Paris Hilton has been left devastated by the news of fellow socialite Casey Johnson's death. The Johnson & Johnson heiress, 30, was found dead in her Los Angeles home on Monday morning, January 4, 2010 and Hilton has been among the first people to comment on the tragedy.

She tells Life & Style magazine, "I am devastated to hear this news. I've known Casey since I was a baby. She had a big heart and she was a good friend. I feel so sad, I don't want to believe it. My condolences go out to her family and loved ones."

The sudden death of socialite Casey Johnson "appears to be natural" and foul play is not suspected, according to police officials. The heiress to the Johnson & Johnson empire was found dead on Monday morning, January 4, 2010 at her Los Angeles apartment.

Toxicology tests on Johnson's body are set to be conducted, but police officer Sara Faden insists her death appears to be from natural causes. She says, "It appears to be a natural death. There's no evidence of foul play. A toxicology report from the coroner's office will proceed next."

Britney Spears' brand new single which is yet to be titled is rumored to be sent to radios in March. The news was brought forward by KIIS-FM which also hinted that the song may be the one which is produced by David Guetta.

The album in which the track appears, meanwhile, reportedly will be dropped several months afterward. On what to expect from the "Circus" singer's forthcoming album, one of its producers Jon Asher told New York Post that it will feature "epic" sounds.

Sebastian Stan has been added to the list of cast for Warner Bros. Pictures' "The Apparition". The "Gossip Girl" actor is slated to star opposite "Twilight" beauty Ashley Greene who has been previously announced as the lead actress for the film, Variety reported.

For this upcoming movie, Stan is hired to tackle the role of a post grad who tries "to figure out his life." As for Greene, it is still unclear what character she will take on. The family of Avenged Sevenfold drummer James Owen Sullivan have thanked fans for their support following the star's untimely death last week, December 28, 2009, revealing they have been left heartbroken by the tragedy. Sullivan, 28, was found dead at his home in Huntington Beach, California, and officials at Orange County coroner's office are conducting toxicology and laboratory tests to determine what caused the drummer's sudden passing.

The star's loved ones are still reeling from his death - and are struggling to come to terms with the tragedy. A statement from the musician's family reads, "We would like to thank all of Jimmy's fans for the heartfelt comments that have been posted."

The release of Lil Wayne's much-delayed rock album has been pushed back until June 2010, just weeks after it was accidentally shipped out to 500 lucky fans. After countless delays, "Rebirth" was due to officially hit stores and the Internet on February 1.

However, a few hundred copies were sent to Amazon.com customers, who had pre-ordered the album in December. And loyal fans that weren't lucky enough to receive their copy early now face an even longer wait. The record won't be in stores until June 22, according to MTV.com.

James Franco is going places and his latest stop on "30 Rock" has been teased with several promotional pictures. From the look of the stills, Franco will share a lot of scenes with Tina Fey's Liz Lemon, including waking up in the same pair of pajamas and an anime version pillow of Jenna Maroney.

The episode Franco will appear in is called "Klaus and Greta". Peter Gabriel will perform selections from his upcoming covers album "Scratch My Back" with a full orchestra in Berlin, London and Paris in March, 2010. The rocker's first new album in eight years will be released next month, February 2010 and features orchestral arrangements of songs by David Bowie, Lou Reed, Bon Iver, Paul Simon, Neil Young, Elbow and Radiohead, among others.

Gabriel will perform the tracks at four shows, culminating with concerts at London's 02 Arena on 27 and March, 28. The artists whose songs Gabriel covers on "Scratch My Back" have recorded new versions of his hits for a future album.

More big stars have been booked to rock the January 31 ceremony of Grammy Awards. The newly-announced musical guests are Pink as well as Zac Brown Band and Dave Matthews Band.

They will be joined by previously-confirmed performers Taylor Swift, Black Eyed Peas, Lady Antebellum, Beyonce Knowles and Maxwell. Among those singers, Taylor is rumored to take double duties. Michael Jackson is to remembered in his native Gary, Indiana with a championship golf course and Neverland-style amusement park. Members of the Jackson family and local businessmen hope to break ground on development of the first stage of a King of Pop memorial site on the outskirts of Gary later this year, 2010.

