Halle Berry's Ex Freed From Child Endangerment Accusation

Gabriel Aubry is off the hook after a judge closed a pending child-endangerment case put up against him. Halle Berry's ex and baby daddy appeared in the dependency court on Thursday, March 8 for the hearing of a case brought up upon suggestion from the Los Angeles County Department of Family and Children Services.

A former nanny reported Aubry to the DFCS, accusing the model of yelling and shoving her while she was holding his daughter Nahla. DCFS went in to investigate, including interviewing Berry whose words are sealed in court documents. However, the org could not find any evidence of Nahla in any danger, suggesting at the court that Aubry's visit for Nahla to be no longer supervised.

Report: Whitney Houston's Daughter and Adopted Son Romantically Involved

There's an unpleasant rumor floating around about Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina. Hollywood Life reported that the 19-year-old is in a romantic relationship with Whitney's unofficial adopted son, Nicholas Gordon, who is consequently Bobbi's brother.

Bobbi reportedly kissed Nicholas in the lips and did not even try to hide their affection for each other while shopping at Georgia's Target on March 9. "Bobbi and Nick were in the music section and then all over the store. Bobbi was kissing him on the mouth and holding hands. They were laughing and smiling and seemed SO happy," eyewitnesses told the site.

When "The Vampire Diaries" returns with a new episode next week, fans will get flashbacks to the Salvatore Brothers in 1912. As previewed in a new clip, Damon and Stefan had their first encounter that year after taking different paths almost 50 years before.

Damon is not too happy to meet his brother again, noting how Stefan took part in his transition to a vampire. Stefan, however, insists he has become a different person and offers his brother to have a drink together.

Kim Delaney Breaks Silence on Incoherent Speech About Military Families

Kim Delaney finally addresses the September 2011 incident where she had to be escorted off the stage at a military event due to her rambling speech. The Jenny Gardner of ABC's "All My Children" shares her side of the story to Entertainment Weekly, calling it a "bad week" before saying, "I wasn't feeling great."

Not being in her best condition wasn't the only excuse Delaney offered. "There were technical problems," so the "Army Wives" star claimed. She added, "I was prepared, but it didn't come out that way. It was like the perfect storm for something to go wrong. And then it goes viral! There's just nothing you can do [but] deal with it, right?"

Edie Murphy's 'A Thousand Words' Joins List of Worst Reviewed Movies Ever

Eddie Murphy's latest comedy movie, "A Thousand Words", has been included in Rotten Tomatoes' list of worst reviewed films ever. The widely panned movie becomes the first 2012's wide release pic which earns a zero score from film critics aggregated on the reliable movie site. The "perfect zero" score marks a historic critical attack that puts the comedian in a special category.

Rotten Tomatoes' editor in chief, Matt Atchity, said to The Hollywood Reporter of the disappointing result of Murphy's upcoming comedy. "Since we put a score up for a film with as little as five reviews, there are a lot of very small films that have releases, but for wide releases, there are probably only 3 or 4 dozens [zeroes] going back to the start of the site in 1999," he explained.

Michael Madsen Arrested on Suspicion of Child Endangerment

Michael Madsen has another run in with the law. The Hollywood actor, who starred opposite Uma Thurman in the two volumes of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill", was arrested in Malibu, California at 3:55 P.M. PST Friday, March 9, TMZ reported. He was booked on suspicion of felony child endangerment.

According to a law enforcement source, a call about a family dispute was made from Madsen's home prior to the arrest. It is said that the 54-year-old actor, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, got into a physical fight with one of his sons. While the son didn't need medical attention following the altercation, the cops did see several signs of injury on him.

Another emotional tribute performance was delivered in memory of Whitney Houston. This time around, it's Robin Thicke who took the stage to honor the late New Jersey singer. The husband of actress Paula Patton performed her 1995 single "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)" while playing a piano.

Thicke did the cover on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", and held back his tears near the end of the performance. "I'm sorry, I got a little choked up everybody," he said. "I was actually thinking about her the whole time." On Twitter, he wrote, "We miss you dearly. Your legacy will live on with us forever."

Coolio Lands in the Same Jail as His Son for Unpaid Traffic Ticket

Coolio has found himself being placed behind bars at the same Las Vegas jail his son is being held. The 48-year-old, whose real name is Artis Leon Ivey Jr., was booked in the Clark County Detention Center in the wee hours of Friday, March 9 morning after being arrested on a warrant that charged him with failure to appear in court on a traffic ticket nearly two years ago.

Officer Laura Meltzer told The Associated Press that police stopped a vehicle, in which Coolio was a passenger, several blocks east of the Las Vegas Strip at around 2:20 A.M. for a routine traffic violation. When the cops put the "Gangsta's Paradise" rapper's in the system, two active bench warrants for his arrest stemming from multiple traffic violations popped out.

Joss Whedon Wants 'Avengers 2' to Be 'Smaller and More Painful' Than First Film

"The Avengers" has yet to arrive in the U.S. theaters, but already director Joss Whedon discussed his vision for its sequel. Sharing to SFX, the "Buffy and the Vampire Slayer" creator opened up that he wants the follow-up film to be "smaller" and "more painful" than the first movie, which will hit cinemas nationwide on May 4.

