New York Yankee baseball legend, Yogi Berra, has sued Turner Broadcasting System for misusing his name in outdoor advertisements, including the one on billboard, buses and other facilities in order to promote reruns of HBO popular sex comedy, Sex and the City.

The five nominations Usher scored in are Male Album of the Year for his multiplatinum hit Confessions, Best Duet for My Boo with Alicia Keys, Best R&B/Soul Single for his Confessions Part II, Best R&B/Soul or Rap Dance for his collaboration with Ludacris and Lil Jon on Yeah!, as well as Best R&B/Soul or Rap Music Video for Yeah!