The 100-acre complex will feature a Jackson museum, 300-room hotel, amusement park and golf course, according to project president Odie Anderson. He insists that planning work on the proposed site, which will take 10 years to complete and cost an estimated $1 billion, is on "a fast track".

The 1930 Ford Model Coupe, which Johnny Depp drove in "Public Enemies", is to go under the hammer at auction in Arizona. The vehicle actually carried gangsters John Dillinger, Hommer Van Meter and John Hamilton to safety after an FBI raid in Little Bohemia, Wisconsin in the 1930s. Depp played Dillinger in the film.

The car will be the highlight item at the 39th Annual Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, which will be held in Scottsdale between January 18 and 24, 2010. Dillinger reportedly sprayed pursuing cops with his Tommy gun from the vehicle.

Charlie Sheen has returned to work after a Christmas and New Year period fraught with drama. Sheen was back on the set of sitcom "Two and a Half Men" on Monday, January 4, 2010, 10 days after he was arrested and jailed following a Christmas Day 2009 fight with his wife Brooke Mueller.

A source tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood Sheen is "cleaned up and feels good" after the festive fuss, which landed him behind bars in Aspen, Colorado. The actor was charged with second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief. He was released from jail on Christmas night.

Mos Def's upcoming music video in companion to his latest single "History" has been made available for viewing pleasure. Debuted on MTV, it features black-and-white cinematography with the singer keeping it real in suit.

"History" has Talib Kweli lending his vocal on the hook. The song is one of the singles appearing in Def's fourth studio album entitled "The Ecstatic" which is up for Best Rap Album at 2010 Grammy Awards.

The HQ version of "Lost" final season promo poster has got out online in two versions. Quite similar, the two "Last Supper" posters which were first published on Us Weekly are different in terms of the cast's point of gaze and their sitting position. The "True Romance" star admits he never took his studies seriously when he was a teenager because he was too busy acting, but decided it was time to graduate - so he could show his kids how important education is.

From the voice of God in "Evan Almighty", Morgan Freeman becomes the voice of "CBS Evening News". He is the replacement of Walter Cronkite who provided an introduction to the network's show for 19 years and died in July last year. Freeman will now introduce Katie Couric at the start of every news broadcast.

CBS initially planned to replace Cronkite's voice-over when he died but that never went on. "We knew that, at some point, it would be time to transition," executive producer of the program, Rick Kaplan, told New York Times. "The time was right."

Michael Jackson's joint track with Lenny Kravitz called "Another Day", which was leaked Monday, January 4, has been pulled out of the web. The audio stream was taken down at the request of Sony BMG Music Entertainment and lawyers for the late King of Pop's estate.

"It was unauthorized," a source told E! News. "No one was quite sure how it got out." Even Lenny himself has no clue on how the track came out. "As you know and have heard, part of the song leaked - not by me, because mine has been locked up in a vault since we recorded it," he said in a video message soon after the leak. "The version that's out is a minute and 30 seconds, roughly, of the track - not mixed, but it is the track."

George Clooney and his film "Up in the Air" are set to have a golden night at the Golden Globes later this month, January 2010 after topping leading critics' picks in a new TheEnvelope.com poll. Tom Cruise will reunite with his "Tropic Thunder" co-star Ben Stiller to bring literary detective brothers "The Hardy Boys" to life on the big screen. Plans are afoot to bring the two Hollywood stars together again to portray the teen supersleuths in the popular books as adults in "The Hardy Men".

Director Shawn Levy, who will produce the movie, tells Starpulse.com, "I saw how well Ben and Tom got along and that's what gave me the idea of wait a second, I've got to do a movie with them together. Actor Emile Hirsch will embark on a week-long trek up Mount Kilimanjaro after agreeing to join Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel on the climb to raise awareness about the worldwide water crisis. The "Into the Wild" star will don his climbing gear on Thursday, January 7 to scale the 19,341-foot African peak to fundraise and highlight the need for clean drinking water in less economically developed countries.

Hirsch is looking forward to tackling the climb, branding it "an epic adventure with an educational process on the global water crisis", and he's determined to reach the mountain's highest point. He adds, "Put this on the books: I'm making it to the top."

