Legal war between Rihanna and her former trainer Cindy Percival, who claimed the singer owes her $26,144.14 in unpaid wages from 2009, still continues. Rihanna claimed she felt the burn when the trainer allegedly bilked her out of more than $26k, TMZ reported.

And now Rihanna is flexing her legal muscles to try and recover $26,244.63 that she claimed her personal trainer swindled out of her. The "Russian Roulette" singer has filed a countersuit in L.A. County Superior Court, stating that Cindy in fact, ran off with at least $26,244.63 of her cash.

After Summit Entertainment settled contracts with the original "Twilight" actors, it is not a surprise if the studio is moving forward with "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn" by casting additional stars. Now, Lil' Romeo has revealed that he might be one of the new faces seen in the forthcoming movie.

"The one thing is, I might be in the last 'Twilight,' so I'm going to have to go with ['The Twilight Saga's New Moon' to win over 'Avatar']," he said when asked by MTV which movie he picks for Best Movie at the upcoming 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Iconic entertainer Liza Minnelli can add clothing and jewelery designer to her resume - she has signed a deal to help create a line for the Home Shopping Network (HSN). The veteran star is teaming up with the interactive retailer to design The Liza Collection, which will include sequined garments inspired by her own wardrobe.

Mills hasn't ruled out adding to her brood - but she's adamant she will adopt rather than fall pregnant, because she doesn't want to overpopulate the world. She says, "I wouldn't have another child because the world is already too overpopulated but I might adopt one."

"Dexter" created quite a stir when it killed off one of its main cast in the end of season 4. But the deceased character is going to re-appear in the show when it returns for the fifth season this Fall. TV Guide has confirmed that Julie Benz will reprise her role as Rita Morgan whose life was taken away by the Trinity Killer.

How she will be incorporated to the storyline is still unclear but two things for sure, she won't be alive or appear as Dexter's imagination like his father does. "We're not going to do some ghostly thing with her," showrunner/executive producer Chip Johannessen said.

From becoming a TV host and reality show judge, Ellen DeGeneres is now branching out to become a music mogul by forming a label under the moniker eleveneleven Records. Partnering with Telepictures Productions, she has signed her first act who is none other than Greyson Chance.

Ellen said, "Greyson inspired me to start a record label called eleveneleven. He is my first artist and we are making a record together." Earlier this month, she invited the 12-year-old kid to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" after watching his YouTube video.

Oscar-winner Juliette Binoche is refusing to fight the aging process with Botox injections - insisting the wrinkle-freezing jabs would limit her acting abilities. The 46 year old is determined to grow old gracefully because she's convinced battling aging "doesn't work".

And although she appreciates the fear women feel as they watch their looks fade, Binoche is adamant cosmetic procedures would be to the detriment of her screen career. She says, "Fighting the aging process just doesn't work. I think that actresses, ultimately, are responsible for the faces we give to women."

Several names have been added to the cast line-up of "Kung Fu Panda: The Kaboom of Doom". DreamWorks Animation has announced that they have hired veteran stars Jean-Claude Van Damme, Michelle Yeoh and Victor Garber to provide the voices for some characters in the upcoming movie.

Van Damme who is known for his roles in martial arts action movies is tapped to play Master Croc. Yeoh who played James Bond's girl in 1997 "Tomorrow Never Dies" is cast to voice the mystical character of The Soothsayer which is a goat. Meanwhile, Garber who is best known for playing in TV series "Alias" will play Master Thundering Rhino.

British singer Cheryl Cole has begun divorce proceedings to end her marriage to Ashley Cole following allegations the soccer star cheated on her with a number of women. The Girls Aloud beauty wed the England international in July 2006 but their marriage was rocked in 2008 when hairdresser Aimee Walton claimed she had spent the night with the sportsman.

Hip-hop star Wyclef Jean has urged pals Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to consider adopting a baby from his native Haiti. The former The Fugees star has been part of the relief effort in his homeland following a January earthquake, which ravaged the nation, and now he hopes Jolie will follow up a February visit to Haiti by taking in an orphaned child.

Ronnie Wood has laughed off reports he has been dropped from The Rolling Stones line-up, amid his battle with booze. The guitarist has been dogged by rumors his role in the rock super group is in jeopardy because of his alcohol abuse issues, and fans were left stunned when the band's official website listed Wood as a member from 1976-2010.

