The 16-song LP, titled "Brat and it's completely different but also still brat", includes collaborations with Ariana Grande, Tinashe, the 1975 and Bon Iver. Other artists on the album include Japanese House, Julian Casablancas, Bladee, Caroline Polachek, Jon Hopkins and Shygirl.

Charli XCX is currently co-headlining the "Sweat Tour" with Troye Sivan, which includes dates in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. The album release will be followed by a performance at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on October 15.
