Kidman Bugged by a Hidden Eavesdropping Device

Shocked by the hidden electronic surveillance device planted outside her $9.5 million Sydney mansion, Nicole Kidman directly flew back to Australia to "get to the bottom " on police investigation to find out the culprit.

Kidman's head bodyguard, Noel McMaster, says that they have caught a conclusive evidence of the mistery person on the security camera and that Kidman has been given the footage. However, the police do not yet know the identity of the culprit, while detectives are still eyeing the usual suspects.

Channing on Drunk Driving Charge

Actress, Stockard Channing, known for the fictional president's wife role she plays in the U.S. television show The West Wing has been charged for drunk driving in Los Angeles after she was stopped by a C-H-P officer on December 14th for allegedly driving on the shoulder of Highway 101. A C-H-P spokesman reports that Channing blood-alcohol tests were point-12 and point-13 above the legal limit of point-of-eight.

For the charge, Channing was then put in jail for nearly three hours and then released without bail before she is scheduled to appear for an arraignment on 9 February, 2005.

Hilary Duff Gained Acting Nominations

Hilary Duff competed many other famous and senior actresses for the gold: the Golden Raspberry. Duff, one among any other nominees for the 25th annual Razzies, a ceremony honoring 2004's worst achievements in film, was nominated for Worst Actress for her role in both "A Cinderella Story" and "Raise Your Voice".

Went right after Duff, there were Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Mary-Kate, Ashley Olsen, Shawn, and Marlon Wayans who got the same nomination category for their achievements in drag in "White Chicks." Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears, as well, also got the nomination for Worst Supporting Actress for their small roles in "Jersey Girl" and "Fahrenheit 9/11."

Douglas Racing the Monsoon

Michael Douglas has reportedly signed to coproduce and star in Racing the Monsoon, the third sequel of Romancing the Stone.

This Steven Carr directed film is a comedy-adventure film revolves around a diamond robbery in India, which plot recalls Douglas' glory days playing Jack T. Colton. To support the success of this movie, Douglas and the filmmakers are reportedly eager to sign Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai for the female lead.

Barrymore to Marry Fabrizio Moretti???

The gossip website PageSix.com reports for spotting Drew Barrymore is shooping for wedding dresses in the Big Apple's Bridal Suite of Manhattan, New York and that she took photographs of the store's luxurious St. Pucchi dresses. Is Barrymore planning to marry her boyfriend Fabrizio Moretti, whom she dated with since summer 2002???

Defensively answering the question, Barrymore said that she was only helping her female friend with whom she went to the bridal suite with, but one onlooker says that it seemed Barrymore "had some gowns in mind for herself." Well, time will tell then.