As "Thor" is scheduled to start production later in January, crew and cast have begun preparing for the making of the film. Most recently, this upcoming Kenneth Branagh-directed movie had costume tests, which have been described by President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige through his statement posted on Marvel official website.

"To be honest the thing that I'm most excited about right now though, is the screen test we just finished for 'Thor'," Feige shared. "We've done some costume tests and watching the Asgardians walk onto the sound stage takes me back to that first time I saw the 'X-Men' on the set all together in Toronto. Irish pop star Brian McFadden has laughed off speculation his relationship with Aussie singer Delta Goodrem is on the rocks - mockingly congratulating the British press over the story. British pop star Lily Allen will start the New Year 2010 in a new home after reaching a deal to buy a $2.08 million house in the English countryside. The "Smile" singer, 24, has put her three bedroom home in north London up for rent and is preparing to move to the Cotswolds, an area popular with stars like supermodel Kate Moss and Blur rocker Alex James.

The country retreat boasts five bedrooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool, horse paddocks and a stable yard. Allen is expected to put pen to paper to seal the deal in the coming weeks after wrapping up her world tour with U.K. rapper Dizzee Rascal, reports British newspaper The Daily Mail.

Hip-hop superstar Lil Wayne will resurrect Jesus Christ for a new animated series he's starring in with singer/rapper T-Pain. The "Lollipop" hitmaker will voice the Son of God in "Freakniks", a TV special for U.S cable channel Adult Swim.

Explaining the concept for the show, Jake Escobedo, creative director for Adult Swim, says, "Basically it was a 'Black Spring Break' that went down in Atlanta and got shut down back in '98 or '99. So the show is going to resurrect that, and it's going to be starring T-Pain and Lil Wayne and all these other artists like David Banner and some other dudes."

U2 frontman Bono has slammed internet service providers for allowing customers to trade rock records online - branding them "reverse Robin Hoods". The rocker accuses wealthy web executives of benefiting from the ailing music industry, which loses potential profits whenever albums are illegally downloaded.

And he's warned that the same problem could cripple Hollywood as the popularity of sharing films over the internet increases. Casey Johnson, heir of Johnson & Johnson empire and fiancee to Tila Tequila, has been found dead on Monday, January 4. The body was discovered in Los Angeles in the morning but the cause of death is still "undetermined".

"Entourage" star Kevin Connolly has hooked up with yet another Hollywood beauty - the actor has been spotted dating Chloe Sevigny according to U.S. reports. The unlikely 35 year old Romeo has been linked to a string of stunning women in recent months, allegedly enjoying intimate nights out with Lindsay Lohan and Hayden Panettiere.

And Connolly was allegedly working his magic with "American Psycho" star Sevigny on a night out at posh eaterie Nobu 57 in New York last week, according to reports. A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "She was very dressed up and looked stunning. They went outside for a cigarette, where they seemed clearly interested in each other."

Vince Vaughn has become a married man in early 2010. A representative for the actor has confirmed to OK! Magazine that he and his fiancee Kyla Weber have tied the knot on Saturday, January 2 at a mansion near his hometown of Chicago.

An attorney for Warren Beatty has denied reports a salacious new biography about the Hollywood actor was authorized, insisting the book contains many "false assertions" about the star. "In Star: How Warren Beatty Seduced America", writer Peter Biskind documents the "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde" veteran's high-profile romances with actresses Jane Fonda and Joan Collins, and spectacularly alleges he has slept with more than 12,000 women.

But Beatty's lawyer Bertram Fields insists previous reports confirming the book was sanctioned by the 72 year old are false - and he's warning fans and media outlets not to believe everything published in the new tome. In a statement to the Huffington Post, Fields says, "Mr. Biskind's tedious and boring book on Mr. Beatty was not authorized by Mr. Beatty and should not be published as an authorized biography. It contains many false assertions and purportedly quotes Mr. Beatty as saying things he never said."

Brooke Mueller is keen to put her bust-up with husband Charlie Sheen behind her and reunite with the actor, according to her mother. The "Two And a Half Men" star was arrested following a Christmas Day, December 25, 2009 fight with his wife, in which he allegedly threatened her with a knife. He now faces charges of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief.
