Coachella Festival Line-Up: Kanye West, Tinie Tempah and More

Arcade Fire, Kings of Leon and Kanye West have been named as the headliners at this year's Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. The three-day event will take place in Indio, California from 15 to 17 April and feature The Strokes, The National, Tinie Tempah, Brandon Flowers, Interpol, Klaxons, Erykah Badu and Mumford & Sons with blasts from the past Suede, Duran Duran, Wire and Big Audio Dynamite.

Reclusive R&B superstar Lauryn Hill is also billed to perform, as are cult acts Elbow, Marina & The Diamonds, Bright Eyes and The Black Keys. Enhancing the festival experience for music fans at California's biggest music event, organisers are adding a roller skating rink and a free shuttle service to a local grocery store.

Motley Crue Sued Over the Use of Album Cover

Rockers Motley Crue have been hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit after the iconic snap from the band's "Too Fast for Love" album cover was used on merchandise. The band and bosses at tour giant Live Nation are being sued by Ron Toma, who claims he owns the rights to the photograph, which was taken by Michael Pinter in 1981 and shows a close-up of a man wearing a belt and leather trousers.

The image features on sweatshirts sold on the band's website, and Toma has filed papers in Illinois Northern District Court accusing the two parties of using the image without permission, according to TMZ.com. He is asking a judge to block the use of the snap on any merchandise without prior authorization.

Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross to Reunite After Andrew Sachs Scandal

Russell Brand and U.K. broadcaster Jonathan Ross are set to reunite on TV for the first time since the pair's controversial calls to actor Andrew Sachs almost cost them their careers. The British comic quit his BBC radio show in 2008 after he and Ross faced a public backlash for leaving offensive messages on TV star Sachs' answer machine during a live broadcast. In the program, the pair discussed Brand's fling with the 80-year-old's granddaughter Georgina Baillie.

Ross was suspended from his job at the BBC for 12 weeks without pay and was forced to step down from hosting The British Comedy Awards in 2008 for the first time since he began fronting the show in 1991. The pair is now chancing a risky reunion when Ross hosts the prizegiving again later this month - Brand has been confirmed as one of the award presenters on the televised show.

Daily Mirror Wins Lawsuit Over Naomi Campbell's Legal Fees

Editors at a British newspaper have won a longrunning legal battle over the huge fees supermodel Naomi Campbell's lawyers charged after winning a privacy case in 2004. In 2002, the British beauty took bosses at tabloid the Daily Mirror to court claiming her privacy had been breached by the publication of a snap of her leaving a Narcotics Anonymous meeting in London.

A judge ordered the newspaper's publishers to pay Campbell $5,250 and cover her legal costs, which, due to 'success fees' in the U.K., had a huge mark-up and amounted to a staggering $1.5 million. The Daily Mirror editors took an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, where judges declared the fees charged by Campbell's lawyers at London legal firm Schillings were extortionate.

Vince Neil to Spend 2 Weeks in Jail for DUI

Rocker Vince Neil has been sentenced to serve two weeks behind bars for driving under the influence of alcohol. According to reports, the Motley Crue frontman will plead guilty to a DUI charge on January 26 and surrender to Las Vegas officials on February 15.

He will serve 15 days in the Clark County Detention Center, followed by another 15 days of house arrest. A statement from the rock star reads, "I have recognized that you can't drink and drive at all. I take full responsibility for my actions and will learn from this experience."

Some videos from the set of untitled Spider-Man Reboot have surfaced, giving a look at the superhero in action. A man dressing in full Spider-Man costume can be seen flipping into a truck in a YouTube video embedded below this article, but a closer look during the filming in Los Angeles can be seen in a video obtained by TMZ.

Several set pictures have additionally made their way out on the web, showing Spider-Man running across the street and jumping onto a big truck with a sling attached on his back. Considering the difficult stunts and since his face was hidden under the mask, it is safe to assume that it is a stuntman filming the action scenes instead of lead actor Andrew Garfield.

Melissa Etheridge is set to step in for Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong while he takes a break from performing in his Broadway musical "American Idiot" next month. Armstrong - who composed and co-authored the musical based on Green Day songs - kicked off the New Year reprising the role of drug dealer St. Jimmy in the show after original castmember Tony Vincent bowed out, making appearances from January 1 to 9.

He resumes the role onstage on Tuesday, January 18 and will perform on and off until February 27. And now director Michael Mayer has revealed "Come to My Window" hitmaker Etheridge will fill in for the star from February 1 to 6.

Four Charged Over Former Lauryn Hill Bassist's Death

Four men have been arrested and charged over the murder of Lauryn Hill's former bassist, a year after he was found dead in his car in Oakland, California. Dewey Tucker was discovered slumped behind the wheel of his vehicle with a gunshot wound to his head on January 12, 2010.

Police believe the 24-year-old bassist had been on his way to a practice session when he was shot and killed in what authorities have described as a "horrendous case of mistaken identity". Cops arrested four suspects last Wednesday, January 12, on the first anniversary of Tucker's death, and they were hauled into court on Thursday.

It was at the same time, the Disney Channel's highest ratings ever in the hour in total viewers and among kids 6-11. Veteran U.S. TV presenter Regis Philbin is retiring from his daytime chat show "Live With Regis and Kelly" - after almost 28 years on air. The beloved 79-year-old host announced his exit at the start of Tuesday, January 18's programme, which he now co-hosts with actress Kelly Ripa.

Philbin will step down from the show at the end of this summer, although he did not specify a departure date. The news comes a year after Philbin underwent an operation to remove a blood clot that formed following hip replacement surgery and forced him off the air for several weeks.

O-Town to Reunite for New Album

American boy band O-Town has reunited - four of the five original members have teamed up again to start work on new music. The hitmakers, whose track "All or Nothing" has been covered by Westlife, formed on the first season of MTV reality show "Making the Band" in 2000.

Jacob Underwood, Ashley Parker Angel, Erik-Michael Estrada, Trevor Penick, and Dan Miller went on to release two albums before they disbanded in 2003. And now they are set to make a comeback - but Angel, who has gone on to carve out an acting career for himself, has refused to sign up, reports TMZ.com.

Lauryn Hill has angered her fans for the second time in a month, after keeping an audience waiting for three hours at a comeback concert and changing her songs beyond recognition. And the crowd at the Center Stage venue was unimpressed when Hill finally began her set - the singer reportedly declared she was tired of "playing the same music night after night" and performed several unfamiliar versions of her hit songs. NBC is doing some adjustments in its midseason schedule that cause another delay to "Law & Order: Los Angeles". The spin-off to "Law & Order", which has already been on a two-month hiatus, is not going to return on February 8 as scheduled. Instead, the network will set a new date and announce it later.

In that case, "Parenthood" will leave its Mondays 10/9c slot and take over "LOLA" 's Tuesdays 10/9c slot. "Parenthood" 's original time is going to continue containing new series "Harry's Law" which is doing good at the time period.

Compared to the unfinished track, this new one is neater with more J.Lo in the intro.
