December 19, 2007 11:12:24The bitter divorce battle David Hasselhoff has been facing with his ex-wife Pamela Bach is close to an end as the former couple have agreed on post-divorce terms that include joint custody of their teenage daughters as well as financial settlement and child support payment.
David and Pamela resolved their post-divorce issues on Friday, December 14. The former-couple among others agreed to share 50/50 custody of daughters Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff and Hayley Amber Hasselhoff.

The lengthy battle comes to an end, finally. And the winner is David Hasselhoff. Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas ruled Friday June 15th the actor won full custody of his two teenage daughters, Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff and Hayley Amber Hasselhoff.
"The judge said, 'Enough is enough, these children have been through enough'" Hasselhoff said outside Superior Court after a closed hearing. While the actor was awarded primary physical custody and full legal custody of the two girls, his ex-wife Pamela Bach was granted a visitation right which allows her to visit the girls on alternate weekends and on Wednesday nights for dinner, lawyer Melvin S. Goldsman confirmed.

The long custody battle between estranged couple, David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach, seems to take more time to come to its end. The pair appeared in court Monday June 4th for a closed-to-the- media hearing in their custody battle. The judge, however, ordered both parties back to court next week.
The Monday's meeting ended after 90 minutes, with Hasselhoff said outside the court, "They've continued the case until the 15th, but the judge asked me not to say anything." Hence, rather than discussing the hearing, the actor revealing on his upcoming projects, including the new season of America's Got Talent and his new book, reportedly titled "Don't Hassle the Hoff". Bach, on the other hand, wanted for resolution.

The divorce proceedings of David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach still continue. Here's a sneak peek on the progress.
In the latest court papers filed Tuesday August 15th in Los Angeles Superior Court, it was mentioned that Hasselhoff and Bach will each receive $27,000 a month through community property. Those same funds will also be used to pay the mortgage of the residence Bach and the couple's two daughters are living in as well as gardening expenses ($740 a month), security costs, veterinarian bills and $1,333.97 a month for Bach's Mercedes-Benz.

It's official, David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach are no longer husband and wife. The couple finally has their divorce finalized Wednesday July 26th, Bach's attorney Bret Hunter said.
"I've always loved him and always will, and have love and compassion for him," Bach told The Associated Press. "It's a very, very sad day, but a day to move on."

A Superior Court judge has on Thursday May 4th, 2006 said the actor and actress will have alternating weeks with their daughters and alternate custody annually for holidays such as Christmas and the children's birthdays.

Former "Baywatch" star David Hasselhoff has on March 6th, 2006 got a temporary restraining order requiring him to stay away from his estranged wife, Pamela Bach. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark A. Juhas signed the order following Bach's request, in which she claimed instances of domestic violence in December and February. In one incident, police officers were summoned but didn't give Bach an emergency protective order.
Thus, Juhas ordered Hasselhoff to stay at least 100 yards from Bach except for "peaceful contacts related to court ordered visitation" of one their two teenage daughters. As of everybody to know Hasselhoff filed for divorce Jan. 12, citing irreconcilable differences after 16 years of marriage. Bach has custody of one daughter, while Hasselhoff has custody of the other.

The actor filed for divorce in Los Angeles Thursday January 12th. Details on custody and property issues remained undisclosed.
