Video: 'No Ordinary Family' Star Confronts Cop for Pulling Gun on Him

Romany Malco has taped his verbal confrontation with a police woman in Hawthorne, California after she pulled a gun on him. In a video recorded using his phone, the actor playing George St. Cloud on ABC's "No Ordinary Family" can be seen asking the officer for her name and badge number, which she provides.

The incident took place shortly after 7 P.M. on Tuesday night, March 8. Moments earlier, the 42-year-old actor was pulled over by the officer. To TMZ, he claimed that for no apparent reason she approached his car with her gun drawn and began yelling, "Roll all the windows down and put your hands out the window ... everyone!!"

'Glee' Star Wants Charlie Sheen to Stop Using 'R' Word

"Glee" star Lauren Potter has opened up about her dark days at school - teen bullies would push her around and make her eat sand. The 20-year-old actress, who was born with Down's Syndrome, hopes her portrayal of Becky Jackson on the hit show is helping teens understand that no one likes to be treated like an animal no matter what they look like or the fact that they're different.

Potter admits she still has nightmares about her teen tormentors. She recalls, "They were, like, pushing me and they'd made me eat sand... It was terrible." Potter reveals cruel youngsters still use "the 'R' word" behind her back, adding, "It's so hurtful." She explains, "The other day... I had girls behind my back calling me 'retard'."

Jason Donovan Welcomes a Baby Girl Named Molly

Australian star Jason Donovan is a dad again after welcoming a baby girl. The singer/actor's wife Angela Malloch gave birth to their third child, a daughter named Molly, on Wednesday, March 9. Donovan broke the happy news on his Twitter.com page, telling fans, "We're delighted to announce the birth of our beautiful baby girl Molly, born this morning weighing 7lbs 7oz. Ange & baby are doing very well!"

The new addition joins Donovan and Malloch's 10-year-old daughter Jemma and son Zach, nine. All three children celebrate their birthdays in March.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" is a big moneymaker for Warner Bros. Pictures. The studio announced on Wednesday, March 9 that the movie has become the highest grossing installment in the "Harry Potter" franchise in international markets.

Since being released in late last year, "Deathly Hallows: Part I" has earned a staggering $657.24 million and counting. It surpasses the $657 million grossed from international markets by the previous record-holder, 2001 "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" which is the first movie installment of the franchise.

The American leader and his wife Michelle are hosting a bullying prevention conference in the White House on Thursday, March 10, and the pop superstar is lending her support to the cause.

Taking to her Twitter page, the "Toxic" hitmaker has issued a plea to put an end to taunting in schools, following a recent spate of teen suicides in the U.S. that were linked to bullying. Spears writes, "Stop bullying now. Anti bullying is an issue very close to my heart. I am honored that President Obama & the First Lady asked me to join this campaign."

An official revamped version of Adam Lambert's "Aftermath" was remixed by Billboard, and it has made its radio debut on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. "Billboard turns the song into a fresh new dance pop anthem to blast on the radio and in the clubs!" Adam excitedly stated.

"[The song] was written about finding the courage to be honest with yourself and the people who love you," he added. "It's about facing adversity and taking risks in the name of personal liberation. The teenage daughter of late reality TV star A.J. Jewell is fighting for her life in hospital after she was shot on Wednesday, March 9. Jewell's 15-year-old daughter Asheley underwent emergency surgery following a "road rage incident" in Atlanta, Georgia.

The teen was traveling in the passenger seat of a car when shots were fired, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Detective Melissa Parker says, "Investigators are looking into every possible motive as well as attempting to gain surveillance video from surrounding businesses for a closer description of the perpetrators' vehicle."

Rocker Josh Farro is delighted he quit Paramore last year because life away from the band is "great". The guitarist and his brother, drummer Zac Farro, walked out on the rock group after a show in December, blaming their tense relationship with frontwoman Hayley Williams.

Farro tells Kerrang! magazine, "I don't think that'll (speaking to his former bandmates) happen for a while. I hope that one day we can reconcile, but I really don't care to be in some war with them. 50 Cent to Hand Over Gaddafi Cash to Charity

Rapper 50 Cent has become the latest star to hand over tainted concert cash from Gaddafi family gigs to charity. The "In Da Club" hitmaker has confirmed he performed at an event linked to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's kin, and like Beyonce Knowles, Nelly Furtado, Mariah Carey and Usher before him, he's donating his fee to a good cause. And 50's UNICEF cash will go directly towards relief efforts in Libya as protesters battle government troops in an effort to force defiant Gaddafi to step down as leader.

A statement released by one of 50's aides on Wednesday, March 9, reads, "In light of the ongoing events in Libya, 50 Cent will be making a donation to UNICEF, which is providing vital relief supplies to meet the needs of women and children at risk during this crisis." 50 Cent performed at a private event during the 2005 Venice Film Festival in Italy that was hosted by members of the Gaddafi clan.

In a letter to Sheen, obtained by the website, Hirsch offers the actor full creative control of the film. Ja Rule to Enter Prison in June

Lindsay Lohan has officially rejected a plea deal in her grand theft case, it has been reported. Mel Gibson Will Be Out of Jail in Plea Deal

Mel Gibson has struck a plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors to keep him out of jail over allegations of domestic assault. The actor was expected to be hit with misdemeanor domestic violence charges this week, relating to accusations filed by his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva following their bitter split last year.

