Tom Cruise fearlessly climbs up the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, without using any body double in "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol". The stunt has been teased in a new featurette for the upcoming film that gives a look at the scene set in Dubai.

In the video, 49-year-old Tom is seen dangling off the skyscraper which height is not less than 2,723 feet. He is also seen bravely running up, down and sideways on the exterior of the building. "This is just another day at work on 'Mission: Impossible'," so director Brad Bird says in the video.

Johnny Depp still holds a grudge against Ricky Gervais after the "Ghost Town" actor trashed him at 2010 Golden Globe Awards, so is the premise of a sketch on "Life's Too Short". In a sneak peek to the new comedy, the "Rango" star is introduced by Warwick Davis to the creator of U.K.'s "The Office" and he remembers him from the awarding ceremony.

After stubbing his cigarette out into Gervais' glass of water, Depp tells the "Extras" writer that Helena Bonham Carter thinks Gervais is an idiot. When the British comedian asks if he has done something that offends Depp, the "Pirates of the Carribean" star replies, "What do you mean? Starting off strong, new action thriller "Homeland" has scored a second season order from Showtime. The cable channel announced the renewal after airing four episodes of the rookie which was seen by 4.4 million viewers across various platforms in its first week.

The October 2 premiere itself drew 1.1 million viewers, marking Showtime's most watched drama premiere in eight years since "Dead Like Me". More impressively, the audience number keeps increasing with its most recent episode hitting a series high. The show now becomes the highest-rated new series ever for the network.

Anne Hathaway has added one more movie project on her list. After nabbing a coveted role in "Les Miserables", the 28-year-old actress is set to expand her career, not only as an actress but also as a producer. She has sealed a deal to star in and produce an upcoming thriller called "Puzzler" for Paramount Pictures.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Puzzler" is described as a "female-driven, paranoid thriller in the vein of 'Three Days of the Condor'." The screenplay will be written by Karl Gajdusek, who penned the script for Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman's recent thriller "Trespass".

Big Sean doesn't have to worry about being charged with third-degree sex abuse and forcible touching anymore. The 23-year-old rapper has those charges against him dropped after he accepted a plea deal for a misdemeanor count of unlawful imprisonment on Wednesday, October 26. He was only required to pay a $750 fine.

Spreading words that the MC, whose real name is Sean Anderson, is in the clear was his lawyer Scott Leemon. To XXLMag.com, he stated, "I am pleased to announce that after further investigation the Niagra County District Attorney's Office decided not to pursue any of the sexual misconduct allegations against Mr. Anderson."

The Black Keys apparently have no intention to scare people although Halloween is fast approaching. Instead, they draw laughters with their latest video. Filmed to support their single "Lonely Boy", the newly-premiered clip is filmed in a homemade style.

The video features a guy dressing in gentlemanly clothes. As the "Lonely Boy" music is blasting on the background, he wastes no time to move his body with just enough energy. He mimes the lyrics and sometimes acts them out, creating a combination of oddly compelling visuals.

A new clip for "The Rum Diary" has been unleashed just a few days before the movie arrives in U.S. theaters. Titled "Extraction Area", the brand new sneak-peek video highlights one of the hilarious moments in the film.

In it, Johnny Depp's Paul Kemp is seen lighting a cigarette although his friend warns him not to. As he starts to smoke, his friend suddenly gulps some gasoline before bursting a fire from his mouth, making Kemp shocked.

A baby boy has been added to the "Sister Wives" family. Kody Brown, the star of the controversial TLC reality show, welcomed his 17th child on Wednesday, October 26 morning when his fourth wife, Robyn, gave birth to their first child together at 2:02 A.M. at their home in Las Vegas.

Announcing the birth of baby Solomon, who weighed in at 9 lbs., 10.5 oz., and is 22 inches long, was the 43-year-old practicing polygamist himself. To PEOPLE, he said, "He's perfect and we couldn't be happier. We are so thrilled." Also sharing news of the baby's arrival was one of his other children, Aspyn. The 16-year-old tweeted, "Solomon is born!! Finally."

PBS is going to celebrate the life of Steve Jobs by airing a documentary about him. The network announced that "Steve Jobs - One Last Thing" is set to premiere on Wednesday, November 2 at 10 P.M. ET.

The one-hour documentary will feature interviews with those who worked or knew the late co-founder of Apple Inc. The interviewees include other Apple co-founders Ronald Wayne and Steve Wozniak, singer will.i.am, Ross Perot who invested in NeXT Computer when Jobs was running out of money, as well as Bill Fernandez who introduced Jobs and Wozniak in Sunnyvale.

Britney Spears is saddened to hear that one of her fans died after attending her "Femme Fatale" concert in Dublin, Ireland. The "Criminal" singer sends her prayers and condolence to the fallen fan's family through a tweet.

The former Disney star wrote on Twitter on Wednesday, October 26, "I was saddened to hear of the tragic accident in Dublin." The southern belle, who is currently touring across Europe, added, "My heart goes out to the family."

Halloween comes sooner and lasts longer on "American Horror Story". The show has already celebrated the festivity in its October 26 episode where past occupants of the Hammons' house show up, and the family will be haunted by a new houseguest before Halloween night comes to an end in the next outing.

