While Martin won't provide any further details concerning the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, or DCSF visit to Spears' house, published accounts by the Los Angeles Times and People magazine mentioned that the Saturday visit to the star's home is prompted by an 'incident' during which Preston fell from a high chair and hit his head.
