Barbadian songbird Rihanna won't press charges against Chris Brown for allegedly beating her in Los Angeles on February 8, The Sun claims in a report on its site. The 21-year-old R 'n' B performer also is refusing to cooperate with the authorities who are conducting an intensive investigation against Chris.

"Rihanna says she doesn't want to testify against him. She has had a change of heart and doesn't want the case to proceed," an unidentified police source says. Rihanna's refusal to press charges against Chris comes shortly after she rekindles her romance with him by spending some quality time together at P. Diddy's Miami house.

"Slumdog Millionaire" will be heading to DVD stores by the end of this month. The 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment have recently announced that the 81st Academy Awards big winner will get a simultaneous release for its Blu-ray Disc and standard DVD in stores across the U.S. on Tuesday, March 31.

Bonus features to be found in both home video versions include a "making-of" documentary, deleted scenes, and a Slumdog Cutdown. Commentary from director Danny Boyle and actor Dev Patel in addition to commentary from producer Christian Colson and writer Simon Beaufoy can also be seen in the special features section.

In a bid to give a proper goodbye to lesbian drama "The L Word" which has spanned for 6 seasons, Showtime held a farewell party at West Hollywood's Cafe La Boheme. The March 3 event was made in the package of a movie premiere, with the stars gracing the red carpet for photo sessions before going inside the venue.

As a promotional project to support her single "Dream Big", Jazmine Sullivan has debuted a music video for the track, which tells about a girl dreaming to be a big star. It features her sitting behind a table and writing down her plan to get her dream into reality.

"Packing on my shhhh/and I'm going real far/going off the Hollywood to be a big star," Jazmine's handwriting read as the letters on the book appear on screen matching with the song's lyrics. Then, scenes capturing her in studio crafting songs and on stage performing in front of enthusiastic audience take over.

Coming off "Revolutionary Road", Leonardo DiCaprio will next join forces with "The Dark Knight" helmer Christopher Nolan in "Inception". Variety reported that the 33-year-old actor is reportedly set to take on the lead role for the contemporary sci-fi actioner as he is in final negotiations for the deal.

While details of DiCaprio's character have yet to be disclosed, he is expected to join the project when the shooting begins sometime later this year. Before he goes on with this project though, "The Aviator" star will be seen in another Martin Scorsese's movie, "Shutter Island". He is also attached to two other projects, "The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt" and "The Chancellor Manuscript".

Striking while the iron is hot, ABC have announced that they put up "The Bachelor" castaway Jillian Harris as their next "The Bachelorette". The network officially signs the 29-year-old interior designer to find her own path of love in the show's fifth season after sent home by Jason Mesnick in "The Bachelor".

During the second part of "The Bachelor: After the Final Rose", host Chris Harrison announced, "It was really a pretty easy decision for us to make. There was one girl on (The Bachelor) this season that really captured America's heart and the groundswell of support for her to be the next Bachelorette was overwhelming. Ladies and gentlemen, help me welcome our new Bachelorette, Jillian!"

International teen sensations, Jonas Brothers, are so over crushing on famous celebrities, the threesome has claimed. In an interview with PopSugar, youngest brother Nick Jonas frankly admits he, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas no longer have celebrity crushes.

"Not really," Nick says responding to the question if he and his siblings have celebrity crushes. On the reason why, he explains "because we started meeting them." Kevin adds, "I think we refrain from celebrity crushes because we will probably run into them at one point or another so it's a little weird to have that in print somewhere."

Sam is attacked by the demons in the next "Reaper" episode. In "Dirty Sexy Mongol", Sam has been given a new assignment from the Devil to capture a 13th century Mongolian warrior soul who is reaping havoc all across town. But his focus is divided on finding out how Alan Townsend (guest star Sean Patrick Thomas) can get out of his deal with the Devil.

Sam begins his quest to hunt down Alan and enlist his help to get out his deal with the devil. However, after Sam and Alan are attacked by two demons sent by the Devil, Alan refuses to talk to him anymore and disappears. One of the demons takes a surprising interest in Ben and is persistent. Also, Sock continues to be tortured by his hot stepsister.

Experiencing international fame as one of the all-girl music group Danity Kane, Aubrey O'Day surprisingly admits that prior to her career in showbiz she "was actually going to Columbia for law school". About her dream career, she tells OK! magazine's Valerie Nome, "I wanted to do international law. I wanted to save refugees. That's what I probably would be doing. I come from a family of attorneys, so I've constantly been in a political mind state since childhood."

