Lady GaGa's Fan Charged for Mutilation of Pet Cat

A desperate Lady GaGa fan has been charged with animal cruelty for allegedly killing her cat and using the dead pet's blood to complete an outfit she planned to wear to one of her heroine's concerts. Angelina Barnes, 20, had smeared her face and arms in the cat's blood and was just about to leave her Oklahoma City home for a GaGa concert on April 11 when a relative walked in on her - and saw the carnage.

Local news station KFOR-TV reports the cat had been cut to pieces after Barnes drowned the pet in the bathroom. The animal's liver was found in a make-up case. Barnes was taken to Griffin Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma, where she is receiving treatment after being diagnosed with depression.

Mark Ruffalo visited the event to promote Oscar-nominated movie "The Kids Are All Right", in which he plays a sperm donor dad, and it was enough to make him rethink his plans to give up acting.

The actor had fired his assistant, agent and publicist after making the film and moved his family to Callicoon, New York in the hope of finding a new career to satisfy him.

Anne Hathaway Dashed From Premiere to Avoid the Sun

Anne Hathaway appeared on co-star George Lopez's U.S. chat show on Thursday night, April 14, and he asked her why she skipped the red carpet at the glitzy launch in Hollywood at the weekend, April 10.

The "Brokeback Mountain" actress explained, "I'm a little pale and the premiere was at two o'clock, so the red carpet was at 1.30, and the sun was just too strong for me and I had to go inside... I'm so cool!
