed that four gunshot wounds were found in B.I.G.'s body, one each to his chest, shoulder, leg, forearm and scrotum. Three of these shots were not fatal but one ended his life.

Lindsay Lohan is deep in financial trouble that she resorted to the content of her wardrobe for aid. The troubled star reportedly has been selling her used clothes, shoes and accessories at Wasteland, a used clothing store that specializes in designer and vintage duds.

According to Radar Online, Lindsay asked her sister Ali Lohan to go to the store on Wednesday, December 5 with some bags full of items. However, Ali failed to get a decent deal out of the items because the store manager refused to pay more than $30 for them. "Thirty dollars for these? They cost $700! This is ridiculous!" Ali was heard as saying.

Megan Fox will not shed her clothes as much as before for movie roles now that she is a mum. The "Transformers" star said she plans to cover up because "it changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby."

During a press conference for her new movie "This is 40", Fox said, "I'm going to be more cautious about choosing films because I'm already thinking about when he's in school and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he's going to be horrified. So that will deter me from making some of the choices I made before."