Musiq Soulchild has debuted a music video in support of "SoBeautiful", the third single off his fifth studio album "OnMyRadio". In the video, he lands the part as a photographer. As he notices a girl next door has a natural beauty, he invites her to his place and asks her to be his model. Music Soulchild's third album has arrived in U.S. stores since December 9, 2008 under Atlantic Records. Led by single titled "Radio", it lines up such featured guests as Mary J. Blige in track "IfULeave" and Damian Marley in song "I Wanna Be". 2009 Oscars-winning director Danny Boyle could be the man behind the next James Bond movie. Of the matter, The Sun broke the news that the British director has made quite an impression at Bond producer Barbara Broccoli with his awards-winning "Slumdog Millionaire" movie that he is offered the opportunity to direct "Bond 23".

"Danny is the man of the moment and he is being bombarded with offers from studios," the trade reported as quoting a source. "He has been offered the chance to direct the 23rd Bond film by Barbara. The EON team love his vision and think that it would work perfectly for the new look of Bond. Danny has always insisted he is more interested in the film than the money."

Mel Gibson's impression of the younger Colonel Sanders on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" sketch apparently invites a response from the Colonel himself. The icon of Kentucky Fried Chicken has released a trailer of several classic movies that spoofs Gibson's filmography.

In February, Gibson appeared before Jimmy Kimmel to do an interview and release a trailer of his new 'project'. He donned the Colonel's iconic white suit and beard, developing the secret recipe. Colonel's response meanwhile, is making satires of Gibson's movies such as "Braveheart", "Ransom" and "Lethal Weapon".

More personal details regarding Miley Cyrus' off-screen life have been uncovered in her new released book "Miley Cyrus: Miles To Go," in which she revealed that she once was locked in the girl's restroom during class by her detractors. The incident took place when the Disney's teen star was still in her pre-teen years.

"They shoved me in. I was trapped. I banged on the door until my fists hurt. Nobody came," so she recalled in the book. "I spent what felt like an hour in there, waiting for someone to rescue me, wondering how my life had gotten so messed up."

Megan Fox is moving on from one feature film adaptation to another as the "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" star lines up for roles in both "Jonah Hex" and "Fathom". While she is still in final negotiations for the "Jonah Hex" adaptation, the 22-year-old has been reported to be attached to star as well as produce "Fathom".

In "Jonah Hex", Fox will star opposite Josh Brolin and John Malkovich, who will be portraying the titular character Hex and the villain Turnbull respectively. She will take on a gun-wielding beauty and love interest of Hex named Leila. Meanwhile, in "Fathom", she is touted to play Aspen Matthews, a young woman who learns she is a member of a race of aquatic humanoids who possess the ability to control water.

A music video to promote "Prom Queen", the new song from Lil Wayne, has made its debut. Premiered during the airing of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", it has Jonathan Davis, James "Munky" Shaffer and Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu from Korn making cameos as Wayne's backing band.

Starting with Wayne's live performance, it continues with a scene where he is turned down by a girl he loves. As letters marking years from 2004 to 2009 are flashing on the screen, the rapper is narrated through newspaper's headlines, gaining huge success from becoming a chart-topper to sweeping 2009 Grammy Awards.

Rumor has it, expectant celebrity parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have been considering to walk down the aisle before the birth of their second child. In Touch Weekly, which is the first to report that matter, claims the pair already started planning to host a wedding and Nicole even is said to have picked up her wedding gown.

While it may as well be a smart strategy to increase the rating, producers of the show insist that there is no foul play apart from the reality.

Jason Mesnick draws criticism when he decided to break his relationship with Melissa Rycroft to be with Molly Malaney, six weeks after he finished taping the show. Right after the airing of the season finale on Monday, March 1, ABC air "The Bachelor: After the Final Rose" to give audience an update of what happens after the ending. Turns out Jason falls out of love for Melissa and wants another shot with the runner-up, Molly.

Mark Strong has spilled the bean on the final scene of "Sherlock Holmes". In an interview with Total Film, the actor who portrays Lord Blackwood in the movie described what his character and Robert Downey Jr.'s will do, promising that the particular scene will be amazing.

