It is now a confirmed story that world renowned DJ Mehdi has died at the age of 34. The cause of death is not revealed by his publicist but some reported that he had an accident at his home in France.

Mehdi, whose real name is Mehdi Faveris-essad has in his career collaborated with Daft Punk, Carol King and Chromeo among others. He rose to fame in the '90s when he performed with a group named Different Teep. Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk recently reworked Mehdi's single "Signatune" which has sold 9,000 downloads in the U.S.

The story that Will Smith and Marc Anthony are fighting over the same woman is proven false as the two were spotted bonding over a football game. Together, they watched the Miami Dolphins take on the New England Patriots from their VIP box on Monday, September 12.

Will's marriage to Jada Pinkett Smith was the subject of a split rumor last month, and Marc, Jada's co-star on TNT series "Hawthrone", was accused as the other man. Will and Jada have been fighting back this rumor by releasing a denial through their reps and putting a united front in Malibu.

This year's bash for Bill Clinton's foundation would be supported by such artists as Lady GaGa, Usher, and U2's Bono and The Edge. Each of these "socially responsible" artists would perform at an event taking place Saturday, October 15 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

"I am proud that some of today's most influential performers are coming together to raise awareness about the work of my Foundation," Clinton said in a statement. "In the past decade, commitments to my Clinton Global Initiative have improved the lives of more than 300 million people around the world."

Hugh Grant's addition to "Cloud Atlas" has just affirmed that the indie film would be star-studded. The actor has signed up to the project which is adapted from David Mitchell's award-winning novel, joining other British talents such as Jim Sturgess and Ben Whishaw.

Also on the cast list are Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Susan Sarandon and Hugo Weaving. No character details were given but, like the rest of the movie's cast, the actor will be portraying multiple roles in multiple storylines. Wishaw revealed last month, "I'm doing three. Frobisher in the thirties; a female American in the seventies, in the Luisa Rey section; and a smallish role, where I'm basically an extra, in a modern-day nursing home, in the Timothy Cavendish section."

Selena Gomez had taken some people aback when she showed what looks like a tattoo of the word "Justin" on her right wrist during her concert in Las Vegas. While her romance to pop star Justin Bieber is real, the ink is not.

Gomez's representative has confirmed to E! Online that the ink is not permanent. It looks like the word "Justin" and the heart below it were made with Magic Marker. Some even reported that by the time she left the stage, it had already begun to smudge.

Nicki Minaj might have caused backstage chaos at the Carolina Herrera Spring 2012 fashion show. Being the last celebrity to arrive at the event held on Monday, September 12 during New York's Fashion Week, the "Super Bass" raptress reportedly managed to leave the employees brimming in frustration.

Another new clip from upcoming action movie "Abduction" has been made available for viewing pleasure. Titled "Diner Shoot Out", the short snippet presents an action-packed scene where Taylor Lautner is brutally attacked by a group of armed assassins when he has a serious talk with Alfred Molina at a cafeteria.

In the film, Lautner plays lead character Nathan Price, while Molina portrays Frank Burton. The story centers on Price who is unwittingly thrust into a deadly world of covert espionage. The teen realizes that he's been living in somebody else's life and his parents are not his own as he discovers that his baby photo is on a missing people website. As he tries to uncover his true identity, he finds out that he's targeted by a group of trained killers.

Lloyd's music video for his latest single "Dedication to My Ex (Miss That)" has surfaced for fans' viewing pleasure. Despite the song's explicit lyrics, the R&B crooner keeps it PG-rated in its video. He rocks a tux and bow tie, and sings passionately to the camera.

The performance was filmed in a garage-like retro set and backed by some extras posing as his band members. While he is channeling his inner doo-wop singer, his ex-girlfriend clad in leather pussycat outfit is flaunting her sexiness to lure him back.

Retired baseball superstar Manny Ramirez has a run in with the law. The 2004 World Series MVP was arrested on Monday (September 12) night after an altercation with his wife. He was taken to the Broward County jail from his home in Weston, Florida on one charge of touch/strike battery.

According to police report, Manny and his wife Juliana were arguing in their bedroom when he slapped her face, causing her to hit her head on their bed's headboard. The 39-year-old former Boston Red Sox star, however, denied hitting his wife. He claimed that she struck her head "when he shrugged her."

After landing a role as an abandoned pregnant teen in "Gimme Shelter", Vanessa Hudgens is set to play a serial killer's surviving victim in "The Frozen Ground". Breaking the news was Deadline which claimed that the "Sucker Punch" actress has been attached to play alongside Nicolas Cage and John Cusack in the thriller.

The film project is based on true events about the most notorious hunter and killer in Alaska named Robert Hansen, which will be played by Cusack. Hansen is a respected family man who has been abducting more than 24 women for over 12 years and throwing them into the Alaskan wilderness only to be released before he hunted and slaughtered them.

After gracing theaters since late 1980s, Hannibal Lecter will appear on small screen. Gaumont International Television (GIT), which has just been launched by French film studio Gaumont, announced on Monday, September 12 that it is developing "Hannibal" which is based on the character in Thomas Harris' novel.

The one-hour drama series will center on Dr. Hannibal Lecter's early days, namely his time going head-to-head with a young FBI criminal profiler named Will Graham, who is haunted by his ability to empathize with serial killers. While the title character was famously played by Anthony Hopkins in the films, Graham was portrayed by William Petersen and Edward Norton in "Manhunter" and "Red Dragon" respectively.

Evanescence rock out with plenty of energy in a music video supporting their new single "What You Want". In the dark visuals, the Amy Lee-fronted band perform the furious rock song at a makeshift stage inside a Brooklyn warehouse. "This video is sort of, like, the history of the band," she told MTV.

