Evidences Against John Travolta's First Sexual Battery Accusation Emerge

John Travolta is slapped with lawsuits by two male masseurs who accuse him of sexual battery and harassment, but proofs that one of the claims is likely to be false have been brought to light. TMZ claimed to have two evidences that the "Savages" actor was not in Los Angeles the day he was said to be making sexual advances at the first masseur.

One of the proofs was a photo of the 58-year-old that was confirmed to have been taken on January 16 in New York City. Another one was a meal receipt from the city's Mr. Chow on the same date. There is no clue that can verify the receipt did belong to the husband of Kelly Preston, but the gossip site pointed out at the $100 tip and the actor's habit of giving generous tip.

Should she join the project, the girlfriend of actor Ian Somerhalder is expected to star as a "hot-to-trot 19-year-old who has a thing for the best friend and whose father is one of the biggest pot growers in the province."

Kristen Stewart's 'On the Road' Picked Up by IFC Films and Sundance Selects

Kristen Stewart's upcoming drama "On the Road" has finally found its U.S. distributor. On Tuesday, May 8, it was officially announced that AMC Networks has acquired the rights to the Walter Salles-directed film, which will be released nationwide by the company's film distribution labels IFC Films and Sundance Selects.

Of the newly inked partnership, IFC Films/Sundance Selects president Jonathan Sehring said, "This is a major forward for us, and we plan to work across AMC Networks in putting all our resources together to make this theatrical release into a significant cultural event." He added, "We will show the same passion in releasing this film as the team took behind producing it."