"There's a fantastic sequence where we duel to the death on a half-built Tower Bridge," the Archy of "RocknRolla" unraveled in the magazine's next issue which will be on sale on Thursday, March 5. "It's a perfect way to end the movie, Robert and I hammering seven bells out of each other on top of this swinging bridge with Victorian London as a backdrop. It's going to be amazing."

Justin Timberlake did Jimmy Fallon a favor by revamping the talk host's debut on "Late Night Show". The pop singer made an impression of John Mayer and Michael McDonald while singing, inviting laughters from the audience. He hit it out on Mayer's "Daughters" with raspy kind of voice.

"John Mayer is like if Macy Gray and Smokey Robinson... Actually, Macy Gray and Smokey the Bear, had a love child," Timberlake joked before the taking on the impersonation. He explains that he uses a technique, saying "Literally his tongue takes over."

Usher is quick to retract the comment he previously made on Chris Brown, saying he is sorry for claiming Chris was lack of remorse when the "Run It!" singer was photographed jet skiing in Miami last week though investigation on his battery case involving Rihanna is still on-going. In a statement issued on Tuesday, March 3, Usher said, "I apologize on behalf of myself and my friends if anyone was offended."

"The comments made during a recent recording session amongst friends were taken out of context and blown out of proportion," Usher continued. "The intentions were not to pass judgment and we meant no harm. I respect and wish the best for all parties involved."

50 Cent has shared his plan on when he will bring forward his upcoming fourth studio album "Before I Self Destruct", claiming that he eyes for May release. The rapper opens up about the news during ABC's show "What's the Buzz" in New York.

"My album 'Before I Self Destruct' will be out in May," Fiddy explains to the show's host. "My record kinda got moved back because Eminem's record will be coming out before me because [Dr.] Dre will have completed his project before I can get Dre to finish the pieces I need to complete my project."

While the previously-released footage and photos from Pixar's "Up" have not shared a peek at the antagonist in this upcoming animation movie, a French Disney/Pixar site has posted the first look at the main evil character. Through the first look at many of the film's toys, the site makes note that the aging Charles Muntz will be seen as the villain.

In the first 45-minute of "Up", Muntz, who will be voiced by Christopher Plummer, has been described to be the man Carl Fredricksen idolizes as a young boy. In fact, Muntz's adventures play an important role in Carl's romantic life with his true love, Ellie. However, the globe trotting explorer will be seen later on as the baddie. Yet, details on what makes him the villain have not been disclosed.

It appears that Carrie Underwood is taking her relationship with rumored boyfriend Mike Fisher to the next level as she is reported to have met his parents. Per People, the "American Idol" alum enjoyed a low key dinner with Mike's parents at the upscale Italian restaurant Fratelli which is located in the Kanata section of Ottawa on Saturday night, February 28.

Carrie and Mike, who in addition to his parents were also joined by a few friends, "seemed incredibly happy" during the cozy dinner, a source tells People. "They seem made for each other," the source continues, adding that "they sat at a private table and did their own thing."

The third and final batch of 12 hopefuls in "American Idol", are giving their last shot to vie for a stool in the Top 12. Performing on Tuesday, March 3 are the candidate who replaces disqualified Joanna Pacitti, the blind guy and mother of three who wants to get her family back to their feet after tornado demolished their house.

First in line is Von Smith who has a rather extravagant stage act while in audition rounds. He sings Marvin Gaye's "You All I Need to Get By", and apparently struggles not to scream by making his voice softer. The judges love it, with Simon Cowell commenting, "You remind me of Clay Aiken".

"I Hope you enjoy it, enjoy the day with us," Nicole Scherzinger says as behind-the-scenes footage from the set of The Pussycat Dolls' "Jai Ho" music video starts off. The singer then says that the video, shot at a Vienna trainyard, will capture scenes "from every point of people around the world and represent from every place."

Giving a sneak peek into the music video, the footage reveals Thomas Kloss as the man behind the lens and A.R. Rahman making a cameo. Highlighting a crowded market scene, it shows all the members of The Pussycat Dolls sporting Bollywood-themed costumes and performing a dance sequence, which is similar to the one seen in movie "Slumdog Millionaire".

First look at a terrifying thriller from Overture Films, "Pandorum", has been shared through the uncovering of the film's brand new teaser trailer. Less than two minutes long, the video footage opens with a man who is strapped inside what seems to be a tube waking up and frantically gasping for air, before seen making his way out of his confinement.