The site editors have since altered the piece and now Wood's status in the band reads "1976-present". Now the rocker has spoken out to confirm he has not left the Stones, despite working on the reunion of The Faces and battling his booze demons.

Adrien Brody has lost his passion for goat farming after a disturbing gay rape episode. The movie star reveals his ex-girlfriend talked him into buying goats as pets when he bought a New York state farm, but he was conned into buying two males when he asked for females.

And Brody quickly realized that one of the goats was gay and the other was terrified. He explains, "The more well-endowed goat took a liking to the other one and I swear it was traumatic. There was a lot of crying and goat noises and I felt incredibly guilty and I didn't know what to do. I had homosexual goats."

Actress Cynthia Nixon has urged lawmakers in New York to prioritize the legalization of same-sex marriage because she is desperate to wed her lesbian lover Christine Marinon in her hometown. The "Sex and the City" star has been engaged to education activist Marinoni for one year and she admits her dream wedding would take place in the Big Apple.

But Nixon is not against the idea of exchanging vows in another state, if she is left with no other options. She says, "We're not gonna wait forever for New York, we're trying to get New York to get its act together but if we have to we'll go somewhere else. But ideally we'd like to do it at home."

Embattled actress Lindsay Lohan wasn't lying when she told a Los Angeles judge she had a movie lined up in Texas, she's in negotiations to star in a new film alongside Willie Nelson. The country legend has set up his own production company with actor pal Kerry Wallum and the pair plans to cast the "Mean Girls" star in the firm's first film, "The Dry Gulch Kid".

Nelson and Wallum's Luck Films company is based in Luck, Texas. The two pals plan to produce three to five films a year, each costing $3 million or less. Wallum tells WENN, "We are in negotiations with Lindsay and look forward to possibly working with her. 'The Dry Gulch Kid' is a really good story and the film will feature myself, Willie Nelson and a host of other well-known names."

Very meticulous fans of "Lost" may be wondering what the footage at the end of "Lost" series finale means. The images of Oceanic 815 plane crash on the beach were played right after Jack closed his eyes and the "Lost" logo appeared, prompting speculation that the producers included one last easter egg that may lead to different interpretations on the ending.

Los Angeles Times dug out the mystery deeper and received a clarification from ABC execs. The photographs were not part of the story at all, it is confirmed. The producers of the show did not put it there but the network did without any intention to confuse the viewers about the ending.

Ne-Yo has a brand new material and he makes it public as the first offering of his upcoming fourth studio album "Libra Scale". Called "Beautiful Monster", the song is a dance track which comes from production hands of acclaimed music maker Stargate.

A brand new on-set clip has been brought forward to give fans closer look at what to expect from Kelly Rowland's "Commander" music video. It sees the former member of Destiny's Child dancing in various figure-hugging outfits. It also previews a scene where Kelly is busting glass.

The music video is directed by Masashi Muto and has futuristic vibe which is shown through the costumes and choreography. Fatima Robinson, one of the people who creates the moves, says it's about Kelly commanding the audience, stage, dancers and the world.

HBO has kicked off the promotion of "Hung" by releasing one interesting video. Instead of merely including new footage, the featurette called "Hard at Work" shows Ray in a train of bookings, pleasing one woman after another. Sounds incorporating in the actions done, form a melody.

"Hung" will be back June 27 with the episode "Just the Tip". If one remembers, the end of the first season sees Tanya succumbing to Ray's proposal to include Lenore in the escort business. Funnyman Russell Brand fears rock 'n' roll has lost its edge because today's top stars are too conscientious. The Brit, who plays wild rocker Aldous Snow in upcoming "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" sequel "Get Him To The Greek", thinks today's stars are too soft and caring and he craves a return to an era when all they did was rocked.

He explains, "Bands are more preppy nowadays. That's why I think of Aldous Snow as a man out of time. He would've fit in better in the '60s or '70s. Rock stars didn't have to care back then. Early rock 'n' roll was about hedonism and escape."

Troubled hip-hop mogul Suge Knight has been ordered to stay away from a Los Angeles-based associate amid allegations he threatened to have the man killed. The complainant, whose identity has not been released, filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, May 24, asking a judge to grant him a restraining order to keep Knight at a distance.

In the legal documents, he claims Knight "had 8 guys come to my house and told them to get me or kill me". The alleged incident is said to have taken place on Friday, May 21, just a day after Knight was released on bail following a confrontation at a Los Angeles gas station.

