Nick Cannon Denies Mariah Carey Is Pregnant

Nick Cannon is quick to put the brake on the false rumors claiming his wife Mariah Carey is pregnant. Commenting on the persistent false pregnancy reports which repeatedly hit him and the pop diva, Cannon tells Mario Lopez of "Extra", "I think what it is, the public really wants us to have kids. We're going to do it and when we do it we're going to let you all know. But right now, we're trying to enjoy the newlywed aspect."

"We were walking out of the office where Will Smith's office is," Nick says of the circulating claims that he and Carey were spotted leaving a clinic. "Unless Will Smith is delivering babies on the low...," the actor jokes.

Tim Allen's actress wife Jane Hajduk has given birth to a baby daughter, Entertainment Tonight has exclusively reported. Providing more details on the news, the media's Mary Hart writes down that the newborn infant is named Elizabeth.

Born in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 28, Elizabeth weighed in at 5 pounds, 13 ounces. "The couple is thrilled at the arrival of their new baby and are doing great," Tim's publicist, Marleah Leslie, confirms to Entertainment Tonight.

What to expect from Jonas Brothers' upcoming world tour has been revealed through a video, which gives a closer look into their tour stage. "We're so excited about our upcoming tour that we had to give you guys a sneak peak of our stage," so a message posted on their YouTube in companion of the video.

Put forward in the form of an animated video, the sneak peek shows a huge two-floor stage set in a center of an indoor arena. Stretching to the right and left sides of the main stage, as seen also in the video, are two smaller stages.

It's a chasing game in the next episode of "The Unit", only the hunted is one person they know well. Sam, is pursued by the unit after Bridget reported that he attacked her and attempted to rape her. Sam will seek solace in his ex-girlfriend Lindsay. Called "Whiplash", the show will take a one week break to come back on April 12.

Nicole Steinwedell is back as her recurring role Bridget Sullivan while Wes Chatham reprises role as Sam McBride. Sam was first introduced as the newest member of the unit on March 8 episode titled "Hero". Some scoops have revealed last month that this character may have an ulterior motive.

David Archuleta Talks His Dream Girlfriend

Not dating anyone at the moment, David Archuleta has revealed some of the qualities a lady should have in order to win his heart. Speaking to Radar Online at the orange carpet of Nickelodeon's 22nd Annual Kids' Choice Awards, the "American Idol" champion said his ideal girlfriend would be a girl who is "down to earth, but still fun and tries new things."

The girl, moreover, should be "concerned about other people" and "not totally into themselves." There have yet words if David has set his eyes on particular girls or when he wants to start dating.

Mark Strong Talks 'Robin Hood' Villain

While not much has been uncovered of Ridley Scott's "Robin Hood", Mark Strong has given a tiny bit of light about his Sir Godfrey character in the project. Talking to Empire Online at the 2009 Jameson Empire Awards, the "RocknRolla" actor described his villainous character as "a bit of a bastard".

"I play King John's right-hand man who is a bit of a bastard - there's lot of horse riding, lots of threatening people with enormous swords," Strong said of Sir Godfrey. He also explained his role's transition from Guy of Gisborne to Godfrey, saying "A year ago I was playing the Guy of Gisborne character but the story isn't the Robin Hood story. Although all the characters are all involved, it's a different narrative."

Fresh 'Star Trek' Footage Shared Through Extended TV Spot

Another television promo for "Star Trek" has made its way out. Reeling in several new footage and scene, this new TV spot was debuted during the broadcast of the 22nd Kids' Choice Awards on Nickelodeon. Aimed at a younger crowd, the promo video is similar to the film's first trailer, but removes the violent and explicit parts.

Some of the extended shots seen in this TV spot include a close-up footage of baby Spock, a shot of Zachary Quinto's Spock at Vulcan council, and a new angle on the scene wherein Uhura and Spock share a hug. Meanwhile, the never-before-seen footage give out Simon Pegg's Scotty trapped inside the Enterprise's water pipes after beaming on board from Delta Vega, and Chris Pine's Kirk trying to figure out how to get Scotty out of the pipes.

Sought-after movie actor Robert Pattinson has denied recent claims made by several sources who work with him on the set of "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" that he "stinks and never showers." Contrary to their accusation, the "Twilight" hunk insists in an interview with MovieFone that he does shower. "I haven't even been on the set yet!" he adds in a bid to pour cold water to the false accusation.

Asked to comment on fellow actor Zac Efron who once was also hit with the similar body odor reports, Robert says, "Really? He looks like he smells really good [laughs]." The British star doesn't make further statement on that matter though.

'Kung Fu Kid', Possible Title for 'Karate Kid' Remake

Columbia Pictures could be going with a different title for their upcoming remake project of 1984 "The Karate Kid". During an interview with New Zealand's 3 News in Hong Kong, Jackie Chan, the actor who has been cast as the new Mr. Miyagi, revealed that instead of using "The Karate Kid" as a title, the studio opted to name it "Kung Fu Kid".

"They don't want to call it Karate Kid anymore," the 54-year-old revealed after confirming his involvement in the remake project. "They want to call it Kung Fu Kid." While hinting on the title change, the "The Forbidden Kingdom" star didn't elaborate more on the reason behind the change. Columbia Pictures have not shared any comment on Chan's remark of the possible new title.

On Sunday, March 29, winners of the 2009 Jameson Empire Awards have been announced and "The Dark Knight" has displayed its dominance by winning three kudos on the night. Jamie and Cara were the first to find the Gorilla and the Road Block clue told them to take a picture with a tiger in the zoo.

The weekend bow pulled in by this DreamWorks Animation movie topped "Watchmen" first weekend earning of $55.2 million, marking it to become the year's biggest debut so far. The film has also landed itself on the third place for the best March opening ever, following behind "300" and "Ice Age: The Meltdown", and on the runner-up position for DreamWorks Animation film's best opening after "Kung Fu Panda".

National Football League (NFL) athlete Peyton Manning was one of the winners in sports at Nickelodeon's 22nd Annual Kids' Choice Awards which was held at L.A.'s Pauley Pavilion on Saturday night, March 28. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback won the award for the category of Favorite Male Athlete.

Winning the Favorite Male Athlete category, Peyton best over some other nominees, which included 14-times Olympic gold medal winner Michael Phelps, basketball player LeBron James, and also professional golfer Tiger Woods.
