Michael Jackson's former physician has agreed not to administer the drug that killed the King of Pop. Dr. Conrad Murray and Texas Medical Board officials have mutually agreed that the medic will be prohibited from using or prescribing Propofol or other heavy sedatives.

The license restrictions will remain in effect until ongoing criminal allegations against Murray are resolved. The doctor has pleaded not guilty to an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of Jackson.

For those curious to know how Tony Stark and Pepper Potts' relationship will be told in "Iron Man 2", a new photo from the movie might give a hint. In one of the newly released production images, the major female character is seen drawing her face close to the billionaire's while her hand is put around his waist. Beside the said picture, there is another still which features Iron Man while he unleashes some flashy power from his hand.

During the development of the "Iron Man" sequel, there was rumor that the upcoming film will pick up Tony's love triangle story. Responding to the speculation, director Jon Favreau once claimed the film will still primarily focus on the relationship between the man in iron armor and his assistant, saying "I think the central relationship is still those two characters. It's still Pepper and Tony."

Guns N' Roses scrapped a Friday night, April 9 show in Costa Rica following a reported stage collapse. Local reports suggest the weight of the band's big screen, suspended above the stage, and water damage combined to cause the problem at San Jose's Estadio Ricardo Saprissa.

The band hopes to reschedule the show over the weekend before jetting off to their next American concert in Guatemala, which is scheduled for Tuesday, April 13.

Drake explained why he doesn't include any Young Money artists in his Away From Home Tour. In an interview with MTV, the Canadian rapper admitted he feels uncomfortable when it comes to asking his labelmates to fill in the opening slot, so he decided to shun them.

"Everybody is working on their albums and stuff like that," he explained. "I love what a lot of people in Young Money have going on right now. But at the same time, I did say to myself I didn't want other rappers on this tour opening up."

Child stars Corey Feldman and Todd Bridges and actress Kristy Swanson staged a farewell dinner to honor their late pal Corey Haim in Marina Del Rey, California on Thursday night, April 8. Feldman was forced to scrap plans for a formal memorial service because Haim's mother, Judy, was still too upset and too ill to attend such a big event - and so he arranged for the tragic actor's closest friends and his mum to meet up and toast the star's memory.

Swanson tells People, "Had Corey wished to be anywhere, he would have loved to be with us last night, to be with all his old friends." Guests also included actresses Nicole Eggert and Robyn Lively. "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Swanson adds, "It was like a reunion. Robyn brought tons of old pictures - lots of people with crazy hair and funny clothes, and people gave Judy gifts."

Kristen Stewart has a big day to celebrate as she turned 20 on April 9. The Bella Swan of "Twilight" movie series decided to spend her birthday by flying to Budapest, Hungary to be with her special one, Robert Pattinson, Gather reported.

As for Robert, the depicter of Edward Cullen is said planning to give Kristen a special surprise. Reports suggest that he would ask for her hand in marriage after a source disclosed that the 23-year-old actor had been shopping for antique jewelry to surprise her with. And the "Twilight" hunk could also ask blessing from Kristen's parents, who accompanied the birthday daughter to Budapest, since they have become Robert's personal guests.

Following the cancellation of her remix album "Angels Advocate", Mariah Carey has begun cooking up completely new materials for her next effort. She gave fans update on Twitter by posting a picture of her alongside Jermaine Dupri in the studio.

Jim Carrey has waded into the Tiger Woods cheating scandal by insisting the embattled golfer's wife must have known about his infidelities. The actor took to his Twitter blog on Friday, April 9 to comment on the saga, as Woods made his return to golf at the U.S. Masters tournament in Augusta, Georgia.

And his bizarre outburst is sure to spark controversy. Carrey wrote, "Tiger Woods owes nothing 2 anyone but himself." The actor, who also took to Twitter to announce his split from girlfriend Jenny McCarthy earlier this week, then turned on the golfer's scorned wife, Elin Nordegren, declaring "No wife is blind enough to miss that much infidelity. Something big is about to hit the web, and Jonas Brothers are part of it. The band recruit their friends and family to tell fans that they have a new and interactive website that will allow subscribers to get an all access about their favorite artists.

Wearing black and white get-up, Girlicious are dripping wet when shooting a music video for their new single "Maniac". Nichole Cordova, Chrystina Sayers and Natalie Mejia dance in the pouring rain while the director is overheard directing from behind the lens and the new track is played on the background.

"Maniac" is set to be included in Girlicious' upcoming sophomore set which is yet to be titled. Although it was the album's second single, the music video will be the first clip debuted from the effort since music video for the first single "Over You" has been scrapped.