Rumors of separation still refuse to leave Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries alone. In its latest issue, OK! Magazine features a cover story suggesting that Kim's husband of two months, Kris, has been begging the "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" star not to leave him.

A source said that after the newlyweds reportedly had a fight on October 4, the New Jersey Nets player "apologized to Kim over and over again." The source further claimed, "He admitted he was totally in the wrong and actually said, 'Don't leave me.' It was pretty desperate, but then again, he needed to say something dramatic to make her realize he was serious."

Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years" becomes the first soundtrack from "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I" which gets video premiere. It features Perri singing the passionate lyrics of the song to an imagery lover in an empty room. She's stepping from the dark into a room lit with candles.

Some footage from the movie, which is coming out in the U.S. on November 18, is included as well. It sees Robert Pattinson's Edward and Kristen Stewart's Bella during their wedding and honeymoon, and there is also a brief glimpse at a very upset Taylor Lautner's Jacob.

Despite Kate Major's claim that he bruised her during a domestic dispute, Michael Lohan is insisting he is innocent. The father of troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan was released from Hillsborough County's Orient Road Jail in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday, October 26, and was quick to tell reporters that he did not lay a hand on his girlfriend.

"I did not hurt Kate. I didn't do anything to hurt her," the 51-year-old said as quoted by the Daily News. He went on to explain, "We had an argument about a girl who's a really bad influence on Kate, and I took the phone out of Kate's hand and threw it down. I said I'd had it and that I was leaving, and she panicked. She was worried she'd get stuck with all the bills, so she called the police."

Ted might think the Slutty Pumpkin is an ideal woman for him when they first met years ago, but he changes his mind after he knows her better. In the upcoming Halloween episode of "How I Met Your Mother", Naomi, the girl behind the pumpkin costume, easily gets cozy with Ted but he does not feel the same way.

In one of the sneak peeks from the episode, Ted cannot find the right position just to lay down and stare at the starry sky with Naomi who is portrayed by Katie Holmes. Chris Brown has nabbed another big screen role after he starred in 2010's "Takers". The 22-year-old R&B star has been cast to join "Lost" star Josh Holloway in "Planet B-Boy", a drama about breakdancing, which is based on a 2007 award-winning documentary of the same title.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie project is scheduled to kick off the production this week in Los Angeles before moving to Montpellier, France. Benson Lee, who directed the original documentary version, will serve behind the lens with Brin Hill and Chris Parker penning the script.

Daughtry have debuted a music video in support of their new lead single "Crawling Back to You". The band fronted by Chris Daughtry are rocking out loud in a shiny spacious place. Guitar-blaring and drum-smacking sound as well as Chris' screaming voice fill the empty building.

"We wanted it to be a performance video not necessarily based on any narrative or story," Chris said of the clip. The "American Idol" alum also gushed, "Whenever I do a video I have a hard time faking it. I always lose my voice at the end of a video shoot because I give it all every single take."

Before "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I" opens in theaters across the U.S., an official fan convention for the vampire series will be held in Los Angeles in early November. An announcement on the event's official site revealed that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are set to appear as the special guests, and an exclusive footage will be screened.

The "Twilight" trio are scheduled to be on hand at a "Welcome to The Twilight Saga" panel that will take place at Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Century City on Saturday, November 5. Chaz Bono's "Dancing with the Stars" gig ended when he was voted off last Monday, October 24, but he will soon grace the small screen again via OWN's one-hour special. Titled "Being Chaz", the show will be premiered on Oprah Winfrey's network Sunday, November 27 at 8 P.M.

Charlie Sheen is sending his well wishes to one of his roasters on September's Comedy Central special. Soon after news broke out that Patrice O'Neal has suffered a stroke, the 46-year-old actor expressed his support to the ailing comedian, wishing him "nothing but recovery".

Jonathan Groff will reprise his role as Jesse St. James on "Glee", but not without a twist. After he was seen assisting Will Schuester in preparing New Directions for Nationals last season, the former lead singer of Vocal Adrenaline will once again face off McKinly High's glee club in the upcoming Nationals.

Creator/executive producer Ryan Murphy has revealed that Jesse will return as the coach of New Directions' rival choir Vocal Adrenaline. He will appear in four episodes leading to the Nationals and share stories with "The Glee Project" runner-up Alex Newell.

Three months after Amy Winehouse suddenly passed away at the age of 27, her family has found a bit of solace. On Wednesday, October 26, British coroner finally revealed the "Rehab" singer's official cause of death, ruling it to be an "unintended consequence" of accidental alcohol poisoning.

In a statement issued after an inquest in London, family spokesman Chris Goodman said, "It is some relief to finally find out what happened to Amy." He continued on as saying that the singer's family "understand there was alcohol in her system when she passed away; it is likely a build-up over a number of days."

Beyonce Knowles throws a house party for her celebrity guests in a music video for her latest single "Party". Rocking various bright-colored outfits, Queen Bey tries her best to be a good hostess. Bruce Willis is preparing himself to be back on diaper duty once again. The John McClane of the "Die Hard" series has through his representative announced that he and his second wife, Emma Heming, are expecting their first child together.

In a statement released to the press, Bruce's rep said that the couple, who tied the knot in the Turks and Caicos Islands in March 2009, "are overjoyed with this news and they look forward to welcoming this newest addition into their family." The pair's bundle of joy is due early in 2012.
