Clay could be considered lucky to still be alive after all the sins he's done throughout this season of "Sons of Anarchy". Defending his decision not to kill off the former president of SAMCRO who was shot in last week's episode, creator Kurt Sutter said, "I just think there's more story to play out now that Jax has this information [about Clay]. [Killing him] just seemed like a waste to me."

Despite escaping death, Clay is not completely unscathed. In Sutter's words, "for someone like Clay to be reduced to a guy who is wounded and weakened... is almost like a fate worse than death." He added, "It's the humiliation of it all. It's like he has literally been f***ing neutered. ... For a guy as hard and as alpha as Clay, that it is worse than if [Jax] just f***ing slit his throat."

Angelina Jolie has weighed in on the plagiarism lawsuit she was served with a few days earlier. Being accused of stealing James Braddock's idea for her directorial and screenwriting debut, "In the Land of Blood and Honey", in the suit, the 36-year-old actress reacted by claiming that she has never even read the Croatian journalist's book.

Speaking to Los Angeles Times, Jolie admitted she did drew inspiration from many books by journalists like Peter Maas and Tom Gielten, but insisted she didn't steal Braddock's idea. "There are many books and documentaries that I did pull from. It's a combination of many people's stories," she explained. "But that particular book I've never seen."

One Backstreet Boys member is giving a unique twist to his wedding invitation. A.J. McLean is set to tie the knot with fiancee Rochelle Deanna Karidis in less than two weeks time, and a look at his gothic-themed invite has been made available for viewing pleasure via TMZ.

Universal Pictures has dropped the new trailer for "The Lorax" via Yahoo! Movies. The fresh sneak-peek video gives a better look at the key characters featured in the film. The long-running question about whether or not Michael Bay would return to direct "Transformers 4" is close to get the answer. While "John Carter" is still months away from hitting U.S. theaters, director Andrew Stanton revealed that he's already planned sequels for the sci-fi movie. Angelina Jolie could team up with acclaimed French director Luc Besson in her next movie. The long-time partner of Brad Pitt has been eyed to star in a yet-to-be-titled big scale movie, which will be written and directed by the director of Aung San Suu Kyi biopic "The Lady".

Deadline reported that Jolie already has some serious talks with Besson. Though details of the untitled movie are still kept secret, it is said that the film is a "dramatic thriller that is rooted in true scientific elements." The project is planned to start shooting in the spring of 2012.

Kim Richards might not decide to check herself into rehab on her own accord. A day after it was announced that the cast member of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is seeking help at an undisclosed treatment center, Radar Online came out with a report that Bravo was likely behind her recent rehab trip.

Accordingly, the 47-year-old entered rehab after facing pressure from network executives. "Kim was told by the people at Bravo that she had to get help and that help meant going into rehab immediately," a source said. "The network people were worried about her and wanted her to try and fix her problems."

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" continues its tradition as a star-studded affair by tapping more A-listers to its lineup. CBS has given the first taste of its new comedy "iRob!" by dropping a promo video. While it's lack of storyline, the video manages to give a sneak peek to a situation that has to be faced by Rob Schneider's character after he married into a tight-knit Mexican-American family.

Rob is a lifelong bachelor who just eloped with a Mexican-American woman and returns home to face her "overprotective, judgmental parents." Seemingly having a hard time adjusting to the family's habits, he leaves a dining table since his new family can't stop bickering loudly with one another during a meal.

Just a couple of days after John Rich got booted off a plane, another celebrity shared similar experience for a whole different reason. On Tuesday, December 6, Alec Baldwin boarded an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles but found himself removed from the place for playing "Words with Friends".

"Thor 2" is hunting a director again. After Marvel Studios announced in October that Patty Jenkins has been locked to tackle the helming duty, it is now reported that Jenkins is no longer attached to the much awaited superhero movie.

According to Deadline, Jenkins has dropped out of the "Thor" sequel due to creative differences. Though she has exited the project, it is reported that the 40-year-old filmmaker will probably end up working on one of Marvel's superhero films, but not in a sequel.

Justin Bieber has premiered a new version of "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" music video. While the previous one sees the Canadian popstar getting animated, this newly-released clip, which premieres before "Arthur Christmas", features Bieber appearing in person and dressing a la Steampunk Oliver Twist.

Instead of featuring Santa's reindeer like the animated one, this live-action version shows the "Mistletoe" singer joining Santa's helpers in his North Pole workshop and helping the elves get all the Christmas gifts ready to deliver. "Glee" is going to celebrate Michael Jackson's musical legacy in a tribute episode. After Madonna, Britney Spears and Fleetwood Mac, the late "Thriller" hitmaker will be the latest star honored in a January 24, 2012 episode.

According to TV Guide, 10-12 songs from MJ's catalog will be featured in the tribute episode. The special outing is being fast-tracked in the writers' room and the first half of it is expected to be filmed before the holiday break. The remaining numbers, meanwhile, will be completed when the cast are back to the set in January.

Kim Kardashian could be the fire starter to the whole Kardashian-fiesta but she now wants her family members to share the spotlight. Kim, her sisters, half-sisters and mom inked a deal with nail polish company OPI back in March to become spokeswomen for a special line of nail polish featuring their colors. Kim expects everybody to get the same paycheck.

The biggest nail polish company, according to TMZ, had agreed to pay the reality star family a $600,000 up front and promised to give them royalty to the nail polish's profits. Based on the obtained contract, Kim divided the up front money equally between them, meaning each one gets $100,000.

Robert Downey Jr.'s wife Susan Levin is pregnant with a baby boy, the actor has revealed on the Monday, December 5 episode of "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno". The actor revealed, "I am not permitted to discuss it. I can't say a word... We're having a boy!"

Levin had asked her husband not to discuss the baby's sex in public. "I keep dropping the ball everywhere. She'll say don't tell your cousins until...and then I tell 'em," the "Iron Man" star gushed. Levin is due to give birth in February 2012.

Jesse James did not credit his third wife, Sandra Bullock, by her name in the beginning of Monday, December 5 night's episode of "American Chopper: The Build-Off". He referred to Bullock whom he married for five years and divorced in 2010 as "some Hollywood actress".

"I became a big shot and married some Hollywood actress and didn't talk to anybody anymore, so I feel bad," James said. "I feel obligated to reconnect with all these people and show 'em that I'm still the same fabricator motorcycle guy. I'm not what I became."