Before she gets to celebrate her second year anniversary with Mark Valley, Anna Torv cut the relationship short. According to several media outlets, the celebrity couple has ended their marriage quietly a few months ago. They tied the knot in December 2008 without public fuss.

Torv and Valley were co-stars on FOX series "Fringe". Recalling how "sweet" Torv was to him on the set, Valley said in an interview with EW last month, "She'd always come up to me and say 'Do you need coffee or tea or something?' We did get to know each other a little bit on the show. But she was working quite a bit, and I was like lying quietly on the slab. Seeing [Torv] work and seeing how much she works and the amount of preparation she puts into it and how seriously she took it, that was really inspirational."

In the promo trailer that has just been released for the movie, a black-ops agent is seen interrogating and even physically torturing an American Muslim man claiming to have nuclear bombs planted in three U.S. cities. The video shows how intense the situation when a female leader of an FBI anti-terrorism team warns that the method is illegal but the agent is persistent and goes beyond the limits.

Hip-hop legend Dr. Dre has been turning to 1970s electronica pioneers Kraftwerk for inspiration as he completes work on his long-awaited album "Detox". The rap icon is putting the finishing touches on the follow-up to 1999 release "2001", and recently revealed the first single will be a track called "Under Pressure" featuring Jay-Z.

But Dre admits he's been listening to a completely different genre of music to help fuel his creativity during the lengthy process. He tells Reuters, "I've been listening to a lot of old '60s and '70s music. Things like Kraftwerk, and Parliament Funkadelic. I've really been listening to a lot of Kraftwerk."

Rufus Wainwright rushed work on his opera debut to make sure his late mother Kate McGarrigle saw the show before she died. The musician composed "Prima Donna" himself and the stage production opened in Manchester, England in 2009.

Wainwright admits he worked extra hard to complete the show, as he feared his beloved mum would lose her cancer battle before opening night. The curtain went up in July 2009 and the singer was proud to have his mother in the audience and he is grateful she was able to see his opera ahead of her death in January.

Rihanna has been hard at work, preparing for her upcoming North American tour. The "Umbrella" hitmaker is playing the drums, singing with her Mad House band and practicing her moves with some backing dancers and choreographer Tina Landonas as seen in a clip showing one of the rehearsal sessions for the gig.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight when met after exiting from "American Idol" stage earlier this week, Rihanna talked about the traveling show. "I like to think about myself as the last girl on Earth because sometimes people make decisions based on the outlook of others and, you know, to me, my life is my life. It's my world, and I'm going to live it the way I want to. That's how I think about everything, that way I'm focused on me, and my work. It's a really narrow space, a focus," she said.

One major character will be noticeably missing from the next season of "Gossip Girl". Jenny Humphrey, the character played by Taylor Momsen, will take a hiatus not because the actress is taking a leave but rather because the writers want so.

Per EW, a source close to The CW series confirmed that the actress will be absent for an unspecified number of episodes at the beginning of next season for "creative" reasons. The source said, "When you watch the finale. You'll see that we're doing something very big with her character."

Comedienne Tina Fey has to rely on chauffeurs and cab drivers to take her around New York - because her driving license expired soon after she moved to the Big Apple. The Pennsylvania native relocated to Manhattan in the late 1990s after landing a job as a writer for sketch comedy show "Saturday Night Live".

Fey has since shot to fame with her TV sitcom "30 Rock", but admits she never renewed the permit and now refuses to retake the driving test to reinstate it.

"Without a Trace" star Anthony LaPaglia will undergo a second hip replacement operation later this year - six years after his last surgery. The 51-year-old actor is a keen soccer player and regularly enjoys a kick about with his pals near his home in Santa Monica, California.

LaPaglia, who used to play professionally, admits his love for the energetic sport has wreaked havoc on his hips, and he has to undergo more surgery once he completes his stint on the New York stage in Broadway opera "Lend Me a Tenor". He says, "(The other hip) is gone. I'm gonna get it done after the play."

Gwyneth Paltrow sympathizes with her ex-fiance Brad Pitt for the media attention his relationship with Angelina Jolie attracts, insisting she "feels bad" for the Hollywood couple. The "Mr and Mrs Smith" stars have become hot paparazzi property since embarking on a romance in 2005 and starting a family together following Pitt's split from then-wife Jennifer Aniston.

Leighton Meester has shown her rude side when shooting an upcoming film "The Oranges". On Thursday, April 8, the 24-year-old actress was photographed filming what looks like a brawling scene with her co-star Alia Shawkat.

