Prince Keeps Gig Tickets Cheap

Prince is set to play 21 dates in the city, kicking off on Thursday, April 14, at the L.A. Forum, and he has decided to keep prices low to make sure cash-strapped supporters can still see his shows.

A large portion of the tickets will be sold for a $25 entrance fee and the "Purple Rain" singer is adamant fans deserve to pay the "price" for concerts, blaming sales website TicketMaster for inflating charges over the years.

"Rise of the Planet of the Apes" will tell a story of how a genetic engineering experiment leads to the creation of intelligence in apes and causes an inevitable conflict between species. Franco's Will Rodman becomes a crucial figure in the war between humans and apes after he makes a breakthrough while studying the development of intelligence in apes. The story is set in contemporary San Francisco.

Sylvester Stallone's boxing gloves have been pulled from a high-profile auction amid questions of authenticity. The actor's lawyer, Marty Singer, filed a cease and desist order on Tuesday, April 12 against bosses at auction house Profiles in History, accusing them of selling fraudulent memorabilia said to be worn by the "Rocky Balboa" star.

In a legal document, obtained by TMZ.com, Singer writes, "Be advised that these items are not Sylvester Stallone's boxing gloves from the first Rocky and they are not authentic. We therefore demand that you immediately cease and desist from marketing and promoting them as genuine."

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" is in danger of not being released in the big screen. NATO (National Association of Theater Owners) is threatening to boycott screening this summer's blockbuster movie, alongside some other films, in response to the announced Video-On-Demand plans.

Four major film studios, Universal, Sony, Warner Bros and Fox, have announced the plans which permit new releases to hit living rooms within weeks after coming out in theaters.
