Hugh Jackman is no stranger to drastic physical transformation to support his movie role. After previously getting a scruffy makeover for his role as Jean Valjean in "Les Miserables", the Australian hunk has recently been photographed sporting grizzly look on the set of his upcoming film "The Wolverine".

It was Comic Book Movie which obtained a number of photos featuring Jackman in a messy facial makeup while on the set of the Marvel film in his Australia hometown. The "Real Steel" actor was pictured sporting long unkempt hair completed with a sruffy beard in his portrayal of Logan in the upcoming mutant superhero flick.

"Two and a Half Men" has found a new girl for Walden Schmidt. The show has tapped Brit Morgan to guest star as Jill, a woman whom Ashton Kutcher's alter ego meets at a bar and takes back to his beach house, The Hollywood Reporter says. She will appear in the premiere episode of season 10.

The long-running comedy series is moved to a new slot on Thursdays at 8:30 P.M. for its upcoming season, following "The Big Bang Theory". It will return with all-new episodes starting September 27 on CBS.

A number of stars including Beyonce Knowles, Oprah Winfrey and Nicki Minaj congratulated Gabby Douglas after she won gold medal at the London Olympic Games. Beyonce took to her official website to send her message, while Oprah and Nicki reached out to the young athlete through Twitter.

"In order to be fully committed, you have to live that lifestyle. With these young kids now, you have to be about that life. It's kind of putting rap on the back burner. Rap's taken a backseat to skating."

Nina Dobrev cleared up rumors that she took a dig at fellow young star Miley Cyrus. "The Vampire Diaries" star was previously quoted by a magazine that she wouldn't "pull a Miley" when it came to being engaged and getting married.

First glimpses at Richard LaGravenese's "Beautiful Creatures" have been unveiled in behind-the-scene footage shared by MTV. Focusing on Emmy Rossum's character Ridley Duchannes, the video gives a look at the villainess during what seems to be a supper in a Southern Gothic castle known as the Ravenwood Manor.

Judging from the video, the upcoming novel-adapted film will likely feature a dark-toned Gothic world involving some magical elements. Talking about her villainess character, Rossum says, "I play Ridley Duchannes, and she is a fine Southern young lady, and she is a dark caster."

Two Hollywood heartthrobs team up to save the day in the first teaser of "Red Dawn". Making its way out via ET, the sneak peek sees Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson showing off their fighting skills to battle the North Korean troops who invade their peaceful town in one morning.

Shockingly, the U.S. has been infiltrated by the foreign paratroopers, and Chris and Josh's hometown becomes the initial target. Quickly and without warning, the citizens find themselves prisoners and their town under enemy occupation.

Phillip Phillips gets his first-ever music video since his win on "American Idol" earlier this summer. Filmed to support his coronation single "Home", it follows the singer from Georgia as he hits the road and performs in live concerts. It also includes some candid moments in homey settings.

"Home" is expected to appear in Phillips' upcoming studio album which is yet to be titled. The single set an "Idol" record for selling 278,000 downloads in its first week of release. The previous record holder was David Cook who sold 236,000 copies of "The Time of My Life" in 2008.

While "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" still hasn't found the right actor to play Finnick Odair, it has already sealed an actress to play his mentor Mags. On Thursday, August 2, Lionsgate Films has officially announced that Broadway veteran Lynn Cohen has been tapped to play the former victor from District 4.

In the Suzanne Collins book, 84-year-old Mags is described as a mentor of Finnick. During the 65th Annual Hunger Games, Mags volunteers to replace Finnick's lover Annie Cresta. Along with Beetee and Wiress, Mags is also one of the first people Katniss Everdeen wants for an ally.

Beyonce Knowles is lending a helping hand to the United Nations ahead of World Humanitarian Day on August 19 aimed to honor people who died in humanitarian service and others who continue to help those in need. She encourages people around the world to join the cause.

"We all see the headlines, and we think, what can I really do to help? World Humanitarian Day is an opportunity for all of us to work together to make a difference," she gushes. "This is our time to leave our mark on the world and show that we were here and we care."

Snoop Dogg a.k.a. Snoop Lion wants to join Mariah Carey on "American Idol" judging panel. In a recent interview, the West Coast MC said, "I'll do 'American Idol'," after being told that the "Hero" singer earns around $18 million when singing up to be a new judge on the show. He then jokingly told his manager, "Get on it!"

Neil Schubert, spokesman for the show's producer FremantleMedia North America, declined to comment on rumors about possible new judges. Previously, Nick Jonas and Pharrell Williams were said to be frontrunners to fill the vacant seats.

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster was not impressed by his request to postpone court hearing of the custody battle over their two children. She accused the singer of trying to win sympathy by pretending to be affected by her son Kile Glover tragedy.

Tameka claimed her former husband's move to delay the next court hearing was "simply a transparent sham." She said "[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once," and he reportedly ditched the funeral of the 11-year-old boy in Atlanta on Friday, July 27.