The former couple has been locked in a war of words over custody of its baby daughter Lucia, with the Russian singer accusing Gibson of attacking her during a heated argument in January, 2010. But Gibson has now reached an agreement with prosecutors - he will appear in court on Friday, March 11 and plead no contest to the lesser charge of simple battery, instead of corporal injury on a spouse. According to TMZ.com, the actor will only be required to undergo counseling sessions and will not spend time behind bars.

PTC Slams Gwyneth Paltrow's Character on 'Glee'

The Parents Television Council, as expected, is not letting "Glee" get away with its recent "Sexy" episode. The TV watchdog's director of public policy has slammed Gwyneth Paltrow's character of Holly Holliday for not acting like a real teacher. "Real-world teachers don't lap dance with their students," Dan Isett said.

The Tuesday, March 8 episode saw a scantily-clad Holly opening up her shirt when singing "Do You Wanna Touch Me" and teaching the students sex educations among others. The students also danced provocatively and talked about making a sex tape. PTC 'happened' to watch it and called the scenes "pretty appalling."

Adele Tops Hot 200 With '21' for Two Consecutive Weeks

Adele is unmoved from the top spot of Billboard Hot 200 this week. The Brit rules the U.S. albums chart with her sophomore set "21" which adds another 168,000 copies, giving it a total of 520,000 units sold. Additionally, it marks the second week in a row she is at the penthouse of the weekly rundown.

Adele stands in Marsha Ambrosius' way to the top. The singer who also comes from U.K. is forced to be satisfied to settle at No. 2 on the chart. Her new album "Late Nights, Early Mornings" which bows 96,000 copies in its opening week. Nevertheless, she scores her best sale week and highest charting album in the U.S.

Colin Firth Chooses 'Stoker' as Debut Film After Oscar Winning

British actor Colin Firth is set to sink his teeth into a vampire role in his first film since winning an Oscar last month. The star has signed on to play a bloodsucker in the movie "Stoker", alongside Nicole Kidman and "Alice in Wonderland" actress Mia Wasikowska, according to Britain's The Daily Mail.

The new role is remarkably different from the actor's most recent performance in "The King's Speech", in which he played stuttering royal King George VI. Screenwriter Wentworth Miller reveals the title of the movie is a nod to Bram Stoker's film "Dracula".

Avril Lavigne had no problem working with her rocker ex Deryck Whibley on her new album, insisting she still "respects him as an artist", two years after they split. The "Sk8ter Boi" hitmaker finalized her divorce from Whibley last year, but the former couple reunited in the studio to produce tracks for her latest release, "Goodbye Lullaby".

And Lavigne has nothing but praise for the Sum 41 singer's talents. She tells MTV News, "He's a musician. He does it all, and to have him come on this album and produce and mix, it's like he's so talented, I was really happy to have him produce on this record. He did a really amazing job. We're great friends and I'm grateful for the relationship."

Lily Allen has begged fans not to watch a controversial fly-on-the-wall TV show about her life - insisting she's "embarrassed" by the footage. The "Smile" hitmaker allowed cameras to follow her last year as she prepared to launch her designer clothes hire shop, Lucy In Disguise, with her sister Sarah Owen.

The programme, titled "Lily Allen: From Riches to Rags", shows her confessing to an eating disorder and opening up about her pregnancy last year, which ended in tragedy when she miscarried the baby at six months. But the pop star has now urged her fans not to tune in when the show airs on U.K. network Channel 4 later this month, admitting she was "naive" to agree to take part.

Pete Doherty Confirms He Was at Robbery Scene

Rocker Pete Doherty has admitted he was at the scene of a burglary in Germany on Tuesday, March 8 but is adamant he did not steal a guitar in the raid. The British star was reported to cops in Regensburg after a witness saw three men breaking into a record shop in the Bavarian city and recognized one of the trio as The Libertines frontman.

He is due to be quizzed by police on Wednesday, March 9 over claims a guitar and CDs - worth a total of $2,780 - were stolen from the Shadillac store, but he's now spoken out to protest his innocence. The star has admitted he was at the scene of the break-in in the early hours of Tuesday but has denied any involvement in the raid. He tells German TV network Sat 1, "I was there but it wasn't me."

The show, put together by Louis Vuitton's design chief Marc Jacobs, also featured appearances from Naomi Campbell and Amber Valetta and coincided with No Smoking Day in Moss' native Britain. Lighting up has been prohibited in public places in France since the smoking ban took effect in 2007.

To TMZ, the roommate said that the former Alice in Chains bassist was "mixing" methadone and anxiety medication on Monday night, March 7, just hours before he died.

Accordingly, the 44-year-old rocker had been using methadone in his effort to get sober. He had also been taking medication to battle anxiety issues stemming from his arrest for felony possession of a controlled substance in February. His roommate further said, "Mike was a beautiful person who was fighting to stay sober ... I am going to miss him greatly."

Hair Extensions Chiefs Issue $35 Million Suit to Paris Hilton

Bosses at a hair extensions company have dropped a multi-million dollar legal battle with Paris Hilton after admitting their claims were "not accurate". Executives at HairTech International Inc. sued the heiress for $35 million last summer over claims she reneged on her endorsement deal to promote their 2007 Dream Catchers range.

They alleged she failed to promote the collection and skipped a launch party after she was jailed for a probation violation, and even amended the lawsuit in December 2010 to claim Hilton in fact cost them a staggering $70 million.
