Justin Bieber wowed his fans when performing at Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on Saturday, October 6, night. Pictures from the concert have just hit the web, showing the Canadian heartthrob wearing a pair of massive wings.

The "Baby" hitmaker wore an all-white ensemble and put on a safety harness as he floated above the stage with his wings spread wide. The prop looked heavy as it was made of musical instruments including piano keys, speakers, guitars and gongs.

Green Day have decided to cancel another gig following frontman Billy Joe Armstrong's on-stage antics at the iHeartRadio Fest that led him to get a treatment for substance abuse. The three-piece punk rock band have pulled themselves out of the Voodoo Music Experience, where they were supposed to become the highlight of the show.

Announcing the news on Monday, October 8, drummer Tre Cool said, "Canceling show is something we rarely do." Telling fans to be patient before they go back on stage, he added, "We never want to let our fans down, and we are grateful for all of you being understanding during this time."

It is confirmed, "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" will have its world premiere at the 2012 International Rome Film Festival. Though the film will undoubtedly become the highlight of the festival, fans in Italy might feel disappointed since lead actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will not be on hand to promote the movie.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Breaking Dawn II" will be screened at the festival's Alice in the City sidebar which focuses on movies for younger audience. The section has a lineup which is separated from the rest of the festival. The final "Twilight Saga" film will be one of the mega-budgeted movies to be screened at Alice in the City.

Music lovers can look forward to a new collaborative project featuring Jay-Z, Pharrell Williams and Frank Ocean. The three rappers recently hit a recording studio together and the moment was captured in a picture shared by the one-half of The Neptunes duo.

Succeeding in her HBO TV series "Girls" as a writer, director and actress in one package, Lena Dunham plans to launch a collection of her autobiographical essays. The Random House Publisher was reported to sign her for more than $3.5 million on October 8.

QVC guest host Cassie Slane experienced a medical emergency during a live presentation on Sunday, October 7. Promoting a kid-friendly tablet, the electronics expert slurred her words and grabbed her chest before collapsing on co-host Dan Hughes.

While Slane appeared to be passing out, Hughes kept selling the product as the camera immediately cut away. Slane later returned to complete the show on the home shopping channel, but she began struggling to complete her sentence again. Steven Spielberg's highly-anticipated drama "Lincoln" was premiered at a secret screening as part of the 2012 New York Film Festival on Monday, October 8. As many had predicted, the film successfully wowed the audience and while Daniel Day-Lewis' performance as Abraham Lincoln was praised, it was Tommy Lee Jones who stole critics' attention.

Taylor Swift continues the countdown of her new studio album "Red" which is due in the United States on October 22. Two weeks before the album release, she unleashes a brand new song called "I Knew You Were Trouble" to keep fans on their toes.

In the song, 22-year-old Taylor sings about an anonymous boyfriend that shatters her heart after a breakup. While the theme of the song is not entirely new in her catalogue, the music is surprisingly refreshing with its dubstep sounds unlike her usual pop/country vibes.

Less than two weeks before the scheduled premiere dates of "Community" season 4 and "Whitney" season 2, NBC decides to postpone the show's returns. The network explains that the delay is intended to give more time to promote the two shows, but hasn't announced new return dates.

"Given the success we've had for the past four weeks - including winning the first week of the season in adults 18-49, we've decided to continue to concentrate our promotional strength on our new NBC shows that are scheduled Monday through Wednesday and have therefore decided to hold 'Community' and 'Whitney' from their previously announced premieres of Oct. 19," NBC explains in a statement.

Paul Schrader's sexual thriller "The Canyons" unleashes a new teaser trailer, which boasts steamy scenes involving Lindsay Lohan and porn star James Deen. The two are seen shooting a cheap-budgeted adult film in the retro-themed video that doesn't offer any dialogue. Lindsay shows up in sexy outfit as she is described as being "as sweet as sin," while James oozes masculinity in multiple shirtless scenes.

Major details of "The Canyons" plot are still kept under wraps. So far, the film is described as a contemporary L.A. noir about the dangers of sexual obsession and ambition, both personally and professionally, among a group of young people in their 20's. It sees how one chance that connects to the past unravels all of their lives, resulting in deceit, paranoia, cruel mind games and ultimately violence.

Coldplay give a preview of their upcoming comic book series in a new music video for their song "Hurts Like Heaven". The visuals doesn't feature members of the British band at all, but it's fully packed with animated scenes that are based on the band's six-part comic book series "Mylo Xyloto".

Set in a dark-toned dystopian world, the Mark Osborne-directed clip sees graffiti artists couple who rebels against dictator Major Minus, who has an army called Silencers. At the end of the video, the pair is separated when the boyfriend is seized by the troops. The lovers then inspire a young boy named Mylo to save the world.

FOX has announced the first two shows of its fall freshmen to get a full season. The network orders nine additional episodes of "The Mindy Project", and six additional episodes of "Ben and Kate", bringing both comedies to full seasons.

The writer who will provide "Fifty Shades of Grey" script has officially been hired. Universal Pictures and Focus Features confirm that Kelly Marcel is set to serve as the screenwriter for the highly-anticipated film adaptation of the E.L. James bestselling steamy novel.
