Richards & Sheen Reunite for Daughter's Birthday

The just-now divorce couple Sheen and Richards were reunited for their daughter Sam's 1st birthday party on March 12, 2005. Had planned for the party a month ago, both of them looked very friendly in front of their 50 guests, which include Sheen's dad Martin, at their Agoura Hills, California, home.

It seems that either Sheen or Richards knows how to be good parents, which is assessed by a pal says "They want to be good together in front of their daughter."

Studdard Sued by Former Manager

American Idol winner Ruben Studdard is sued by his former manager Ron Edward for notwithstanding to pay his management fees and compensating him for expenses. Edward's lawsuit filed on Friday is said to be a counterclaim to Studdard's lawsuit filed in February claiming Edwards and his Birmingham marketing and advertising firm, Sez Inc., misused $246,000 in the year that he worked for him. Furthermore, the suit also accuses Edwards for making unauthorized expenses after he was fired.

Edward, on the other hand, denies all those reports, saying through his attorney Glennon Threatt that he and Studdard are longtime family friends and that he had agreed to help Studdard for free before he won American Idol in May 2003.

Kravitz Hands Electric Guitar to Brazil's Poor

U.S. rock star Lenny Kravitz hands his electric guitar to Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Saturday to help him raise funds for his struggling campaign to rub off hunger in the South American country by 2006. The Epiphone Flying V guitar costs $5,000 will be auctioned on the Internet at www.fomezero.gov.br and proceeds will go to building water cisterns in poor regions of Brazil's northeast.

Ray Charles' Biopic Wins Four NAACP Image Awards

The biopic of Ray Charles tells about the legendary singer life has been nominated for a leading seven awards at the 36th annual Image Awards, including outstanding motion picture and outstanding actor in a motion picture for Jamie Foxx, who received the best-actor Oscar at last month's Academy Awards. What a success as it could successfully bring home 4 awards from those 7 nominations, one of which was an outstanding-actor trophy that gave Foxx armful of honors.

Moreover, the ceremony held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, hosted by actor Chris Tucker and aired Friday on Fox, also listed singer and songwriter Alicia Keys who won a pair of trophies for outstanding song and music video for "If I Ain't Got You."

Muniz to Present Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards

This year's Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards held in April 2, hosted by Ben Stiller will present some famous artists, like Frankie Muniz, Lil Romeo and Hilary Duff. Will also present the show are Chris Rock, Halle Berry, Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell and Amber Tamblyn.

In addition, there will also rapper Will Smith and the punk-pop quintet Simple Plan to perform during the show, which will be broadcast live from UCLA's Pauley Pavilion on the Nickelodeon cable television network.
