'Bourne 4' Finds Its Writer

The fourth "Bourne" film, "Untitled Bourne 4 Project", has finally got someone to pen its script. Variety announced that the screenwriter of "The Sentinel"and "Ocean's Twelve", George Nolfi, has already been picked up to work for the screenplay of the movie for Universal Pictures.

Unlike in the previous installment of "Bourne" flick, "The Bourne Ultimatum", Nolfi won't be adapting Robert Ludlum's novel, instead he is said to be working on an original story. On "Ultimatum", he has worked alongside Tony Gilroy and Scott Z. Burns to come out with a completely different plot from the novel.

Sneak Peek of 'Life on Mars' 1.03: My Maharishi Is Bigger Than Your Maharishi

"Life on Mars" next episode will be aired on ABC network, October 23, at 10/9c, and entitled "My Maharishi Is Bigger Than Your Maharishi". The episode will provide some answers to the mysteries made on the pilot, which was aired on October 9.

The episode will present a murder case of a returning Vietnam veteran which make the 125th precinct area have to deal with the controversial case. The lieutenant Gene Hunt who is shocked by the case, wants to solve it right away. Meantime, Sam Tyler will struggle with his own past where he finds clues about the reasons why he was brought into the year of 1973. Sam will have a deal with both the case investigation and his past life.

Second Extended Clip From 'Bolt'

A new extended clip from the latest Disney's animated motion pictures, "Bolt", has been unraveled. Called "The Chase", the three-minute video footage uncovers the scene where Bolt and his co-star Penny make their way through the busy traffic in order to avoid capture from the bike riders who are hot on their tails.

Being a non-Pixar Disney animation, "Bolt" puts together a story of a super star dog who is accidentally shipped out from his Hollywood soundstage to New York City. Having to find his way home and learning that he is indeed an ordinary dog like any others outside the studio, he joins forces with a jaded, abandoned housecat named Mittens and a TV-obsessed hamster named Rhino. Soon enough, he finds out that he doesn't need his imaginative superpower to be a real hero in life.

Apparently, Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are taking their much reported rekindled romance to great lengths as she was seen making an overnight visit to his L.A. home on Thursday night, October 16. The visit, the first ever that Aniston has ever made since she dated Mayer, might indicate that they're moving into the next level of their relationship.

Aniston, as reported by OK! magazine, arrived at Mayer's Pacific Palisades home casually dressed in jeans at around 9:30 P.M. PT. She was driven in the back of her security's car. When she was making her way out of the car and heading for the home, she was spotted carrying what looked like an overnight bag.

"America's Next Top Model" next week episode will be surprising. With the title "Now You See Me, Now You Don't", the ladies pull a disappearing act for this week's challenge. Another clip from the forthcoming "Saw V" has come out. The more than one minute video is entitled "Neck Tie" and present fans and movie lovers alike with a glimpse into another deathly trap set by Jigsaw for his victims.

In it, it can be seen that a group of people is locked inside a room. They are all standing in a distance to the five glass boxes each containing a key to open the chain on their necks. Given 15 minutes time to find a way to save themselves, they now have to work together to survive or face a terrible death.

Rock band The Killers bring out a music video for their latest single "Human". Shot somewhere in the desert during a mid day, the video mostly shows the members of the band performing the song in a high excitement. Their performance is intercepted with quick displays of wild animals tiger, lion, and eagle and also a kaleidoscope of Ronnie Vannucci Jr. playing his drums.

"Human" appears on the Las Vegas-based group's upcoming third major studio effort "Day & Age". Expected to come out on November 25, their album is produced by Stuart Price, the same man who helped making Missy Elliott's "Lose Control" and Gwen Stefani's electropop song "What You Waiting For".

Daniel Craig and Judi Dench were honored in wax, having their fake figures unveiled at Madame Tussauds in London Thursday, October 16, two weeks ahead of the release of their forthcoming Bond film "Quantum of Solace" in the U.K. Both actors reportedly attended separate sittings at the wax house's Acton studios to be measured up for their 150,000-pound models.

As for Craig, his wax model was dressed in a black tuxedo that was designed by famous fashion designer Tom Ford. Dench's wax work was seen wearing a tailored suit, which the actress wore in the last Bond film "Casino Royale". She donated the stuff to Madame Tussauds.

Setting a Los Angeles premiere for the flick, the mouse house rolled down red carpet in front of Galen Center at the University of Southern California on Thursday, October 16.

Up for a night of celebration, the "HSM 3" cast attending the event came in style. The now-brunette Ashley Tisdale walked in wearing a plunging v-cut gown with teardrop earrings, while her co-star Vanessa Hudgens was dressed in a sleeved white thigh-length dress with heels and a Celtic cross around her neck. Zac Efron, on the other hand, turned heads with his John Varvatos black tuxedo, a white buttondown shirt and a pair of Varvatos loafers.

