DMX Sued for Concerts Deal Gone Bad

A booking agency is suing rapper DMX for having too many legal problems that eventually drained out their money. Heavy Rotation booked DMX for worldwide concerts in 2011 but due to his traffic violation and child support cases, the agency could not clear him for overseas trip.

HR claimed they paid bails, child support and other legal bills for DMX in order to lift the lien on DMX's passport. However, the rapper continued to create problems that made their efforts go in vain. Beside the passport issues, DMX also hired outside management that could get him shows within United States. At the end of the day, all planned concerts had to be canceled.

Spotted leaving Ashton Kutcher's pad in the wee hour was Rihanna. The singer, who was wearing high heels and hot pants, visited the "Two and a Half Men" actor in his Los Angeles mansion on Wednesday, March 21 midnight and did not leave until four hours later.

Rihanna left the place at 4 A.M. early Thursday in her driven black Escalade. Photographers captured the "Birthday Cake" singer texting and making no attempt to dodge the cameras. Earlier on Wednesday night, Rihanna was seen having dinner with friend Melissa Forde at Giorgio Baldi's in Santa Monica.

Pattinson plays a financial wizard and playboy billionaire who hops on a deadly limo ride to Manhattan. His goal is to get a haircut at Anthony's, his father's barber, but on this day his driver has to navigate a presidential visit, an attack by anarchists and a rapper's funeral. Stuck in traffic, he anxiously monitors the value of the yen on the limo's computer, his fortune in the balance.

Usher Afraid Adele Might Break His Record

Usher has a confession to make. In an interview with Capital FM, the R&B singer says he fears Adele who continues to gain steadily-strong sales number with her album "21" might break his record. The 7.9 million mark he pulled in through his studio album "Confessions" was the biggest sales in a year, but the British pop sensation was close to surpass it last year.

"If I have to confess, I have to confess that I have told a few people not to go and buy Adele's album because I don't want her to go and break my record," Usher opens up before adding, "No actually, I love her. Unfortunately, she's the closest to breaking my record for the last ten years. So now guys, don't go and buy that album right now."

'Bad Teacher' Helmer to Make 'Sex Tape' With Jason Segel

After directing Cameron Diaz as a sex-crazed woman in "Bad Teacher", Jake Kasdan is set to helm another high-concept adult comedy for Sony Pictures. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kasdan has been slated to direct Jason Segel in a movie called "Sex Tape".

Kasdan takes over the helming duty from Segel's frequent collaborator, Nicholas Stoller, who has never finalized his deal with Sony. After closing the agreement with the studio, Kasdan will soon have to find an actress to tackle the female lead. It was rumored that Diaz has been mentioned as a possible co-star to Segel.

One eyewitness told PEOPLE, "Kaley and the guy were giggling all night in the V.I.P. section, where they were kissing, dancing and even did an impromptu photo shoot, making funny faces together." During the first day production of The CW's pilot in New York, the Leslie Burke of "Bridge to Terabithia" donned a baggy red jumper with grey stripes, matched with a knee-length denim skirt. Her face looked natural with minimal make-up. In between takes, she wore brown boots and a blue jacket to keep herself warm.

El DeBarge Released on $30K Bail Following Drug Possession Arrest

El DeBarge has found himself in another run-in with the law. The lead singer of DeBarge was arrested on Monday, March 19 for possession of narcotics with intent to sell, a representative for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Wednesday. He was released on a $30,000 bail, and is due in court on April 9.

50-year-old El was busted at around 2 P.M. in Encino, California. LAPD spokeswoman Norma Eisenman detailed that the "Rhythm of the Night" singer was apprehended near White Oak Avenue and the 101 Freeway after he and another man were caught by undercover narcotics officers in what seemed to be a drug deal.

Oprah Winfrey's OWN could record a higher loss this year, so it's predicted by SNL Kagan analyst Derek Baine. According to the senior analyst at the research firm, the network is likely to lose $142.9 million in 2012 after losing $107 million in 2011.