The studio executive behind Lindsay Lohan's Linda Lovelace biopic has defended the actress' decision to attend the Cannes Film Festival days before an mandatory probation hearing, insisting her presence in France was necessary to sell the project.

The "Mean Girls" star left Los Angeles for France without completing court-ordered alcohol education classes. She then had her passport stolen in Europe and was unable to make it back to Los Angeles in time for her court date on May 20.

Kelly Clarkson apparently has left behind her beef with Ryan Tedder as they have reunited for her upcoming fifth studio album. Opening up about that matter was the frontman of OneRepublic himself in a recent interview.

"I'm working on stuff for her next album and am personally over any of the drama between the two of us," Ryan told The Denver Post. The vocalist furthermore commented on the similarity of Kelly's "Already Gone" and Beyonce Knowles' "Halo". He said, "It's silly. 'Already Gone' is now a bigger hit than 'Halo' was, so I think she's probably happy, too."

Jesse James has blamed his childhood ordeal for his infidelity. During a candid interview, which was aired on Tuesday, May 25, with Vicki Mabrey of ABC's "Nightline", the estranged husband of Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock claimed he was a victim of child abuse and cited the bad experience as one of the factors that drove him to cheat on her.

For his determination to be fit and healthier, Michael Ventrella has been declared the winner of "The Biggest Loser" season 9. The 30-year-old DJ from Chicago, Illinois was literally the biggest and heaviest man in the camp but he managed to downsize his weight from 526 pounds to 262 pounds. That would be a drop of 50.19% of his body weight.

As the champion, Ventrella is awarded $250,000 prize. "I am feeling proud of myself-which is a new feeling," he said upon winning. "This time I gave it my all. I did it the right way and it worked." He started the competition accompanied by his mother Maria who was eliminated in week 3.

The likes of Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna and Lady GaGa have experienced embarrassment when they accidentally took a tumble in a concert and Taylor Swift is no exception to such on-stage mishap. After previously having her floor-length dress caught on something during one of the concerts in her "Fearless" tour, she fell and landed on her bottoms in another show of the gig.

The accident reportedly happened when Taylor performed "Forever & Always" in front of her devotees in Ottawa on May 20. An international trailer for "Inception" has been debuted on Japanese TV during an interview with one of the stars, Ken Watanabe. Tina Fey will make history by becoming the youngest recipient of the prestigious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor later this year. The "Date Night" star, 40, has been chosen by officials at Washington, D.C.'s Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as the 2010 honoree.

The award is primarily in recognition of her work as a writer and comedian on hit U.S. sketch show "Saturday Night Live", where she famously mimicked former U.S. vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin during the 2008 elections. Mark Krantz, executive producer of the Mark Twain award, says, "It's that job as a head writer on a show that's been a traditionally male-oriented show. Former "Baywatch" star David Hasselhoff is baffled by reports he was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning at the weekend, insisting he is "feeling good". The actor has been battling a drink problem for years and new reports suggested his 17-year-old daughter Hayley took him to a Los Angeles-area hospital on Sunday, May 23 after a three-day booze binge.

But Hasselhoff has dismissed the claims, telling TMZ.com there has been "no drinking" and insisting he is "looking good (and) feeling good". The star underwent a stint in rehab last October to deal with his alcohol issues.

Heidi Montag has slammed reports she is severely depressed following her extensive cosmetic transformation - insisting her dramatic overhaul was the "best decision of my life". "The Hills" star has been dogged by reports she is regretting her extensive surgery, which saw her undergo multiple operations in a 24-hour period at the beginning of 2010.

She subsequently fell out with several friends over the negative reactions, and even called cops on her own mother after she turned up to her house unannounced earlier this month. But Montag insists the reports from pals that she is struggling to cope with her post-surgery image are false.

On-and-off couple Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green is said ready to take their relationship to the next level. An insider close to the pair disclosed to E! Online, "Yes, Megan and Brian will get married."

The insider believed that the nuptials might happen soon. "[Brian] moved in and has been living in her new house for a while," the insider further stated, on whether or not the "Jonah Hex" actress invited her boyfriend to her new home in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood.

Jesse James felt closer than ever to Sandra Bullock after the adoption of their baby son Louis and he's "sad" to see her experience parenthood as a single mum. British pop star Pixie Lott has landed her first major movie role - replacing Britney Spears in "Sweet Baby Jesus", a modern retelling of the Nativity story. The "Toxic" hitmaker had been due to play the Virgin Mary in the new film, but walked away from the role with producers citing pressure from her family as her reason for quitting the project.

