Paolo Nutini's Music Video for Single 'Candy' Outed
April 25, 2009 11:04:45In an attempt to promote his single entitled "Candy", Paolo Nutini comes out with a music video for the track. In the video shot in Cuba, he is captured making a live performance in a wedding bash, which is held "in the warm sunny vibes."
"Candy" is among new materials to be listed in Paolo's forthcoming sophomore set "Sunny Side Up". The self-written track is confirmed as the lead single from the new record and reportedly will be made available for purchase in mid May.

Not only one, but two British most popular acts this year will roam through North America in a joint tour. "Rehab" singer Amy Winehouse has teamed up with "Last Request" crooner Paolo Nutini to give a fall worth spending.
The jaunt will begin Sept 21 at Central Park Summerstage, New York and will visit other 6 cities before heading to Chicago for a wrap up on Sept 29. Winehouse will promote her latest effort "Back to Black" that is still within Top 20 list of Billboard Hot 200 while Nutini will come out with materials from his debut album "These Streets".

The Rolling Stones Among Headliners of Isle of Wight Fest

The Rolling Stones will step on the UK festival stage for the first time since 1976. The British band will headline the Isle of Wight Festival on June 10. It is expected that the frontman Mick Jagger will give a live Webcast on March 22 in the website. The talk will concern this involvement, other European concert dates as well as the make-up concerts for 2006 cancelled dates.
The festival that absorbs a growing number of audiences each year will be held on June 8 until June 10. Snow Patrol and The Feeling will headline the first day and on the next day Muse and Kasabian will replace them as the headliner. Finally on the last date, The Rolling Stone will headline it alongside Keane.

Definitely a huge comeback from The Smashing Pumpkin as the alternative band offers a new album and a number of festivals this year. First album after breakups in 2000, "Zeitgeist" is due July 2007 and Pinkpop Festival marks its first headlining gig.
In February 2007, vocalist Billy Corgan posted a MySpace bulletin indicating that "Zeitgeist", will be released exactly at 7:07 a.m. on July 7, which means 07-07-07. Highly anticipated, the album is promoted through several festivals. Pinkpop festival starts on May 28 in Netherlands then stops at several other countries such as Germany, Portugal, and Italy before finishes on June 17 at Interlaken, Switzerland.
