D'Angelo Arrested For Drunk Driving

R&B star, Michael Eugene Archer D'Angelo was arrested for drunk driving and the possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. It's all began when police stopped him in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia and finally did an analysis of the substances found in his car believed as cocaine and marijuana. Soon after that, on January 9, 2005 at around 4 a.m. D'Angelo then sent to jail.

Love Wins Back Custody of Daughter Frances Bean

The court has finally granted back Courtney Love custody of her daughter, Frances Bean, she got from her rocker ex husband Kurt Cobain. As most people know that Love had previously lost the custody in 2004 due to the lawsuit of her drug possession and assault that Frances Bean then lived with Cobain's mom, Wendy O'Connor.

Law Delays Miller Wedding

Jude Law decides to postpone his weeding with Sienna Miller whom he proposed on Christmas day, 2004 for couple years.

Though Miller wants to get married soon, still Law insisted to wait 'till the media attention has worn off which sadly may take for years. Well, maybe Law wants to have a very sacred marriage, only God knows the reason why.

'Simple Life' Filming Moved to City

Get some protests from many parents of the Buena Regional School District students, Paris Hilton and her co-star Nicole Richie have to move their Simple Life third season show, which premieres on January 26, 2005, to a city fire station.

Many of the parents do not agree with Buena Regional School District officials who planned to put the pair to work as substitute teachers and cafeteria monitors. Since according to them Hilton personality and bad reputation doesn't representative enough for the play. Rather, they believe that Hilton, with her an X-rated amateur video with a former boyfriend, will only bring bad influences for their children.

Green Day's 'Idiot' Back at No. 1 on U.S. Charts

Green Day's new album, American Idiot has been sold 100,167 copies taking its total to 1.9 million units just 178 copies more than Eminem's Encore as the previous winner of the U.S. pop charts.

Thus, the punk Green Day then becomes one on the top of the U.S. pop charts Wednesday gains seven Grammy (February 13, 2005) award nominations for their American Idiot's was debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and it also ranked at No. 1 in Britain, Canada, Japan and Australia.
