Selena Gomez reveals her decision to maintain her last name 'no matter what,' emphasizing her commitment to authenticity and her desire to be true to herself.

AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez, the 32-year-old singer and actress, has made it clear that she has no plans to give up her last name if she ever considers marriage. In a recent Vanity Fair cover story, Gomez stated, "I'm not changing my name no matter what. I am Selena Gomez. That's it."

While she did not confirm any wedding plans with her boyfriend, Benny Blanco, Gomez is clearly smitten by the producer. She described him as "a complete light in my life" and emphasized the importance of prioritizing authenticity in their relationship.

"I want him to always be himself," the brunette beauty said. "I always want to be myself." Giving further insight into their relationship, she said they "always make sure we're protecting what we have, but there's no rules."

Responding to Blanco's previous comments about wanting to propose, Selena Gomez brushed them off as just a joke. "He can't lie," she claimed before recalling, "After the interview, I was dying laughing. Like, 'Anything else you wanted to put out there?' "

Despite this, Selena Gomez never hides her desire to start her own family. While she won't be able to get pregnant because of her medical issues, she is considering other options such as surrogacy and adoption. "However I'm meant to have them, I will," she declared.
