Romany Malco has taped his verbal confrontation with a police woman in Hawthorne, California after she pulled a gun on him. In a video recorded using his phone, the actor playing George St. Cloud on ABC's "No Ordinary Family" can be seen asking the officer for her name and badge number, which she provides.

The incident took place shortly after 7 P.M. on Tuesday night, March 8. Moments earlier, the 42-year-old actor was pulled over by the officer. To TMZ, he claimed that for no apparent reason she approached his car with her gun drawn and began yelling, "Roll all the windows down and put your hands out the window ... everyone!!"

"Glee" star Lauren Potter has opened up about her dark days at school - teen bullies would push her around and make her eat sand. The 20-year-old actress, who was born with Down's Syndrome, hopes her portrayal of Becky Jackson on the hit show is helping teens understand that no one likes to be treated like an animal no matter what they look like or the fact that they're different.

Potter admits she still has nightmares about her teen tormentors. She recalls, "They were, like, pushing me and they'd made me eat sand... It was terrible." Potter reveals cruel youngsters still use "the 'R' word" behind her back, adding, "It's so hurtful." She explains, "The other day... I had girls behind my back calling me 'retard'."

Australian star Jason Donovan is a dad again after welcoming a baby girl. The singer/actor's wife Angela Malloch gave birth to their third child, a daughter named Molly, on Wednesday, March 9. Donovan broke the happy news on his Twitter.com page, telling fans, "We're delighted to announce the birth of our beautiful baby girl Molly, born this morning weighing 7lbs 7oz. Ange & baby are doing very well!"

The new addition joins Donovan and Malloch's 10-year-old daughter Jemma and son Zach, nine. All three children celebrate their birthdays in March.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" is a big moneymaker for Warner Bros. Pictures. The studio announced on Wednesday, March 9 that the movie has become the highest grossing installment in the "Harry Potter" franchise in international markets.

Since being released in late last year, "Deathly Hallows: Part I" has earned a staggering $657.24 million and counting. It surpasses the $657 million grossed from international markets by the previous record-holder, 2001 "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" which is the first movie installment of the franchise.

Britney Spears is using her star power to fight bullies as part of U.S. President Barack Obama's latest campaign. The American leader and his wife Michelle are hosting a bullying prevention conference in the White House on Thursday, March 10, and the pop superstar is lending her support to the cause.

Taking to her Twitter page, the "Toxic" hitmaker has issued a plea to put an end to taunting in schools, following a recent spate of teen suicides in the U.S. that were linked to bullying. Spears writes, "Stop bullying now. Anti bullying is an issue very close to my heart. I am honored that President Obama & the First Lady asked me to join this campaign."

An official revamped version of Adam Lambert's "Aftermath" was remixed by Billboard, and it has made its radio debut on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. "Billboard turns the song into a fresh new dance pop anthem to blast on the radio and in the clubs!" Adam excitedly stated.

"[The song] was written about finding the courage to be honest with yourself and the people who love you," he added. "It's about facing adversity and taking risks in the name of personal liberation. Julie Taymor has stepped down as director of Broadway's "Spider-Man" musical as producers prepare to make "significant" revisions to the troubled show.

Taymor will remain part of the creative team behind "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" but she will no longer continue her duties as director, according to producers Michael Cohl and Jeremiah J. Harris, who announced her exit on Wednesday, March 9.

The teenage daughter of late reality TV star A.J. Jewell is fighting for her life in hospital after she was shot on Wednesday, March 9. Jewell's 15-year-old daughter Asheley underwent emergency surgery following a "road rage incident" in Atlanta, Georgia.

The teen was traveling in the passenger seat of a car when shots were fired, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Detective Melissa Parker says, "Investigators are looking into every possible motive as well as attempting to gain surveillance video from surrounding businesses for a closer description of the perpetrators' vehicle."

Rocker Josh Farro is delighted he quit Paramore last year because life away from the band is "great". The guitarist and his brother, drummer Zac Farro, walked out on the rock group after a show in December, blaming their tense relationship with frontwoman Hayley Williams.

Keira Knightley would make her first U.S. television debut in "Neverland", a four-hour miniseries which is due to air on SyFy in December. However, she won't appear in real-life size for only her voice will fill the character Tinker Bell. Deadline said she would record her role this spring.

A statement released by one of 50's aides on Wednesday, March 9, reads, "In light of the ongoing events in Libya, 50 Cent will be making a donation to UNICEF, which is providing vital relief supplies to meet the needs of women and children at risk during this crisis." 50 Cent performed at a private event during the 2005 Venice Film Festival in Italy that was hosted by members of the Gaddafi clan.

