Numbers of famous musicians have been tapped to join the lineup at the Sundance Film Festival, which is going to be held January 20-28 at the Sundance Music Cafe in Park City, Utah. Among those are Rufus Wainwright, Bruce Hornsby, Michael Penn and Savage Garden alumnus Darren Hayes.

Those names will feature at the 8th annual event which is aimed to encourage onscreen collaborations among filmmakers, composers and songwriters. Meanwhile, stars set to perform among others include Schuyler Fisk, Sharon Stone, musicians led by Patrick Fugit, Mike Doughty, 2 Foot Yard, Athlete, Augustana, and many more.

This is the North America Box Office tale. The new release "Hostel" debuts at top, selling $20.1 million worth of tickets in its first three days, according to studio estimates issued on Sunday. The low-budget horror film consequently sends last weekend's champion, "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe" to 2nd with $15.4 million.

The giant ape "King Kong" apparently only wins the 3rd place with $12.5 million. Comes at No. 4 is "Fun with Dick and Jane" taking in $12.2 million, just one place ahead of "Cheaper by the Dozen 2," which scores $8.3 million. In the meantime, the controversial drama "Munich" makes $7.5 million to be at No. 6, while "Memoirs of a Geisha" secures the No. 7 position with $6 million.

Pink finally had her wedding party started this weekend in a Costa Rica ceremony. The singer and her longtime motocross racer boyfriend Carey Hart tied the knot Saturday Jan 7 at the Four Seasons on the country's Papagayo peninsula.

The King of Pop is sued by Martin Dinnes, owner of Dinnes Memorial Veterinary Hospital, for $91,602 in unpaid bills. The veterinarian claimed Jacko owes that amount to him as payment for helping him obtain many of his exotic pets at his Neverland ranch while he was being acquitted of child molestation charges last June.