Victoria Adams has spoken out to address rumors her marriage to soccer star David Beckham never recovered from an affair allegation in 2004 - insisting their union is "absolutely not a business arrangement". The former Spice Girl wed the sportsman in 1999, but five years later the union was allegedly rocked after the Los Angeles Galaxy player was accused of having a four-month romance with his personal assistant Rebecca Loos.

Irish rocker Bono is "heartbroken" after U2 were forced to postpone their entire North American tour and cancel their appearance at legendary British music festival Glastonbury following his emergency back surgery. The 50-year-old singer was admitted to a specialist neurosurgery unit at a hospital in Germany on Friday, May 21 after suffering "severe pain" and "partial paralysis" during rehearsals for their 360 Degree world tour in Munich.

Bono underwent an operation immediately and neurosurgeon Joerg Tonn, who treated the star, is convinced he will make a full recovery - but will need at least two months rest. Dr. Tonn says, "He was already in severe pain with partial paralysis of the lower leg. The surgery was the only course of treatment for full recovery and to avoid further paralysis. Bono is now much better with complete recovery of his motor-deficit. His prognosis is excellent but to obtain a sustainable result he must now enter a period of rehabilitation."

British actor Ray Winstone is campaigning to increase the rights of injured stunt performers, calling them the "unsung heroes" of the film industry. The "Beowulf" star is raising money for the Eddie Kidd Foundation, which aims to help rehabilitate hurt body doubles and was named after the movie stand-in who was left with brain damage after a motorcycle crash in 1996.

Winstone admits he had forgotten about Kidd until he saw him in a wheelchair at a party recently - but he hopes to help other industry workers who need treatment and therapies. He tells Britain's HELLO! magazine, "With about 24 stunt performers injured every year, it's important to get the message out that, once injured, they are no longer able to earn a living from their chosen profession. They may not be able to earn a living at all."

Ricky Gervais has moved swiftly to quash criticism of a controversial joke about Susan Boyle in his stand-up comedy show. "The Office" creator sparked fury after using the word "mong" - a British saying often used as a derogatory term for sufferers of Down's Syndrome - in a joke about Boyle.

Officials at the U.K.'s Down's Syndrome Association contacted the comedian after receiving a "report" about the show - and Gervais immediately wrote back to explain the word was not meant to be offensive in the context of the routine. And he's now taken to his official blog to show fans how the potential scandal was smoothed over as soon as he reached out to the association.

Sandra Bullock's estranged husband Jesse James decided to break his silence over his cheating scandal in an attempt to clear up his reputation and defend himself against allegations he's "racist". Gwen Stefani wasn't about to give her sons, Kingston James McGregor and Zuma Nesta Rock, and step daughter, Daisy Lowe, a little sister or brother. A rep for the No Doubt's lead singer confirmed to E! Online that Gwen is not pregnant.

Rick Ross is facing possible legal action from former drug trafficker Ricky Ross, who has accused the rapper of exploiting his name to forge a career in hip-hop. Quentin Tarantino is set to follow in the footsteps of stars including Chevy Chase, Richard Pryor and Bruce Willis with an induction into New York's legendary Friars Club. The "Pulp Fiction" director will be the focus of the organization's annual 'roast' later this year, which sees honorees ridiculed in mocking tributes.

Friars Club President Freddie Roman hopes the moviemaker takes the mockery in good humor, telling New York Post gossip column PageSix, "Having seen Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, I pray that he understands that we only roast the ones we love." The ceremony will take place at the New York Hilton on October 1.

Reality TV star Tila Tequila has revealed the reason she's signed up to star in the next season of "Celebrity Rehab" - she has become reliant on "prescription pills". The internet pin-up was announced as one of the stars who will appear on Dr. Drew Pinsky's reality show, and now she has admitted she'll be seeking counsellings for a drug habit.

In a post on her official website, she writes, "I was in denial for a long time but it takes a brave and strong woman to not only admit to herself that she has a problem, but also let the whole world know about it. With that said, I know I am an extremely smart girl and to run all these empires when I am not even 30 yet is quite an accomplishment, however I finally admitted to myself that I cannot rely on taking prescription pills every day for the rest of my life!"

Mike Myers was caught up in trouble on the streets of New York on Monday, May 24 - one of his friends was arrested for allegedly hitting a photographer with a hockey stick as he attempted to take pictures of the star. The snapper was photographing the "Shrek" actor in Manhattan as he walked along a street with his friend Mark McAdam, with both men carrying hockey sticks.

