The 'Shazam!' actor doubles down on his support for the former U.S. president at the upcoming election, explaining that he endorses Trump because of the team he has assembled.

AceShowbiz - Zachary Levi has publicly endorsed Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. The "Shazam!" actor explained his decision on "The Megyn Kelly Show", stating that he supports Trump not for the man himself, but for the team he has assembled.

"I'm not voting for Donald Trump," Levi clarified. "I'm voting for Donald Trump and Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswamy, Elon Musk, J.D. Vance, and everyone else that they're going to bring in."

Levi described this team as "Avengers" or "Voltron" who will "actually do what Donald Trump said he was going to do the first time, which is drain the swamp." He believes Trump failed to achieve this in his first term due to being surrounded by "sycophants and horrible people."

Kennedy and Gabbard, Levi emphasized, are essential for holding people accountable. He praised their integrity and ability to approach the task "fairly, civilly, and in love." Trump has promised Kennedy a position in his administration if elected.

Levi acknowledged that his public support for Trump could impact his career but expressed his willingness to face any repercussions. He also revealed that he began his campaign season as a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard supporter before they joined Trump's team.

Despite his mixed feelings about Trump's personal style, Levi believes that Vice President Kamala Harris is unqualified for the role of Commander-in-Chief. He worries that she may be influenced by a "nefarious system" that perpetuates endless wars and sickness.

Levi, a former Trump critic, now sees the former president as a necessary leader with a strong team to support him. He believes that together, they will "take back this country" and "make it great again."
