AceShowbiz - Actress Niecy Nash-Betts has come to the defense of her "All's Fair" co-star Kim Kardashian. At a holiday gathering on Saturday, December 21, Nash-Betts praised Kardashian as a "lovely" and "girls' girl." She shared that she initially had little knowledge of Kardashian personally but found her to be down-to-earth and unaffected.

"I love her so much," Nash-Betts stated at the holiday bash and toy drive for Children's Hospital Los Angeles which she co-hosted with reality star Adrienne Maloof. "You can't say nothing bad about Kim to me. I will fight you in the street!"

"It was so funny," the actress recalled, "because when we first met, I met her and her mom [Kris Jenner], and I said, 'I have to be honest and tell you, I've never seen your show.' And her mother said, 'Oh, thank God. We have a chance! Maybe you'll like us.' " Nash-Betts added, "So I was very unbiased. I didn't know anything about their family."

Nash-Betts also revealed that Kardashian, who recently earned critical acclaim for her role on "American Horror Story", is playing a successful divorce lawyer on "All's Fair" alongside Nash-Betts and Glenn Close.

Nash-Betts has shared glimpses of the upcoming legal drama, including a photo of herself, Kardashian, and Close wearing SKIMS pajamas on set. She also posted a video of Kardashian wishing her luck before filming.

According to Deadline, the cast of "All's Fair" also includes Sarah Paulson, Teyana Taylor and Naomi Watts. Filming began in late September, but no release date has been announced.