Out of work Charlie Sheen has been offered a job as a porn director - and two ex-girlfriends will be his stars. Vivid Entertainment boss Steven Hirsch has invited the embattled star, who was fired from sitcom "Two and a Half Men" on Monday, March 7, to be part of upcoming adult film "Two and a Half Women".

Sheen's longtime porn pal Melanie Rios is tentatively set to star in the movie with two former lovers Cassandra Cruz and Elizabeth Ann, according to TMZ.com. Creed frontman Scott Stapp is planning to tell all about his faith and troubles in a new autobiography. The rocker and co-author David Ritz are working on "Exposed and Released: The Confessions of Scott Stapp", in which he'll reveal all about his strict Pentecostal upbringing as the stepson of a minister, and his battles with substance abuse, which split the band in 2004.

Panic At the Disco accompany their soon-to-be-released studio album "Vices & Virtues" with a short movie called "The Overture". It's directed by Shane Drake and follows Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith as they lead some people to get to a place where they dream to live in peace. Former members Ryan Ross and Jon Walker are featured as two ghostly figures in this clip.

The video features snippets of four songs from the upcoming CD. "It's something we've never done before. Sharon Stone has won a three-year restraining order against a man who gained access to her home in February. The actress was granted a temporary stay-away order on February 24 and on Wednesday, March 9 that was upgraded.

Stone initially called Bradly Gooden a "mentally unstable" man after he was found trespassing in her Los Angeles home by cops, who responded to an alarm alert. Rapper Ja Rule will surrender to New York authorities on June 8 and begin a two-year prison sentence for illegal weapons possession. The "Always On Time" hitmaker, real name Jeffrey Atkins, pleaded guilty to attempted weapons possession in December 2010, relating to his 2007 arrest in the Big Apple.

The hip-hop star, who is free on bail, has been busy putting the finishing touches to his new album, "Renaissance Project", and filming a reality TV show in preparation for his jail term. Lindsay Lohan has officially rejected a plea deal in her grand theft case, it has been reported. On late Wednesday, March 9, her lawyer Shawn Holley had a meeting with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz and the prosecutor in an attempt to avoid jail time for the troubled actress, but according to Radar Online, no agreement was made.

One source told Radar, "Judge Schwartz indicated he would give Lindsay LESS than the six months the DA was seeking, if she pled in front of him." It was further noted that the "Machete" actress' attorney "was asking for no jail time, but the judge said he would sentence her to a minimum of 60 days, but likely not longer than 90 days."

Mel Gibson has struck a plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors to keep him out of jail over allegations of domestic assault. The actor was expected to be hit with misdemeanor domestic violence charges this week, relating to accusations filed by his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva following their bitter split last year.

The former couple has been locked in a war of words over custody of its baby daughter Lucia, with the Russian singer accusing Gibson of attacking her during a heated argument in January, 2010. The Parents Television Council, as expected, is not letting "Glee" get away with its recent "Sexy" episode. The TV watchdog's director of public policy has slammed Gwyneth Paltrow's character of Holly Holliday for not acting like a real teacher. "Real-world teachers don't lap dance with their students," Dan Isett said.

Supermodel Kate Moss has defied the French smoking ban by lighting up a cigarette as she walked the runway during a Paris Fashion Week show. The British beauty stepped out for French design house Louis Vuitton on Wednesday, March 9 and strutted down the runway wearing a pair of tiny black shorts - but she stunned the crowd by puffing on a cigarette as she made her turn.

Following the sad news that his "At the Mountains of Madness" is dead, Guillermo del Toro is moving on with another project. Legendary Pictures has confirmed on March 9 that "Pacific Rim" is del Toro's next directed film.

"We started developing PAC RIM a while ago with the mad passion and enthusiasm of a project unwatched and unchecked by politics or comparisons," the filmmaker says in a statement. "We designed and shepherded the movie we want to make."

Miley Cyrus has been caught on tape unleashing her rage at paparazzi. The former Disney star went for a lunch with her mother Tish at California Chicken Cafe in West Hollywood on Wednesday, March 9. When they left the restaurant, one photographer accidentally bumped into Tish, and the 18-year-old was quick to confront him.

Sienna Miller has opened up about her recent split from Jude Law, insisting she tried to make the relationship work but the romance had "run its course". The British actress reunited with her former fiance last year, but they parted ways last month after less than a year back together. They previously called off their engagement in 2006 after Law's alleged affair with his children's nanny was exposed in the tabloids.