"The Last Stand" marks Arnie's first big screen leading role since 2003's "Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines". In the upcoming actioner, he plays a border town sheriff Ray Owens who resigns from Los Angeles Police Department to fight small crime in a sleepy town. One day, Ray must deal with a notorious drug cartel who escapes custody and speeds to the Mexican border.

After joining the cast of "The Celebrity Apprentice" season 4, La Toya Jackson is going to headline her own reality series. OWN has picked up "Life With La Toya" for a 2013 premiere. The show will follow the sister of the late Michael Jackson as she "juggles the many demands of her famous family, her life long friends, and her growing entertainment business empire."

Also lined up for 2013 are "The Customer Is Always Right" and "Neighborvention". On the former show, loyal customers will give advices to a company's top executives on how to improve the business. The other show, meanwhile, will feature "one desperate family in crisis" who "opens their doors and reaches out to their neighbors for a helping hand" in each episode.

A music video for Pitbull's new song "Get It Started", which features Latin diva Shakira, has made its way out online. Opened with "The Bourne Legacy"-esque shots of Pitbull and a sexy brunette, the espionage-themed video centers on the rapper as he tries to save the lady from someone who looks like a mob boss.

Highlighting the sunny ambience of a city, the video also presents some action-packed scenes as the Florida rapper gets involved in a dangerous car chase to save his girl. Shakira, meanwhile, is never seen sharing a scene with him. Looking gorgeous in a golden gown, the Colombian songstress is featured singing alone on a balcony while the sun shines through her blond hair.

Rumor that Robert Pattinson was holed up in Reese Witherspoon's compound in Ojai, California following Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal was debunked. A source close to the "Bel Ami" actor told ET that the story first run by Us Weekly was fabricated.

Witherspoon played Pattinson's on-screen love interest in movie "Water for Elephants" in 2011. The whereabouts of the "Cosmopolis" hunk were still unknown, and a representative for the "This Means War" actress had no comment on the rumor.

After previewed in a 30-second snippet, Mariah Carey's latest single "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" has been finally released in its full version. Featuring Rick Ross and Meek Mill, the song opens with the Pennsylvania rapper spitting his lines, "I remember they said that it ain't my turn/ But it ain't confirmed/ Then the tables turned."

Katherine Jackson opened up about her trip to Arizona that ended with her being stripped off her role as the guardian of Michael Jackson's kids. In a court document filed to share joint guardianship of the children with her 34-year-old grandson TJ, she revealed how she was tricked into getting into a flight and what really happened during her so-called much-needed rest.

The Jackson matriarch claimed she found herself at an Arizona resort and spa after she was ordered by an unnamed doctor to take a rest and hop a plane. Could Jimmy Fallon host the Oscars 2013 telecast? According to Los Angeles Times, the former "Saturday Night Live" star is in talks to serve as the emcee for next year's Academy Awards show in February. It is also said that "SNL" veteran Lorne Michaels is courted to serve as the producer.

First good news for Kristen Stewart since her affair with director Rupert Sanders got out. The actress has reportedly landed a lead role in "Lie Down in Darkness", an indie adaptation of William Styron's 1951 novel about a dysfunctional Virginian Loftis family.

According to Vulture, Stewart is set to play Peyton Loftis, a character who is constantly compared to her crippled sister, Maudie, and whose intense physical beauty makes her the object of her frigid mother's jealous hatred and the target of her father's incestuous, alcoholic lust.

Beyonce Knowles' life and career will be translated into a nonfiction film directed by the superstar herself. With 20 minutes footage in hand, Knowles has been shopping the documentary film around to Hollywood studios in recent weeks.

LA Times heard from a source that the movie is "a mix of music and personal study, blending concert footage with confessional interview." The singer is planning to get busy with this one. Not only will Knowles star and direct the documentary, but also she will serve as producer.

Authorities are tracking the caller who made a "swatting" prank to Miley Cyrus' house in Los Angeles. Since making a false call to 911 is considered a misdemeanor, the prank caller will be prosecuted and could face felony charges as well as up to three years in jail.

Someone called 911 on Wednesday, August 1 night to inform that a kidnapping was happening inside Cyrus' house. The caller also said that one person was shot. LAPD responded quickly by swarming the house with guns drawn and sending a chopper to the scene to set up a perimeter. Turns out, the house was empty.

"Magic Mike" star Matthew McConaughey has joined the stellar cast of Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf of Wall Street". His character, Mark Hanna is the early boss and mentor of Leonardo DiCaprio's Jordan Belfort.

"Wolf of Wall Street" revolves around a Long Island penny stockbroker who served 20 months in prison for refusing to cooperate in a massive 1990s securities fraud case that involved widespread corruption on Wall Street and in the corporate banking world, including mob infiltration.

John Mayer's representative may have dismissed the dating report of him and Katy Perry but that doesn't stop the singers to hang out together again. Mayer and Perry were photographed together on Wednesday, August 1 night in Los Angeles on their way to have dinner at the Chateau Marmont.

The couple was seen together for a date for the first time on Friday, June 19 at Soho House in West Hollywood. Sources said they were "affectionate, holding hands and cuddling". Mayer's rep insisted "they are not dating" though.