"This club [set] is emulating old shows we used to play in the beginning - we used to play this club called Vino's in Little Rock [Arkansas] - it's sort of like back then, the gritty, dirty club, sweaty. And basically, it's also [about] New York, where I've been, [and] where [bassist] Tim [McCord] lived in the past few years since we've been gone. And it's sort of about escaping New York and ... coming back out into the world."

Another action-packed scene from "Real Steel" has been made available for viewing pleasure in a form of viral clip. The short video finds two robots in an intense battle, with one of them being controlled by Hugh Jackman's Charlie Kenton.

Some of the papers bear words "leaks" as if to remind people that she suffered a massive leak earlier this year. 50 songs were released without her consent, but luckily they were all old materials. Lady GaGa knows how to make her accidental fall look like it was staged. During a photo shoot with renowned photographer Annie Leibowitz in New York City on Monday, September 12, the "Poker Face" hitmaker lost her balance on her sky-high platforms and took a tumble to the ground, but managed to hold on her composure.

A photo capturing the moment displays GaGa not losing any grip on the hot dog bun on her right hand. In fact, the picture seemingly suggests that the 25-year-old singer is making the best out of the situation by striking a pose. According to reports, she was not harmed by the fall and was quickly helped back up to her feet to continue the photo shoot.

Sarah Jessica Parker kept it simple at the star-studded premiere of "I Don't Know How She Does It" in New York City. Joined by husband Matthew Broderick, the "Sex and the City" actress looked dazzling in a black maxi dress and let her wavy blond hair loose during the event that took place at AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Monday night, September 12.

Damon makes Elena cry in a newly released clip from the first episode of "The Vampire Diaries" season 3. The brunette beauty is seen angry at Damon for keeping some information from her, while they are supposed to be working together to find Stefan.

Damon then reveals that he has been tracking Stefan's victims, but Elena refuses to believe that her boyfriend is responsible for this. Sarah Lancaster has become a proud mother of a baby boy for nearly three months. Through her representative, the actress known for her role as Ellie Bartowski on NBC's "Chuck" confirmed to PEOPLE that she gave birth to her first son in Los Angeles, California on June 29.

The baby boy, weighing in at 8 lbs, 7 oz, is Sarah's first child with attorney husband Matthew Jacobs. Expressing their joy about the new addition they named Oliver Michael, the happy couple said, "We feel so fortunate for every minute we get to spend with our healthy and happy baby."

Whitney Houston could star opposite Jordin Sparks in her return to the big screen. According to Variety, the Grammy-winning songstress is in talks to play a "not-so encouraging mother" of the titular character, which will be played by the season 6 winner of "American Idol", in "Sparkle".

The film project itself is a remake of the 1976 music-themed film that is inspired by the story of The Supremes. The original movie centers on three sisters who begin singing in their church choir in Harlem in the late 1950 before finding fame as a girl group. Their sudden rise, however, unravels their personal lives.

Coldplay have given the first taste to their new studio album "Mylo Xyloto" in a brand new single called "Paradise". The song opens with gentle tune which is followed by some catchy punch along the way. "When she was just a girl, she expected the world/ But it flew away from her reach, and bullets catch in her teeth," Chris Martin croons.

The British band are going to drop the album in the United States on October 25. Talking about the upcoming release, the frontman told Billboard recently, "The hope is for the record to be free from any musical kind of box. It very much comes from the Brian Eno professorship of, 'Go anywhere. As long as it's you guys, you can go anywhere'."

Christina Aguilera is in no danger to lose her spot on "The Voice". Debunking report which said that NBC plans to fire her as a coach/judge on the singing competition after the next season, Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President of Alternative Programming for the network, said, "There is absolutely no truth to the rumor."

It was earlier reported by X17 that producers are not happy working with Aguilera and plan to replace her in season 3. "She doesn't spend time with her contestants like she's supposed to. Cold water has been poured over to cool off rumors that Wiz Khalifa has secretly tied the knot with Amber Rose. On Monday, September 12, one inside source has clarified to Billboard.com's The Juice that the "Black and Yellow" rapper didn't exchange vows with his model girlfriend during a recent Las Vegas trip.

Accordingly, Wiz and Amber were simply celebrating his 24th birthday that fell on Thursday, September 8 "with close family and friends". A remake to 1991's action-thriller starring Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves, "Point Break", is currently in development. It has been announced that Alcon Entertainment is fast tracking the project which will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Alcon co-founders and co-CEOs, Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove, confirmed that the company has secured the rights for the project during the week of the original film's 20th anniversary. They have locked "Salt" scribe Kurt Wimmer to pen the screenplay and the project will be taken out to directors soon.

Joe Jonas' "Just In Love" music video has arrived in full. Filmed in Paris, it opens with the Jonas Brothers star running into a beautiful girl during his trip in the City of Light. The sparks fly, and they embark on a romantic relationship in no time.

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly in fears for her once-estranged mother. According to Mail Online, the actress playing Dr. Julia Harris in "Horrible Bosses" has rushed to be by Nancy Dow's hospital bedside after the 75-year-old former model suffered a stroke over the weekend.

Words are, Nancy is in a serious condition at a Los Angeles medical center and is unable to speak. The British tabloid claimed that 42-year-old Jennifer was in tears when visiting her mother in the hospital. It was additionally said that she came with boyfriend Justin Theroux, who waited outside.

Less than a week from the season 9 premiere of "Two and a Half Men", CBS has debuted a new opening credits sequence for the show. It features new lead actor Ashton Kutcher and returning stars, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones, singing the theme song with a background of the famous red curtain.

Like the previously released promo photo, in this opening sequence Kutcher takes the center spot which was originally placed by Jones. The Jake depicter, meanwhile, takes over the place which initially belonged to Charlie Sheen.