Official tracklisting of Akon's third major studio album "Freedom" has been revealed. Despite reports claiming that Michael Jackson will be featured on the set, the album has named Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, T-Pain, Ray Lavender, and Wyclef Jean as his collaborators and missed out Jackson on the list.

Scheduled to be dropped on November 25 through Konvict Muzik, Akon's record is produced by himself teaming up with Giorgio Tuinfort. Picking up "Right Now (Na Na Na)" as its lead single, his forthcoming album is aimed to follow up his 2006 second LP, "Konvicted".

With many details surrounding "Spider-Man" sequels still in the mist, director Sam Raimi takes turn to share what he hopes for "Spider-Man 4" and "Spider-Man 5". Talking to MTV, he first talks about Kirsten Dunst, saying, "Kirsten, I'd love to work with her again. I hope she'll be written into it. I couldn't imagine making one without her, and I think she's an important part of the movies."

Beside Dunst, Raimi also reveals that he wants to work with James Franco once again in the sequels if he is given the chance. "I wish I could work with James Franco again," he explains. "But his character died in the last one; same with Uncle Ben. Fortunately, we've been able to bring back all the dead characters [like Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn or Cliff Robertson as Ben Parker]. I can't let them go, in each and every picture; but it gets harder and harder."

Robert De Niro Inks Deal with CBS as Executive Producer

Academy award winning, Robert De Niro, has inked deal with CBS network to work on three projects. He will play a role on those, not as an actor, but as an executive producer along with his Tribeca productions' partner, Jane Rosenthal.

CBS guarantess that at least one of the three projects will be produced as a series pilot. The first upcoming project that will be produced soon is a partnership between Tribeca productions and Media Rights Capital. The script writer to build up the story is the Oscar winning writer for "The Departed", William Monahan. It is a debut for Monahan in taking his writing into a television.

Confirming New Album's Title, Eminem Reveals One New Song

On an on-air interview during a launch party of his "The Way I Am" book, Eminem revealed that his sixth major studio album will be titled "Relapse". Showing much of annoyance concerning the rumor of his upcoming album, the rapper said, "Here's the deal. There's like a lot of album titles floating around out there that like, are fake album titles ... like bullshit album titles, so I was just gonna say, you know, tell everybody the real title of my album. It's coming out, it's called 'Relapse.'"

While no fixed release schedule is announced, 50 Cent, who also appeared during the interview, hinted that the Detroit rapper's album will be dropped by the end of 2008 alongside his own project "Before I Self Destruct", which will come out on December 6. "It's a story actually," he said. "'Before I Self Destruct', I'll 'Relapse', then 'Detox' (Dr. Dre)." Hosted by DJ Kayslay and Angela Yee, the October-15 interview also unveiled one of Eminem's new singles called "I'm Having a Relapse" off his forthcoming record.

The National Enquirer breaks the report that instead of getting pregnant Katherine Heigl prefers to start a family with her musician husband Josh Kelley by adopting a baby from Korea. The celebrity couple is claimed to have been working on the option, already choosing an adoption agency and starting to fill out "the necessary paperwork."

The sex of the Korean baby whom Heigl and Kelley are keen to adopt hasn't been disclosed. The adoption agency that helps them going through adoption process has also been kept under wrap. Her post came a week after she was reported to have been dumped by Joe over the phone, prompting rumors that it was actually about her feeling over their broken relationship.

"I just got back from a 5 show run on the road. Now I'm sitting in my kitchen ..on the counter. Eating cool whip. And trying to think of things to do with my free time," so she wrote. "Other than talking to my cat and making playlists of sad songs. Sad songs are awesome, by the way." At the end of her post, Swift wrote she is currently listening to "Low" by "American Idol" alum Kelly Clarkson.

Guns N' Roses' 'Chinese Democracy' Official Tracklisting, Cover Art Revealed

Giant retailer Best Buy exclusively taking pre-order for Guns N' Roses' upcoming highly-anticipated album "Chinese Democracy" has revealed the effort's official tracklisting and cover art. Carrying fourteen tracks, the forthcoming record will feature new songs, including "Scrapped", "Shackler's Revenge", and "If the World". The last song can also be heard on the closing credits of Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe's new thriller "Body of Lies", which has been in theaters since October 10.

As posted on Best Buy's site, the band's effort, which has been in the work since 1994 and become the most expensive album ever produced, will be dropped on November 25. Earlier this month, recent reports indicated that the rockers will release the album on November 23 though. No statement has been made by the band's label, Interscope Records, as well as the band's manager, Andy Gould, or Axl Rose himself regarding the official release date for the record.
