Finally make their way to assemble the cast lineup, filmmakers of "Space Chimps" have obtained agreement from the likes of Jeff Daniels, Andy Samberg, Cheryl Hines, Kenan Thompson, Stanley Tucci, Kristin Chenoweth, and Patrick Warburton to gather together in the list, Variety has learned.
A joint production of Vanguard Animation and Starz Media, the animated comedy revolves around two NASA chimps sent on a space mission which finds themselves on a strange, uncharted planet, where they embark on a fantastical journey to save its inhabitants from a tyrannical leader.

That's the way it is. Anna Faris is falling for "Mama's Boy." Hence, the actress has signed on to join the cast, including Jon Heder, Diane Keaton, and Jeff Daniels, to star in the upcoming comedy flick.
The story centers on a self-absorbed man in his late 20s (Heder) who still lives at home with his mother (Keaton). The man's world turns upside down when his mother starts dating a motivational speaker (Daniels), and considers booting him out of the house.

January 10, 2006 11:01:36While "Brokeback Mountain" is a big winner at the 11th annual Critics' Choice Awards, "Capote" on the other hand is the Best Film of 2005 according to the National Society of Film Critics. The event held at Manhattan eatery Sardi's on Saturday Jan 7th named "A History of Violence" as its 2nd Best Movie and "2046" the 3rd.

More Stars Intend to Lookout
December 08, 2005 02:12:38Movie star Jeff Daniels has inked a deal to star in the thriller "The Lookout" opposite Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The film revolves around a mentally impaired former athlete (Gordon-Levitt) who works as a janitor at a bank and gets sucked into a heist.
As of Daniels, he is set to play Lewis Canfield, a blind ex-biker who becomes an unwilling participant in the heist. In the meantime, the film will mark the feature-directing debut of its screenwriter Scott Frank.
