Britain's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) does not like the image portrayed by 17-year-old Dakota Fanning. The young actress appears on the ad for Marc Jacobs' new fragrance Oh, Lola! but ASA thinks it "sexualize a child".

The ad which shows Fanning sitting down with the perfume bottle in between her legs is banned from England. "We noted that the model was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative," the statement from ASA read.

Jamie Lynn Spears started as Britney Spears' little sister who starred in Nickelodeon's "Zoey 101" and got pregnant at the age of 16. After a break from the limelight following her daughter's birth, the now 20-year-old star re-emerges as a country singer.

"Immortals" follows the tale of the ruthless King Hyperion who leads his bloodthirsty army on a murderous rampage across Greece to find a deadly weapon that will destroy humanity. A mortal chosen by Zeus named Theseus must lead the fight against Hyperion and his evil army with the fate of mankind and the Gods at stake.

Duo Shwayze and Cisco Adler have debuted a music video in support of their latest single "Drunk Off Your Love". Sharing screen with their featured guest Sky Blu, the "Get U Home" partners throw a booze-filled party and provide soundtrack for their drunken guests.

Universal Pictures has unveiled a brand new three-way banner for "Snow White and the Huntsman". The fresh artwork centers on three lead characters, who are Snow White, Huntsman and the Evil Queen a.k.a Ravenna, in the Rupert Sanders fairy tale-adapted film. The picture also gives a hint at the fantasy world of the film.

In the image, Kristen Stewart's Snow White is seen standing alone in the woods with a dagger in her hand, while Chris Hemsworth's Huntsman is seen holding his axe as he stands among tree branches. As for Charlize Theron's Evil Queen, the villainous character looks fierce as she stands against a dark background where there is a war happening and plenty of black ravens flying around.

Recent rumors suggesting that Ashanti was going to replace Fergie (Stacy Ferguson) in the Black Eyed Peas turned out to be a BS. A representative for the R&B group set the record straight by telling EW that the reports were "categorically untrue."

The rumor was brought to attention by MediaTakeOut. "The group had been looking for a replacement for some time," a so-called top music industry exec informed the publication. "Ashanti was reportedly brought onto the group's World Tour -- as sort of an audition, to see if she could work with the band - and it worked out perfectly."

"Last Man Standing" has recruited Nick Jonas for a guest-starring role. On the new ABC series, the 19-year-old singer/actor will ditch his squeaky-clean persona to play a deadbeat teen father of Mike's (Tim Allen) young grandson.

Nick's character, Ryan, will make a surprise appearance in a Christmas-themed episode. According to TVLine, his presence "challenges Mike to suppress his inner-Scrooge and forgive the young man for his past mistakes."

The return of NeNe Leakes and co. was apparently eargely awaited by "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" fans. Nearly 2.9 million people tuned in the season 4 premiere of the Bravo reality series on Sunday, November 6, marking the highest premiere ratings for the hit "Real Housewives" franchise.

The number of the total viewers shows a 20% increase from last season's debut which averaged 2.4 million audience in October 2010. It lured 1.9 million people in the coveted 18-49 demo, up 10% from the season 3 opener.

CBS is going to revive "The Rifleman" after it ended its run a few decades ago. Chris Columbus, who directed "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" and "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", is on board to direct the first episode should the reboot project receive pilot order.

Columbus, who was also behind movie adaptation "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief", will additionally executive produce the show along with the original series' producer Arthur Gardner. Brett Ratner finally decided to step down from his position as the co-producer of the 2012 Academy Awards telecast after grabbing the headlines by making an anti-gay slur recently. On Tuesday, November 8, the 42-year-old filmmaker announced that he resigned from his duty after having a discussion with president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Tom Sherak.

"I called Tom Sherak this morning and resigned as a producer of the 84th Academy Awards telecast," so Ratner wrote in his statement. "Being asked to help put on the Oscar show was the proudest moment of my career. But as painful as this may be for me, it would be worse if my association with the show were to be a distraction from the Academy and the high ideals it represents."

In the wake of a verdict in Michael Jackson involuntary manslaughter trial, MSNBC is set to air a documentary titled "Michael Jackson and The Doctor: A Fatal Friendship" on Friday at 10 P.M. ET. The program offers a story of MJ's death from the point of view of Conrad Murray and his defense team.

The documentary will follow Murray, who on Monday, November 7 was found guilty in the case, during the trial. The program will additionally feature the physician talking about the day MJ died, and sharing details of his relationship with the late King of Pop.

Nominees for next year's People's Choice Awards have been announced in a press conference which was held at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday, November 8. The nominations of the 38th Annual People's Choice Awards have been announced early Tuesday, November 8, unveiling "Glee" domination in television categories. The popular musical series bags seven noms, more than any other TV shows.

"Glee" is vying for Favorite Network TV Comedy. To win the coveted title, the FOX show must compete with other nominees, including "The Big Bang Theory, "How I Met Your Mother", "Modern Family" and "Two and a Half Men".

Another Hip-Hop legend has gone too soon. Rapper Heavy D died on Tuesday, November 8 afternoon after collapsing outside his Beverly Hills home. He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 12:08 P.M, L.A. County Chief Coroner Craig Harvey detailed.

"I can confirm that he died today," Harvey told PEOPLE. "He was transported from a residence in Beverly Hills and was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead in the emergency room. The cause of death is yet to be determined; we're investigating it now. We do know that he last saw his doctor two weeks ago."

While the case is still hot, Kurt Loder risked the wrath of Michael Jackson's fans by saying that he believes that the late pop king was a child molester. Loder, a longtime face of MTV News, made the controversial statement on the "Jeff and Jeremy in the Morning" radio show on Tuesday, November 8 morning.

He was asked whether MJ's death was a tragedy and he replied, "It's a shame how he grew up ... his childhood was a shame ... there is many sad aspects to his life, ... on the other hand, I think he was a child molester, and that sort of tempers any feelings you might have about him."

Pitbull no longer responds in friendly manner to Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit. If previously the rapper invited her to 2011 MTV Video Music Awards to meet up and cool it down, this time he files legal documents accusing the actress of being a liar.

Lohan first launched a lawsuit against Pitbull for using her name in "Give Me Everything" but did not give her royalty. She filed the suit in NY State Court, which is used by Pitbull as a weapon because he knows that she has been living in California since 2004. "Given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future," read the lawsuit.

Matthew Fox is biting back at the woman who sues him for $25,000 on claim that he punched her in the vagina among others. The actor said in counter suit that the female bus driver was the one who physically assaulted him.

Heather Bormann said in her lawsuitthat she was hit in the breasts, arm, leg and groin area when she denied him a bus ride on August 28 in Cleveland, Ohio. Fox was arrested for the alleged incident but he was not charged by Cleveland prosecutors due to lack of evidence.

Coming rather expected, a parents group has slammed "Glee" for an episode where teen sex is the main focus. In "The First Time" which aired Tuesday, November 8, Finn and Rachel as well as Kurt and Blaine hooked up for the first time and creator Ryan Murphy did not skip the physical scenes.

Watchdogs at the Parents Television Council are not pleased at what they see, stating "The fact that 'Glee' intends to not only broadcast, but celebrate children having sex is reprehensible. The gender of the high school characters involved is irrelevant. Teen sex is now more prevalent on TV than adult sex and Glee is only playing into that trend. Research proves that television is a teen sexual super peer that can, and likely will, influence a teen's decision to become sexually active. Fox knows the show inherently attracts kids; celebrating teen sex constitutes gross recklessness."
