About six and a half minutes from "Rango" have been clipped and shared for viewing pleasure via U.K.'s MSN. It follows the titular character who has an awkward encounter with other characters as he enters a bar full of strange creatures.

Rango is actually the stranger among the villagers in a western town after he goes on an adventure to discover its true self. Accidentally killing a giant eagle which apparently threatened the villagers, Rango is honored as a sheriff in a place new for Rango and is now expected to come to rescue whenever a critical situation emerges.

Rapper Lupe Fiasco has confirmed he's the brains behind punk band Japanese Cartoon-two years after insisting he was simply an admirer of the group. The Superstar MC was rumored to have teamed up with the new act in 2009 to provide vocals for two tracks posted on their MySpace.com page, under the alias "Percival Fats".

Members of Japanese Cartoon denied the claims in a post online and U.S. rapper Fiasco also spoke out to dismiss the rumors after fans became convinced he could be heard singing on the songs. But Fiasco has now come clean - revealing he formed Japanese Cartoon and adopted a British accent to front the group after coming up with a song idea that didn't fit his image.

France has celebrated the achievement in film-making by holding Cesar Awards on February 25, two days before 2011 Academy Awards takes place in Hollywood. "The Ghost Writer" grabbed four prizes at the Friday night event, for best director, adapted screenplay, original score and editing.

"I'm not used to making speeches," Roman Polanski said when accepting his prize. The director then went on crediting his wife, children as well as his production and artistic team before ending it with a simple "merci, merci, merci."

Angelina Jolie has gifted her partner Brad Pitt with a symbol of her love after hiring a top London jeweler to design a unique diamond pendant for her beau. The Hollywood actress commissioned Robert Procop to design the piece, which is based on Ancient Egyptian amulets that contained hidden messages and is believed to have cost Jolie a six-figure sum.

And she's had a special message engraved on the pendant for Pitt. Procop tells DailyMail.co.uk, "The hidden message is lasered on. I can't tell you what it says, and you would need a microscope to read it!" It's not the first time Jolie has worked with Procop - she teamed up with the designer last year to create her own line of jewelery, The Style of Jolie.

Leading to the U.S. release of his "Glam Nation Live" CD/DVD on March 22, Adam Lambert promised to release one music video every week to tease the forthcoming album. And he most recently dropped a live video of "Sleepwalker" as the third preview.

Prior to the "Sleepwalker" clip, Lambert debuted live videos of "Fever" and "Whataya Want From Me". All of the footage was shot during one of his concerts in Indianapolis, Indiana at Clowes Hall on August 31, 2010 and directed by Doug Spangenberg.

She says, "I have no plans to get married currently, but it's weird, I am getting to be of an age where I'm starting to think about motherhood and, because I'd like to have a large family, I'm like, 'I have to have kids soon'. I'm imagining within the next five years, I will be a mummy."

Julia Roberts poked fun at her pal Paul Rudd's lack of Irish ancestry on Thursday, February 24 as she presented the actor with an award from the U.S.-Irish Alliance. The "I Love You, Man" star was named as the recipient of the organization's 2011 Honorary Irishman title and he was feted at the Oscar Wilde: Honoring the Irish in Film event in Los Angeles.

Rocker Vince Neil has been released from jail after serving just 10 days of his 15-day sentence for a DUI charge. The Motley Crue star began his punishment on February 15, just days after celebrating his 50th birthday, after pleading guilty to the count, which stemmed from a 2010 arrest, last month.

But he walked free from Clark County Detention Center in Nevada on Friday, February 25, reports TMZ.com. Neil will spend the next 15 days under house arrest as part of his sentence. The singer recently hit out at the punishment, insisting the judge overseeing his case was "a little harsh" and wanted to "make an example" out of him.

David Krumholtz is set to take another regular role in a TV series after his starring vehicle "Numb3rs" got canceled last year. The actor has been cast as the general manager of Playboy club in NBC's pilot about the adult magazine empire.

According to Deadline, Krumholtz is locked for the role of Albert Brooks who is young and "bottom-line kind of guy, a bit of a nerd who now gets to play with the cool kids." The project, coming from "Tru Calling" creator Chad Hodge, is set at the Playboy Club in Chicago in 1963.

Michael Douglas became embroiled in a scuffle with paparazzi in London on Thursday, February 24, after his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones accused one photographer of punching her in the face. Former boxing champ-turned-singer and entrepreneur Oscar De La Hoya is set to visit U.S. troops based in the Middle East and teach them how to fight in the ring. The Olympic gold medalist and former 10-time world boxing champion is planning a top-secret mission to undisclosed locations, where he'll stage fight clinics with his Golden Boy stable of boxers.

Up-and-coming professionals Adrien Broner, Daniel Jacobs and Seth Mitchell will join De La Hoya on the trip. The film is set in 1845, during the early days of the Oregon Trail. Williams' Emily Tetherow is part of a three-family wagon train that is guided by mountain man Stephen Meek to get through the Cascade Mountains. Meek, claiming to know a short cut, leads the group on an unmarked path across the high plain desert, only to become lost in the dry rock and sage.

Model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has dismissed rumors she's set to wed action man boyfriend Jason Statham after she was snapped wearing a band on her ring finger. Charlie Sheen has slammed allegations of anti-Semitism after blasting "Two and a Half Men" writer Chuck Lorre by his Hebrew name in an angry online missive. The actor fired off a curt open letter to TMZ.com after TV producers announced they were shutting down production on the hit sitcom for the rest of the season.

