Heath Ledger's 'Imaginarium' Role Filled by Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell?

Since Heath Ledger's sudden death, there are much speculation about the fate of his last film project "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" and who will replace his position in the movie. AICN have come up with the recent casting news saying that the fantasy film has three Hollywood actors signed in to fill the role.

The movie news site claimed that it has been confirmed that Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell have stepped into the project and is going to fill in the lead role left by the late actor. It was also reported that by doing the role, they are going to pay tribute to Ledger. They will also bring up their own interpretation of the character to the film.

Jessica Biel and The Rock to Voice Animation Sci-Fi 'Planet 51'

The sexy lawyer in "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" Jessica Biel and former professional wrestler turned actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson are going to lend their voices to the leading characters of New Line Cinema' animation project "Planet 51". In the film, Biel will voice the female lead Neera, while Rock is set to play Captain Charles "Chuck" Baker, an Earth astronaut stranded in the planet.

Joining the two theps in being voice actors are the horny Steve Stifler in the "American Pie" series Seann William Scott and the co-star of Lindsay Lohan in "Herbie: Fully Loaded" Justin Long. Long will give voice to Lem, the planet native who becomes friend with Chuck, whereas Scott will voice Skiff, Lem's best friend.

The Trailer of M. Night Shyamalan's Latest Thriller 'The Happening' Comes Out!

The 20th Century Fox have released online the official trailer of M. Night Shyamalan's latest thriller "The Happening" starring Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel and Spencer Breslin. The almost-two-and-a-half-minutes video footage presents more mysterious tone if compared to the earlier teaser.

The trailer brings about the mystery right from the beginning. Opening with a scene of ordinary day in which Walhberg can be seen speaking to his class about the missing of the bees, the screen suddenly went black. Then, a policeman who was alive earlier is showed dead without reason. From then on, the mystery keeps building up towards an apocalyptic crisis.

Video Premiere: Trey Songz's 'Last Time'

The video for third single from Trey Songz's album "Trey Day" has been premiered on BET's 106 & Park on February 14. The track chosen from the second album as the third single is the Bryan Michael Cox-produced "Last Time".

The song has been released as a single back in January and has climbed to #118 on Billboard Hot 100 in its second week. The music video meanwhile, is directed by Ray Kay who had previously directed many R'n'B clips for artists like Jamelia, Beyonce Knowles and Johnta Austin.

Shia LaBeouf on 'Transformers 2': 'The War Isn't Over...'

Following the announcement that director Michael Bay has written himself the script of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen", its leading actor, Shia LaBeouf, opened up about the sequel to the blockbuster action film "Transformers". Talking to Empire Magazine, the 21-year-old movie star dished out about the film's script he recently read, especially about the robots and action scenes.

At the beginning of the conversation, the "Eagle Eye" actor pretty much hailed the film's director for the new script. "I know of a few things I have to work on for the next one," admitted LaBeouf "I've seen pre-vizes of the action scenes and I just saw Michael yesterday. It's going to be bad-ass. We're not making another one unless it is, and Mike is definitely not resting on his laurels - he's doing insane shit again. And the pre-vizes that I've seen - it's just massive. If the first one was any indicator of how massive massive can be, this is going to blow that out of the water. It's insane. Mike's mind was just kind of made for this - it's amazing."

'Juno' Star to Play Opposite Batman's Villain in 'Peacock'

The star of teenage pregnancy drama comedy "Juno" Ellen Page is said to be cast in a new psychological thriller for Mandate Pictures. According to Variety, the acclaimed young actress is set to star alongside Cillian Murphy, the actor who portrayed Scarecrow in blockbuster superhero film "Batman Begins".

The two nabbed lead roles in the Michael Lander-directed film. Page will play a struggling young mother, while Murphy is signed to depict a man with split personality whose key to his past was held by Page's character. On her character and the film, Page commented, "This is one of the boldest screenplays I've come across in my albeit short career. It's a character and story I can throw myself into and exactly the type of movie I love to be part of." Further, Murphy said, "'Peacock' stunned me as a script from start to finish. It offers an incredible challenge to an actor -- one I couldn't turn down."

Up for 8 nominations at the 39th Annual NAACP Image Awards, the Weinstein Company's drama "The Great Debaters" headlined the feature films' winners of the event. On Thursday, February 14, night, the film inspired by Melvin Tolson's story brought home 4 top prizes presented on the ceremony.

On the special night, "Debaters", which stirred controversies earlier for allegedly being historically inaccurate, was hailed as the best motion picture winner besting over acclaimed legal drama "American Gangster", blockbuster horror thriller "I Am Legend", biopic drama "Talk To Me" and comedy drama "Why Did I Get Married?". The film also nabbed three other kudos for its theps, Denzel Washington, Jurnee Smolett and Denzel Whitaker for best actor, actress and supporting actor respectively.

Winners of the 39th annual NAACP Image Awards have been unveiled. The awards show, took place Thursday, February 14 at the Shrine Auditorium, saw TBS' sitcom "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" won three top honors in the TV categories, mainly for Comedy Series, Actor in a Comedy Series for LaVan Davis, and Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for Lance Gross.

CW Network's sitcom "Everybody Hates Chris" which was one of the leading award nominees with six nods, unfortunately, walked away with just one award which was for the category of Writing in a Comedy Series for Ali LeRoi. The other leading nominee "Girlfriends" which was up for six nods as well, sad to say, experienced worse fate as it won none.

It was an almost absolute win in the music category of 39th Annual NAACP Image Awards that honor outstanding people of color in film, television, music, and literature. Alicia Keys was showered with spotlight when she gained four wins including best Album, Song, Female Artist and Music Video.

"As I Am" was honored the best album while its second single "Like You'll Never See Me Again" gained two for best music video and best song. Keys is also named Female Artist, being the opposite of Chris Brown who gained the Male Artist title.

Dolly Parton Unveils Rescheduled U.S. Tour Dates

While her back pain that many have said stemming from her large busts is on the mend, Dolly Parton has announced the rescheduled dates of her U.S. tour. The trek in support of "Backwoods Barbie" was forced to be postponed earlier this week after her doctors advised her to remain in bed.

In a statement released yesterday (February 14), Parton said, "Hey, thanks for being patient. "I'm mending very nicely and will be fit as a fiddle soon. Star Magazine is reporting that Nelly Furtado is knocked up with her second child with sound engineer fiance Demacio Castellon. But, her representative has denied the pregnancy report, insisted she is not expecting.

Tabloid Star Magazine "exclusively revealed" in a post dated February 14 that the Canadian songstress was expecting a second child, wrote on its Website "Although her rep denied it, a source tells Star, 'She's not very far along yet, so she's trying to keep the pregnancy under wraps.'"

Moments after the leaked trailer version of "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" hit the web, Paramount Pictures have released the official trailer online as promised earlier. The highly anticipated trailer first premiered on ABC's Good Morning America on Thursday, February 14, morning. Following that, the less-than-two-minutes video footage was theatrically screened and attached at "The Spiderwick Chronicles", then it went on to the web.

Though started a little bit slow, the trailer then built the tense atmosphere by providing much action scenes as well as letting out the clues to the film's closely guarded secret. One of which claimed to be spoilers by many movie sites is the scene where Cate Blanchett's character drops her glasses showing a name of a government facility, Roswell, New Mexico.
