AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal troubles continue piling up. The rapper, who has been placed behind bars since his arrest for sex crime charges on September 16, has been slapped with two new lawsuits involving two underage guys.
One of the new accusers claims he was sexually assaulted by the music mogul when he was 10 years old in 2005. He says in the lawsuit that he met Diddy in New York City to "audition" as he tried to make it as an actor or rapper.
"Combs asked Plaintiff how badly he wanted to be a star, and what Plaintiff would do to get to be one," the suit says of the boy who flew in from L.A. with his parents to make contacts in the music business for his self-described "burgeoning" career. "Plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would 'do anything.' "
The accuser says he began to feel "a little funny" after he was given a drink that is believed to be spiked with a drug. "After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did," the filing says. "Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, 'You have to do some stuff you don't want to do sometimes,' " it goes on to claim.
"Once [Combs] had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to 'kiss it.' When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff's mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out," the suit claims. The alleged victim then states he blacked out after seizing up "in terror," only to awake later half naked with "his anus and buttocks hurt badly."
Diddy allegedly threatened to badly hurt the plaintiff if he told anybody about what happened. The boy eventually told his parents, but they withheld reporting the incident out of fear that he would follow through on his threats.
"He battles fears and night terrors regularly," the filing says of the repercussion of the alleged assault. "In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood and is unable to interact with others and live a normal life in general due to his encounter with defendant Combs."
Another suit states that Combs raped a 17-year-old "Making the Band" contestant in 2008. The accuser claims Diddy asked during a private audition how he would handle sexual pressure in the music industry and then proceeded to fondle him and masturbate.
"Throughout this encounter, Combs emphasized his power to control Plaintiff's future in the music industry, stating that he had the ability to 'make or break' Plaintiff's career," the suit reads. The Bad Boy Records founder allegedly also forced him to have oral and penetrative sex and then made him have sex with his bodyguard to see how far he was willing to go for success.
"Plaintiff's facial expressions during this ordeal showed his discomfort and hesitation, prompting Combs to express dissatisfaction. Combs stated that Plaintiff's demeanor suggested an intention to report the incidents, and as a result, Combs said he would be 'keeping an eye,' on Plaintiff," the suit states, adding that the teen was soon eliminated from the show.
The two new lawsuits were filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday, October 28. Both alleged victims are being represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who has filed nearly a dozen lawsuits alleging the rapper of similar crimes.
As with the previous allegations, Diddy's legal team has denied the new lawsuits. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process," his lawyer said in a statement on Monday. "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone-man or woman, adult or minor."