In some of the pictures obtained by Gossip Girl Show from the filming location, Meester was seen yelling to Shawkat. Later, the "Gossip Girl" star was also pictured pulling her cast mate's bag before she bumped into the ground.

30 Seconds to Mars are the United States soldiers in the video shoot of their single "This Is War". In three pictures taken during the filming, the band are seen donning army combat uniform and body armor. They have M4 rifles in their hands and ride an armored Humvee.

In order to accurately capture the conflict in the war field, the band hire director Edouard Salier who has been in Iraq for several times. "The song is really about conflict, and the album ['This Is War'] really is about it too: the inevitability of conflict, the blessing of conflict and what we can all learn from it. We've certainly had our fair share of it," frontman Jared Leto told MTV. "So for the 'This Is War' video, we wanted to explore another side of it. So we decided to portray soldiers in conflict."

Brian Austin Green returns to "Smallville" as the man with artificial heart, Metallo. In "Upgrade", Zod continues to pose as "The Blur" and asks Lois to investigate one of Tess' secret labs. An explosion rocks the lab, and Lois is rescued by John Corben, Metallo's alter ego, who was a subject of multiple experiments.

While investigating the explosion, Clark is exposed to red kryptonite. And infected Clark takes Zod to the Fortress. Tess turns to Chloe for help and they send in Corben to stop Clark from revealing all his secrets.

Former Oasis' frontman Liam Gallagher is urging his fellow musicians to stop complaining about illegal internet downloads because online file-sharing is a good way to introduce music to fans. Politicians in the U.K. passed a controversial bill this week which introduces far-reaching measures to stop the public taking copyrighted material from the web for free.

Many musicians have spoken out in favor of the crackdown, including Lily Allen, Elton John and Annie Lennox, but Gallagher is adamant stars should stop campaigning against illegal downloaders because they actually help popularize music.

The buzz about Nike's latest ad featuring Tiger Woods gets louder each day and Funny or Die decides to contribute to it. Using the lines of Morgan Freeman in "The Shawshank Redemption", the spoof sees 'Tiger' feeling "burning down there" and learning that he should not text.

In the original ad, Nike used a voice over from Earl Woods that said, "Authoritarian. Yea, Tida is very authoritative. She is very definitive. 'Yes' and 'No.' I am more prone to be inquisitive, to promote discussion. I want to find out what your thinking was, I want to find out what your feelings are and did you learn anything? So we were two different types but we co-existed pretty well."

Troubled Mischa Barton was reportedly seen close to tears at a showbiz party on Wednesday, April 7 after an ex-boyfriend branded her "one of the fattest people on the planet". Oil heir Brandon Davis aimed the cruel comments at former "The O.C." star Barton after spotting her at Nylon magazine's 11th anniversary bash in Los Angeles.

In a post on his Twitter page, he wrote, "Omg (oh my God). Just realized my ex turned in to 1 of the fattest people on the planet. I'm gonna start dating plus size models. Not! Mischa the Hefer (sic)."

Stars including P. Diddy, Boy George and New York Dolls' rocker Sylvain Sylvain have led tributes to late punk icon Malcolm McLaren, who lost his battle with cancer on Thursday, April 8. The former Sex Pistols' manager passed away at the age of 64 after struggling with a rare form of cancer called mesothelioma.

Sex Pistols' frontman John Lydon and McLaren's former partner, designer Vivienne Westwood, have both expressed their sadness over the impresario's passing, and now tributes have flooded in from other stars. Rap mogul P. Diddy took to his Twitter page after the sad news broke to pass on his condolences, writing "Malcolm McLaren. RIP - music lost an icon today," while former Culture Club's frontman Boy George added, "R.I.P Malcolm McLaren. Punk will never die! Malcolm was a rogue, we had our dramas but he was a huge part of my life!"

As Orlando Bloom has announced that he left "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise, someone has to step in and replace him in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides". Words are, two newcomers Max Irons and Sam Claflin are currently competing to take a leading part in the upcoming movie.

There has been no word on whether the two actors would take over Bloom's character Will Turner or they will be seen as a new character. Interestingly, E! Online reported, Irons and Claflin are currently also competing for a role in "The Girl With the Red Riding Hood" which will be directed by "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke.

A promo of "Saturday Night Live" for this weekend's episode shows for the first time Tina Fey and Justin Bieber in one screen. Tina announced her duty as a host and introduced the musical performer in two takes.

In the first take, Tina said that she counts it as a sex crime to host with Justin. In the second one, she joked "Justin, I'm at least five years older than you. ...just go with it," after Justin complimented that she looks hotter in person.