Asked how "Avengers 2" could possibly best its mega-budgeted predecessor, the 47-year-old moviemaker stated, "By not trying to. By being smaller. More personal, more painful." He added, "By being the next thing that should happen to these characters, and not just a rehash of what seemed to work the first time. By having a theme that is completely fresh and organic to itself."

Adam Lambert gave his devotees a first listen to his new songs when doing a promotional show in Atlanta recently. The "Sleepwalker" singer performed three songs, "Chokehold", "Cuckoo" and title track of his upcoming studio album "Trespassing".

Lambert originally planned to release his album in the United States on March 20, but later pushed it back for a "Mapril" release. He has released its lead single "Better Than I Know Myself" last December, and is currently prepping a bundle of remixes.

Angelina Jolie's "Girl, Interrupted" role has inspired one of the major characters in "American Horror Story" season 2. The Ryan Murphy-created show is currently looking for an actress to play the arch nemesis for Jessica Lange's character and the casting notice mentions, "...think Angelina Jolie in 'Girl, Interrupted'," when describing the character.

According to TVLine, the regular character named Gia is "a fierce, ferocious, extremely sexual and dangerous wild-child sexpot who harbors a secret." The FX horror drama series seeks for a Caucasian actress in her mid-20s to take on the role.

Harvey Weinstein and MPAA to Host 'Bully' Special Screening Amid Rating Dispute

Despite the fact that they have recently been involved in a dispute over "Bully" R rating, Harvey Weinstein and the Motion Picture Association of America will team up to host a special screening event for the controversial documentary together. On Friday, March 9, MPAA also announced that the two sides will also participate in a panel discussion that will be held after the screening.

Both sides have agreed to play nice for one day for the film's screening in Washington D.C. on Thursday, March 15 though they continue to have disagreement on the film's rating. The invitation-only event will also be attended by a number of Washington D.C.-area educators, parents and students.

Nick Cannon is opening up more about his recent health woes. Nearly a week after informing public that he has a "lupus-type" autoimmune disease, the "America's Got Talent" host sat down with Piers Morgan for CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight", and revealed that his illness was a rare one.

After he suffered from kidney failure, Cannon said that the doctors "found out that I have lupus nephritis, which is an autoimmune disease," through a bunch of tests and studies. The multi-talented husband of Mariah Carey went on to note, "It's a rare one. Mine was a very rare case, but it's attacking only my kidneys."

Investigation into Whitney Houston's untimely death is inching closer to an end. An inside source has informed CNN on Friday, March 9 that investigators have concluded the logistical part of their inquiry, and added that the late pop icon's toxicology report is expected to be completed "on or around March 23rd."

According to the source, the investigators have contacted all physicians and pharmacies who are connected to Houston, and found nothing appears to be suspicious. It is noted, however, that officials are currently reviewing additional medical information to be used in the final ruling on the "It's Not Right but It's Okay" singer's cause of death.

Titled "Please Remember Me", the farewell track was recorded by last year's "Idol" winner Scotty McCreery. It's a revamped version of Tim McGraw's 1999 hit single.

"It's always a sad time whenever this song is played, but it's definitely a really big part of the show," Scotty said. "I never had to experience that feeling personally, but I always felt the pain because we became such a close family on the show. We were such a tight-knit group of people, so it was always sad to see people go. The send-off song was always a way to stay connected to the show. I'm glad they chose me to do it."

The young singer additionally pulled in 7.8 million digital tracks from her catalog, but it was her tour which became her most beneficial source of income. She's estimated to have cashed in $88.5 million gross in the United States alone, and have netted a grand total of $29.8 million from the roadshow.

First trailer for the long-awaited movie adaptation of Jack Kerouac's fabled novel, "On the Road", has been debuted. The video is presented from the perspective of Sam Riley's Sal Paradise while he embarks on a road trip with free-spirited Dean Moriarty, played by Garrett Hedlund. It also sees Kristen Stewart playing Dean's young wife, Marylou, who is shamelessly flashing skin and dancing wildly in front of males.

The movie is set in the 1940s, the rising era of Beat movement. It is narrated by Kerouac's thinly veiled alter ego, Sal, who gets inspired to hit the road to see America. The story revolves around his ups and downs as he hitchhikes, hops trains, meets other travelers, struggles for meals and explores the themes of freedom and longing.

'Glee' Filming a Whitney Houston Tribute Episode

A "Glee" tribute episode for the late Whitney Houston is finally being made. According to recent reports, the FOX show is working on an episode that will celebrate Houston's music and feature eight of her popular songs. The episode will revolve around the McKinley High School students having a hard time saying goodbye to each other before the graduation.

Although the episode is not yet officially announced, cast member Lea Michele has given several hints on her Twitter. "Starting a new episode today. A very special tribute to one of the worlds most amazing singers. Very excited about this one," Michele wrote later adding, "Singing a really great rendition of one of my favorite songs today with @MsAmberPRiley @NayaRivera and @chriscolfer :)."