In the message, Sheen unleashed his hatred for Lorre, calling him Chaim Levine, the Hebrew translation of the creator's birth name. The reference prompted some critics to accuse Sheen of using Lorre's Jewish name in a derogatory manner - but the embattled star has hit out at the claims.

While James Franco is preparing for his hosting duty at Sunday's Oscars, he manages to score a new big role. Deadline Hollywood reports the actor has just finalized his deal to star as the titular character in "Oz, the Great and Powerful".

The film will reunite him with Sam Raimi who directed him in "Spider-Man" trilogy. Franco was offered the role in "The Wizard of Oz" prequel after Robert Downey Jr. and Johnny Depp passed on it. With Franco signing in for the lead role, the upcoming project is reportedly on the track of its July start date.

Michael Jackson's three children have been caught up in a bitter battle between estate executors and the singer's mother Katherine Jackson over the kids' involvement in a charity. The "Thriller" hitmaker established the Heal the World Foundation in 1992, helping to raise funds for a variety of causes, including drug and alcohol abuse education and disadvantaged children. The organization shut down in 2002, but a separate charity, also named Heal the World Foundation, was set up in 2008.

The new company had no link to Jackson and his estate executors have since launched legal proceedings against founder Melissa Johnson, accusing her of infringement and unfair competition. They claim Johnson's firm is causing the singer's fans to mistakenly believe it is the same Heal the World Foundation the superstar was involved in and are demanding she change the name of her charity. But Katherine Jackson has only added to the confusion by working with Johnson's firm and allowing her three grand kids, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, to get involved.

Before "Smallville" goes on a spring hiatus, it will introduce Super Boy who is none other than the combination of Clark Kent and Lex Luthor. Lucas Gabreel guest stars as Alexander Luthor who is now known as Conner Kent aka Kon-El aka Superboy. He possesses all the powers of Superman but he also has a dark side like Lex.

The synopsis for the episode called "Scion" reads: Lionel and Tess go head to head in a battle for the Luthor name. Clark and Lois are stunned by Tess' latest present to them. Superboy may wreck a havoc in the episode but it looks like he won't do too many damage. After all, the producers said previously that "there [will] be no doubt about how Lex becomes the great rival in Clark Kent's life. He is the villain of the story."

A look at "Love, Wedding, Marriage" starring Kellan Lutz and Mandy Moore as a married couple, Charlie and Ava, has been provided in a trailer. Their wedded bliss is interrupted when her parents, whose marriage she's always idealized, head for divorce.

Her father now moves in with them, watching them canoodling. Ava, a marriage counselor, now sets out on a disastrous path to save their marriage at the expense of her own, manipulating the loved ones to achieve her objectives.

John Legend is calling for U.S. authorities to tax wealthy citizens instead of cutting funding for the arts - insisting he has no need for tax breaks as a millionaire. The singer is adamant politicians should do everything in their power to stop arts programs from being axed when making budget cuts.

Speaking ahead of his performance at the White House on Thursday, February 24, the singer voiced his frustration over the matter and stressed the need for community choirs and arts councils.

A movie boss has ordered Charlie Sheen to "straighten up" - or risk losing his role in the upcoming "Major League" sequel. "American Idol" Top 24 celebrated their achievement with a prom held at the Roosevelt in Hollywood on Friday, February 24. Twelve women and eleven men, minus Casey Abrams who was hospitalized for stomach pains, were surprised with a new Motorola Atrix 4G, along with a lapdock and multimedia HD dock, as well as one year of free wireless service from the sponsor, AT&T.

The bash also attracted the attendance of celebrities as well as former "Idol" contestants. Latino variety star Charo has blasted Lady GaGa for "copying" Madonna, insisting she takes her entire act from the Material Girl's Blonde Ambition years. Now singer/actress Charo has joined the growing group of Gaga detractors - accusing her of "adopting" the Queen of Pop's style. She tells Sirius XM, "I can tell you, to me, Lady GaGa is Madonna with diarrhea... I don't like it when somebody copies somebody and just adopts it - like their own idea."

Kelsey Grammer is a married man again after exchanging vows with fiancee Kayte Walsh in a Broadway theater on Friday, February 25.

The former "Frasier" star, 56, wed the British flight attendant in a lavish ceremony at New York's Longacre Theater, where he recently wowed critics in "La Cage aux Folles". Grammer's five-year-old son Jude, from his marriage to ex-wife Camille Donatacci, was present at the ceremony, although their eight-year-old daughter Mason is reported to have skipped the nuptials, according to UsMagazine.com.

KISS rocker Paul Stanley is set to become a father again at the age of 59 - his wife is pregnant with their third child. The singer and his attorney spouse Erin are expecting a baby girl in August and Stanley has brushed off concerns about his age, insisting he can't wait for the new addition.

He tells People.com, "There is nothing greater in life than family, and my accomplishments as a father rank at the top of my successes. Erin and I are blessed with our expectation of the addition of another princess to our family and a new member of the KISS army. Fashion icon John Galliano has been arrested after allegedly hurling anti-Semitic insults at a couple during a night out in Paris. The flamboyant designer was drinking at a bar in the Marais district of the French capital when he began verbally assaulting two strangers sitting on a cafe terrace, according to Britain's Guardian newspaper.

Galliano, the head designer of Christian Dior, was taken to a police station for a sobriety test. The state prosecutor recommended his release and charges were not filed. Cops later escorted the 50 year old to his home in the city.