3OH!3 have a party in their house and they share it with fans. In a music video directed by Isaac Ravishankara to support their new song "House Party", the duo talks about the fun, singing "I'm gonna pour booze down my mouth / I might stay up until the a.m."

"House Party" is a new material which was leaked in purpose by 3OH!3 to tease fans about what to expect from their forthcoming third studio album "Streets of Gold". The track has Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte repeatedly dropping explicit lyrics like "f**k the club" and "f**k the Djs."

Nathan Lane's new Broadway musical "The Addams Family" has been branded more "ghastly" than ghoulish by theater critics with a slew of frightful reviews. "The Producers" actor stars as Gomez Addams alongside Bebe Neuwirth as his Morticia in the new production based on the kooky family, who were first immortalized in Charles Addams' comic strip and then in a TV show and movie series.

The curtain went up on the show in New York City on Thursday night, April 8, but critics were unimpressed, The New York Times' Ben Brantley wrote a scathing review, branding the musical "genuinely ghastly". He writes, "Imagine, if you dare, the agonies of the talented people trapped inside the collapsing tomb called 'The Addams Family'. This genuinely ghastly musical... stars a shamefully squandered Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth. Everyone else tries not to look embarrassed, though it's not easy."

Actor James Van Der Beek is set to become a first-time father - his girlfriend is pregnant. The happy news comes less than a month after the former "Dawson's Creek" star reached a divorce settlement with his ex-wife, actress Heather Ann McComb.

Van Der Beek and his new partner Kimberly Brook are expecting their first child in late 2010. The actor broke the news in a tweet. He wrote, "The woman I love and I are expecting our first child. Currently experiencing joy on levels I never knew existed." The couple met in summer 2009 after Van Der Beek and McComb had split.

Charlie Sheen would like to clear the air surrounding the speculation that he quits "Two and a Half Men" due to salary problem. Moreover, the actor filmed the sitcom's season 7 finale on Friday, April 9 night and he won't deny if it could be his last.

To People Sheen explained, "Much speculation and rumor has arisen from my current status surrounding 'Two and a Half Men'. All of the numbers reported in the press are false. Claims from 'inside sources' regarding offers from the studio as well as my salary, on their best day, are without merit." He went further, "Approaching the start of the current season and as far back as June '09, I submitted my terms for season eight to Warner Bros. and CBS respectfully."

Actress Garcelle Beauvais has left her husband red-faced by sending an email to his work colleagues accusing him of having an affair. The former "NYPD Blue" star reportedly told Mike Nilon's friends and associates he has something "in common" with Tiger Woods and Sandra Bullock's estranged husband Jesse James - he's a love cheat.

According to New York Post gossip column PageSix, Beauvais sent an email with the subject line "Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon" in which she wrote, "What do they have in common... I found out today that MY husband of almost nine years has been having an affair for five years with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys (the couple's sons) don't deserve this!"

Ke$ha has shot a music video for her latest single "Your Love is My Drug" in a desert in Lancaster, California earlier this week. Several pictures taken from the filming location have hit the web, giving a sneak peek to the forthcoming clip.

The "Tik Tok" hitmaker is snapped wearing a khaki bathing suit and wrapping herself with what looks like a fishing net. According to MTV, the video will follow the 23-year-old singer/songwriter "on a fun journey through an animated world."

Elizabeth Taylor is to wed for a ninth time, according to U.S. reports. Sources claim the 78-year-old movie icon and her longtime companion Jason Winters, 49, recently became engaged.

An insider tells Us Magazine, "It's no secret that they've been together forever and are in love... Right now they are keeping it between them." Taylor has often spoken publicly about her feelings for Winters, who recently became Janet Jackson's manager - she recently told gossip columnist Liz Smith that her "friend" was "one of the most wonderful men I've ever known".

The first sneak peek video for "The Other Guys" has been provided through the first trailer. Debuted by Yahoo! Movies, the video shows how two cops cannot get along with each other although they are partnered.

The trailer also teases audience with funny scenes as Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell sometimes act brutally when sent on a field mission. Also seen in the video are Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson who play the city's top cops.

Hot on the heels of her withdrawal from Rihanna's Last Girl on Earth Tour, Nicki Minaj decided to end her professional relationship with her manager Debbie Antney who is also the mother of rapper Waka Flocka Flame. Confirming the news is Debbie herself.

"I received a letter, which was (a) suspension," the woman who has managed Nicki for three years confessed to Hip-Hop Weekly magazine. "The next letter that came in was a cease and desist in doing all business with Nicki Minaj from Nicki's attorney."
