Happy news comes from singer Michelle Branch who has just branched her family tree as she gave birth to Owen, her daughter with husband Teddy Landau. The baby is the couple's first child and weighed in at a healthy 7 pounds, 12 ounces. The delivery took place this week in Los Angeles and both the mother and baby are doing well.

One Night Only of Simon & Seinfeld

Singer such Paul Simon and Jerry Seinfeld do not merely focus their attention on music, rather they widely open their eyes to see the world around them. Again, not only seeing, but they do care and willing to do something to complete the lack.

Both stars will perform together for one night only gig to raise money for research into autism, which will be held September 24 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, hosted by Tom Brokaw of NBC News. Moreover, the show will benefit Autism Speaks, a non-profit organization launched earlier this year by NBC Universal boss Bob Wright and his wife, Suzanne. Those interested can buy the tickets, start at $100, beginning August 15.

Showtime Concert Special of Eminem

The now highly publicized rapper due to his reassignment plan, Eminem, is headlining the Anger Management tour, which among others featuring 50 Cent and D12. Those performers hit Bristow, Va.'s Nissan Pavilion Friday.

They will next perform August 12 in Eminem's Detroit hometown, before the party then resumes September 1 in Hamburg. As for Em's August 8-9 stand at New York's Madison Square Garden, it will be taped for a concert special that will air in December on cable's Showtime network.

The Mean Girl got caught in 'The Parent Trap.' Teen actress Lindsay Lohan has been scheduled to testify in her parents' divorce. She and her younger brother, Michael Jr., will be the key witnesses but both may be allowed to tape their testimony.

The actress' father, Michael, wants a cut of the millions his daughter has earned. Dina Lohan, on the other hand, wants full custody of the kids, alimony and $1 million in damages. "My mum has always been a great support, and she has put so much of her own life into my career. I do worry about her," so said Lohan expressing her feeling.

Sssstttt, listen the "Monster" will have her marriage soon. Yes, Oscar-winner Charlize Theron will this summer marriage her boyfriend of four years Stuart Townsend at their Malibu, California home.

Theron, who has sworn everyone to absolute secrecy of the wedding and hasn't revealed the exact date or location, is busy making plans and shopping for a wedding dress with her mother Gerda. A source informs American magazine In Touch Weekly, "It's so hush hush that they have sworn everyone to absolute secrecy and haven't revealed the exact date or location yet. But the wedding will definitely be in the Los Angeles area - more than likely at Charlize Malibu waterfront home - within a month or possibly even sooner."

Could it be true, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt dating?! Notwithstanding with their repeatedly denial on the rumors pointing them as couple, still the truth holds the key to open the door of their strictly confidential romance.

As it's been reported by British newspaper The Sun, Pitt has always wanted to become a father, and has had such a powerful effect on Jolie's adopted son Maddox, who now regards him as his dad. On top of that, a witness claims "Maddox shouted, 'Where's my daddy? I can't see my daddy?' Crew members were truly taken aback that he was referring to Brad as 'Daddy'."

Famous American band The Rolling Stones sells three songs coming from their new album through digital download, just three weeks before the album's launching. Those three tracks are "Rough Justice", "Streets of Love", and "Back of My Hand."

In related news, the group's old track entitled "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" becomes men's most favorite summer tune from the '60s, '70s or '80s of VH1 Classic. It is based on a random telephone poll of 1,000 adults.

In the wake of various movies, the like of sci-fiction, thriller, and action, here comes a remake of a French comedy titled "Après Vous" which promises something different. A line of well-known players, one of which Billy Crystal, is one of several factors that may assure viewers this is really a special film.

"Après Vous" follows the story of Antoine, a maitre d' at a Parisian brasserie, who's late for a dinner with his girlfriend that he takes a shortcut across the park and finds Louis trying to hang himself following a painful break-up. Antoine saves Louis' life, and tries to get him back on his feet with a job in his brasserie. However, things for Antoine swiftly become extremely complicated as Louis turns his life upside down.

Compiled by readers' votes, the list puts Orlando Bloom at number three. The fourth to tenth rank are Hilary Duff, Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, and Nick Cannon.

It's clear now that Mariah Carey hasn't lost her touch. Spending 10 weeks on the chart, the pop diva's single entitled "We Belong Together" stays number one on the Billboard Hot 100. So far the longest reign of this year, the single also tops the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Ringtones charts.

However, the single falls to number three on Billboard Pop 100. Taking the number one is "Don't Cha" by The Pussycat Dolls featuring Busta Rhymes, followed by Rihanna's "Pon de Replay" which is also at number 2 on the Hot 100.
