Kylie Minogue who? It seems Olivier Martinez already forgets about her ex-girlfriend as he's been spotted with another female companion who happens to be Penelope Cruz, just 12 hours after ending his four-year relationship with the Aussie pop singer.

Martinez was spotted hugging Cruz in Los Angeles, at the Chateau Marmont hotel. Britain's Daily Mirror made a meal of photographs showing the French actor in an embrace with the actress, which were carried on the paper's front page with the headline "Kylie Cad Cruz Schmooze" and in a double-page spread, only show Martinez and Cruz sharing what appears to be a friendly hug.

First they got double and now the third one is coming. Dave Matthews and his doctor wife Ashley Harper are expecting their third child in June later this year.

Dave and Ashley married in August 2000. They have already had fraternal twin girls, Grace Anne and Stella Busina.

Patti Smith is going to have her next album, "Twelve", released via Columbia Records on April 17th later this year.

The set, as said by Smith, will carry in it her renditions of Stevie Wonder's "Pastime Paradise," Neil Young's "Helpless" and Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants To Rule the World."

Set to add one more comedy flick in its pit, Columbia Pictures is reported to be in final negotiations to pick up the rights to "You Don't Mess with the Zohan", a spec script written by Judd Apatow, Robert Smigel, and Adam Sandler.

Originally set up at Revolution Studios, the picture concerns a Mossad agent who fakes his death so that he can anonymously move to New York and become a hair stylist. It is said that Smigel now is busy penning a rewrite.

Ozzy Osbourne sent a shock to music lovers when he on Tuesday Feb 6th announced plans to stage this year's Ozzfest, his annual U.S. summer hard-rock extravaganza. All in all, this year fest will be a free event. That sounds great, don't you think so?

The 12th annual rock festival, to be headlined by the British heavy metal pioneer himself, will be kicked off July 27 in the Los Angeles area and play 25 dates. "It's business as usual, except it's free. We want to encourage new music and new talent," Ozzy's wife-manager Sharon Osbourne said.

Jumping into the recent flow of film spoofs, The Weinstein Company is set to bring up another of the kind titled "Dirty Step Stomp" from a spec script written by Steve Basilone and Annie Mebane, Variety has reported.

Aims to develop the flick with Benderspink, Weinstein Co. will make the movie as a spoof on dance movies, lampooning either the recent ones like "Save the Last Dance", "Step Up", and "Stomp the Yard" or the 1980s classics such as "Footloose" and "Dirty Dancing." Chris Bender, Mason Novick, JC Spink are all serving as producers.

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show, set to air Wednesday Feb 7th, Aguilera said she and Bratman claim themselves "to be coziest couple ever." "We have something called naked Sundays," the singer added.

Trouble has approached Charlize Theron. The Oscar-winning actress is facing a lawsuit brought by Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil, who accused her of breaching of contract.

In the court papers filed Monday Feb 5th in state Supreme Court, Weil alleged Theron signed an endorsement deal that got her paid "substantial funds" to model in the company's ad campaign and wear its watches exclusively from October 2005 to December 2006. That deal, additionally, allowed Weil to use Theron's photographs in its advertisements.

Sure it will be interesting to see how the pair will team up onscreen. Moviehole has reported that Radha Mitchell and Neal McDonough are both on board to topline an action thriller flick entitled "The Seed", which turns out to be a remake of 1987's "The Hidden" starring Kyle McLachlan and Michael Nouri.

Attached to direct is Rock Shaink Jr. who will helm from the script he wrote together with Mark Jonathan Stanley. Jamie Tarses and Gavin Polone are both seating as producers while Sue Baden-Powell and Paddy Cullen executive produce.

Adding the hype of the recent publication on the sequel to "The Departed", CinemaBlend.com has pointed out that Warner Bros. Pictures is indeed aiming to make the mob saga a trilogy as Mark Wahlberg previously indicated last month.

"(Screenwriter) William Monahan isn't just writing a second movie, he's also working on an outline for a third Departed film. What either movie will be about is still anyone's guess," the site stated.

In coming years, there sure will be more movie remakes to hit the big screen as Universal Pictures has added one more of the kind for future release. Moviehole has reported that the studio is about to develop "Weird Science", a redo of John Hughes' teen flick that it released in the theaters almost twenty-two years ago.

In bringing up the project to the surface, Universal is said to have hired up-and-coming writer Johnny Rosenthal to pen the screenplay with Scott Bernstein seating as producer. Rosenthal, whose script for "Me, Me, Me" was bought last year by New Line Cinema for a reported high-six figures, previously saw his airline comedy pitch "Friendly Skies" sold to Paramount Pictures.

Keith Urban Vs Keith Urban. Don't get confused. The one you know as the Aussie country music singer Keith Urban, the hubby of actress Nicole Kidman, is not gonna fight himself. The recording artist, instead, sues US painter of the same name over a Web site.

The famous Keith filed a lawsuit against Keith D. Urban, claiming his Web site violates federal trademark laws. In his suit, filed Friday Feb 2nd in US District Court in Nashville, Tennessee, the famous Keith claimed Keith is using his keithurban.com domain in a deceptive manner and for commercial purposes.

Valentine's Day is coming and Nicole Kidman wants everything to be perfect for the celebration with country singer husband Keith Urban. The actress knows what is best for the big day, candles.

Per TMZ it is reported that Kidman has bought a dozen Northern Light candles and having them shipped to their Tennessee home to give to Keith for the February 14 holiday.

Paula Abdul has been sued over "Paula" show. How come? The American Idol judge is being sued by a production company, accusing her of trying to screw them out of a show based on Paula's life.

In the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Pilgrim Films and Television (PFTV) claimed their parties have in 2004 met with Abdul and her producing partner David Russo to discuss a talk show featuring Abdul. TMZ reports that according to the suit, after some false starts, the talk show never came to fruition and both sides instead agreed on creating a reality show titled "Hey Paula," based on Abdul's life.

Entering the 14th edition of the South By Southwest Film Festival which is set to take place in Austin, Texas on March 9-17, 2007, the organizers of the event finally revealed the complete list of film features screened over those nine days. Of 110 titles, 61 of them will encounter their world premieres with nine getting North American premieres and seven earning U.S premieres.

Lined up in Spotlight Premieres section are 27 movies that include Jonathan Levine's "All the Boys Love Mandy Lane", Hong Kong action flick "Exiled", "The Ten", "He Was a Quiet Man", "Knocked Up", and "The Lookout" among others, the latter previously being reported to be the opening film for the festival.

In an interview with Britain's Star magazine, Jess said she wants to have a big family but fears she may not be able to cope with childbirth more than once.