The footage then moves on, displaying Ben Foster's character comes to Dennis Quaid's character's aid and informs him that they are the only people on the spacecraft. As the teaser goes on further, it is unveiled that both Foster and Quaid wake up with no memory and the world they once knew is no longer there. But while they are searching for answer, they find out that they are not alone.

Invading the world of acting in addition to their sky rocketing singing career, Jonas Brothers are now dreaming of having their own video game. Speaking to MTV News about the possibility of them having their characters created into a video game, Joe Jonas says he would love to have their characters equipped with swords.

"I don't know if that's going to be the game, Joe," eldest brother Kevin Jonas quickly interrupting. "I'm putting my foot down," Joe defends his idea. "It's going to be based in the 1600s, and we're going to have swords. It's going to be awesome. Our swords are going to be huge. It's going to be exciting."

Responding to rumor claiming he put "Sweat", his duet track with Chris Brown, in scrap pile due to Chris' alleged altercation with Rihanna, Flo Rida comes out with a denial, telling US Weekly that he never said such thing. "I think someone must have got it twisted," Flo Rida states.

Flo Rida opens up further, noting "Sweat" is not the only song he has scrapped off. He says, "It's not just that record, there were other records that couldn't make the album ... before me ever hearing anything about [Brown allegedly beating Rihanna]. This was way before, at least a month. I had been done with this record."

An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at "Terminator Salvation" has been provided by The Insider. Aside from exhibiting the filming of some explosive scenes as well as the stunt sequences Christian Bale did, the on-set footage also shows Bale rehearsing for one crucial scene for the film before the shooting takes place.

Through the behind-the-scenes video, it is also unraveled that the actor also experienced a mishap during the shooting of the lake scene. "It was a challenging scene - we had to build a lake - and Christian went for it as he always does," director McG recalled. "He turned an ankle when he jumped off the helicopter, but he survived and was able to make it to the water's edge."

Joining a range of Hollywood celebrities who address the battery case involving Chris Brown and Rihanna, Usher blames Chris for being photographed jet skiing in Miami last week while he is still placed under LAPD's investigation for allegedly beating Rihanna during their heated argument on February 8. Criticizing the 19-year-old performer, Usher takes to Jermaine Dupri's "Living the Life" series to express his thought.

"I'm a little disappointed in this photo," Usher says in a video for the series. "After the other photo [of Rihanna's bruised face posted by TMZ]? C'mon, Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man's on jet skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?"

Disney will bring back the Wildcats through the fourth installment of "High School Musical". In 2006, it became the most successful Disney Channel Original Movie, and a year later the sequel was made to another success that the third one was brought to the big screen in 2008. This fourth one however, will be another TV project.

"The 'High School Musical' trilogy introduced a new generation to the celebrated genre of movie musicals," Gary Marsh, president of entertainment, Disney Channels Worldwide, told BroadcastingCable.com. He continued, "In crafting this next iteration, we've challenged the entire creative team to raise the bar again, and create something truly worthy of this extraordinary global phenomenon."

Before the new trailer of "Public Enemies" is made public, Entertainment Tonight has shown a promo footage for the exclusive sneak peek at the action thriller movie. Presenting a fast-paced compilation of clips, the promotional video displays more of the gun-fighting sequences and gives out another take on both Johnny Depp and Christian Bale's characters.

The Entertainment Tonight sneak peek will be available to be seen on Wednesday, March 4, at 6:30 P.M. Central, with a re-airing on Thursday, March 5, at 1:05 A.M. Central. Meanwhile, the trailer itself is said to debut on March 4 on Apple with a theatrical screening schedule on March 6, attached to the highly-anticipated "Watchmen".

Jesse McCartney has premiered a music video to support "How Do You Sleep?" remix version, which features Ludacris. The video guest-starring Sean Garrett and also Ludacris captures Jesse driving his car through "the desert at high speeds, like 80, 90 mph, jumping in and out of cars, talking to different girls."

"You have the Ludacris element, with me car-surfing on the hood on one of these old-school cars," Jesse previously told MTV during the shooting of the video. "And I said, 'As long as you have one of those old-school cars and big-ass chains in a video, I'm down.' ... What else do you want in a video?" Ludacris jokingly added, "Old-school cars, big-ass chains and hot women ... that's it! You don't need an explanation to that."

Unlike any other girls at her age who idolize pop singing sensations Jonas Brothers, Emma Roberts on the other hand tends to brand the trio as "a little tainted".