Miller has denied they became engaged for a second time after reviving their relationship, and revealed that although she did her best to make the union a success, it just "didn't work". She tells Britain's The Guardian, "Apparently, we were engaged, which was totally untrue. We weren't. And I think this happens in everyone's lives: you get back together, you try and make it work, and it doesn't. It's not acrimonious, it had run its course."

The necklace Lindsay Lohan is accused of stealing from a California jewelry store is to be auctioned off for charity. The "Mean Girls" star is facing a felony grand theft charge and a possible prison sentence if she is found to have stolen the $2,500 piece from the Kamofie & Company store in California in January.

Bosses at the shop have now confirmed the item in question is set to be sold off and the proceeds handed to charity. A representative for Kamofie & Company tells TMZ.com, "We have decided to sell the diamond necklace through auction, and give the proceeds to charity. We invite the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale's proceeds."

The Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger has instructed her representatives to set up a meeting with the producers of "Glee" - because she is determined to land a role in the hit TV show. The singer is a big fan of the musical series and is keen to follow in the footsteps of other guest stars including, Gwyneth Paltrow and Britney Spears, who have previously appeared on the show.

Scherzinger admits she is pressing hard for the chance to step into Glee and is already making plans for her character. She tells Britain's Capital FM, "I love Glee and am waiting for my time. I really want to do something on Glee but am always traveling so don't get time to watch it a lot but I try to when I can. We're going to set up some meetings and stuff. I would definitely love to do a guest spot on Glee because I came from musical theater.

Once again LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have to deny the allegations that they would star in a reality show. The couple, whose union was controversial since they were married to each's spouses at the time they started dating, was rumored inking a deal to have a Newlywed-style of show after they get married this spring.

A source told the new issue of Us Weekly, Rimes is in negotiations and "the deal is nearly done." Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville was even supportive of the plan, saying "I hope they do a show. He needs a job."

The cause of Mike Starr's tragic death still awaits the toxicology reports, but his roommate has offered a slight clue on what it might be. To TMZ, the roommate said that the former Alice in Chains bassist was "mixing" methadone and anxiety medication on Monday night, March 7, just hours before he died.

Accordingly, the 44-year-old rocker had been using methadone in his effort to get sober. He had also been taking medication to battle anxiety issues stemming from his arrest for felony possession of a controlled substance in February. His roommate further said, "Mike was a beautiful person who was fighting to stay sober ... I am going to miss him greatly."

Rockers Nikki Sixx and Steven Adler are leading tributes to former Alice in Chains musician Mike Starr , who died on Tuesday, March 8. The bassist, who appeared on Dr. Drew Pinsky's U.S. TV show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" last year, passed away aged 44 after suffering a suspected drug overdose in Utah.

Now former Guns N' Roses drummer Adler, who has also been treated for substance abuse issues, is leading tributes to his pal, writing on Twitter.com, "R.I.P. Mike Starr!! Such a sad day!" Meanwhile Motley Crue's Sixx writes, "RIP Mike Starr. Another fallen soldier to addiction..." Other stars to pay tribute and rally against drug addiction include Adler's Guns N' Roses replacement Matt Sorum, who writes, "Drugs and alcohol aren't a joke. Please take care of yourself and respect yourself. We lost Mike Starr today. Rest in Peace man."

The 20th Century Fox has given away another sneak peek to "X-Men: First Class" by unveiling a new picture. Making its way out via the movie's official Facebook page, the photo gives the spotlight to Lucas Till's Havok who is seen in a room consumed with strips of fire.

Julianne Moore has nabbed a role in HBO's movie based on a best selling book of the same name by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin. "Game Change" revolves around John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign and Moore is to portray none other than McCain's election partner and vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.

The movie, which is produced by HBO Films and Everyman Pictures, would be directed by Jay Roach using a screenplay by Danny Strong. These two previously teamed up for "Recount", HBO's docudrama on the 2000 election. Strong will also serve as co-executive producer with Roach as executive producer.

Bosses at a hair extensions company have dropped a multi-million dollar legal battle with Paris Hilton after admitting their claims were "not accurate". Executives at HairTech International Inc. sued the heiress for $35 million last summer over claims she reneged on her endorsement deal to promote their 2007 Dream Catchers range.

They alleged she failed to promote the collection and skipped a launch party after she was jailed for a probation violation, and even amended the lawsuit in December 2010 to claim Hilton in fact cost them a staggering $70 million.