The photographer alleges McAdam, 40, turned on him and hit him on the head with his stick, while Myers fled the scene. He claims to have needed five stitches to treat a wound above his right eye. McAdam was arrested on charges of felony assault, according to the New York Daily News.

Filming on Kate Winslet's new TV mini-series has been suspended after the actress fell over and hit her head during a game of basketball with her kids. The "Titanic" star has been shooting new HBO show "Mildred Pierce" in New York City, but production was halted on Monday, May 24 after she suffered a mishap while playing with Mia, nine, and Joe, six - her two children with estranged husband Sam Mendes.

Winslet reportedly bumped her head when she fell over and was left badly bruised, forcing TV bosses to shut down production on the series. A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "She fell after being hit by a basketball and suffered bruising that couldn't be covered with make-up, so the entire production was halted (on) Monday."

An autopsy of Slipknot's bassist Paul Gray, who was found dead in an Iowa hotel room early Monday morning, May 24, has revealed no cause of death, Urbandale, Iowa police told Des Moines Register on Tuesday, May 25. The cause of death is still under investigation and the Polk County Medical Examiner is awaiting the results of toxicology testing.

Police further revealed that Dr. Gregory Schmunk informed the investigation could be four to six weeks before all of the test results are complete and the cause of death can be determined. Meanwhile, the autopsy reportedly affirmed that no evidence of foul play or trauma in Paul's death was found and Paul had been dead for several hours before his body was discovered.

"Dancing with the Stars" has selected the tenth season winner. Nicole Scherzinger did not only excel in skill but also in audience's hearts. The singer and her partner Derek Hough were handed the trophy on Tuesday, May 25 night. In total, they have scored 115 points from the judges during the two-days finale.

The three couples started off the night with Favorite Dance of the Finalists and they all chose the same one, the Argentine Tango. Nicole and Derek scored the perfect 30, Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya scored 28 while Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy scored 26. Lionsgate Films has premiered the first full-length trailer for "The Last Exorcism". Making its way out via Yahoo! Movies, the video first shows how a Reverend is followed by a film crew to capture his exploits. It then gives preview to his failed attempt to exorcise a demon from a girl and how the evil haunts them back.

"The Last Exorcism" is a story of faux documentary about a Reverend named Cotton Marcus who is contacted by Louis Sweetzer to exorcise a demon from his daughter Nell. Agreeing to take on one last exorcism, he allows a film crew to capture his exploits.

The final performance of "American Idol" season 9 was divided into three rounds, the contestant's choice, Simon Fuller's pick and the coronation song. Lee DeWyze was rather overshadowed by Crystal Bowersox this time because of his own song choice as well as the winner's single. This year, unlike in previous seasons, the finalists get to cover a song instead of singing a new single.

In the first round, Lee sang Simon & Garfunkel's "The Box" which he sung during the inspirational week. Mindy McCready who was rushed to hospital on early Tuesday, May 25 has been back home, Associated Press reports. The country music singer was hospitalized following a 911 call made by her mother at 10:38 A.M. from North Fort Myers home for a possible drug overdose, Lee County Sheriff's Office confirms.

Speaking to Radar Online, Mindy's mother Gayle McCready Inge says her daughter took a near lethal dose of prescription pills in what was a failed suicide attempt. Inge says Mindy took an amphetamine drug which is used to treat obsessive compulsive disorder, Darvocet and another muscle relaxer.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel has debuted her newborn daughter, Bryn Casey Hoppy, who is only 2 and a half weeks old. In pictures provided by People, the new mother is seen carrying little Bryn who looks lovely in a bright polka-dot apparel.

In one shot, baby Bryn sleeps on what appears to be Bethenny's thigh. The 39-year-old beauty recalled the first time she saw her baby girl after some 30 hours of labor, saying "It was amazing." She also described Bryn "like a little doll."

Lil Wayne's "Da Da Da" music video which features Hip-Hop group iMayday! has been previewed through a snippet. It features the rap mogul making an impromptu performance with the band on a rooftop and drawing onlookers to form a crowd on the street and look up at the building.

The music video is directed by David Rousseau and was shot in February at the Marlin Hotel during a filming marathon for a dozen of videos before Weezy went to jail for a weapon-possession charge. This clip is scheduled to be premiered this weekend by MTV Jams.
